Near to metro station, but this hotel not near to town, need to travel an hour to town. Front desk service is friendly, they do have robot in the hotel. But the cleaning auntie should be have a few, some day the room cleaning is not properly done.

酒店入住的真的很不錯，很舒服，房間很乾凈，床品是純棉的，睡得很舒服，房間衞生做得很乾凈，很仔細，環境也很棒，設施也很齊全，前台媛媛小姐姐很很好，介紹了當地的美食街，酒店大廳也有旅遊指南服務介紹的詳細很貼心

房間乾淨衞生，在北京遊玩這個價格很滿意！周邊有很多餐廳，有停車場免費停車，整體很棒！有歡迎咖啡和熱情服務，溝通都很順利~~設施都挺新的，智能設備很好，唯一就是吹風機的風率太小了，感覺吹頭髮要吹一個小時（無奈）。
推薦一下旁邊小飯館（螺螄粉超級好吃服務賊好）

這個比其他喆啡的房間要小很多，還沒有窗户，進屋連放行李的地方都沒有，房間在最裡麪的角落裡麪。訂的時候應該標註無窗

環境：環境還可以，近地鐵站，兩三百米吧
服務：服務不錯，熱情有禮貌
隔音有點不好，其他都挺滿意的。酒店很新，住起來也蠻舒服的。

房間設施很完備、全面，床品感覺很舒服，睡覺踏實，在家裡都沒有過的深度睡眠體驗，一覺到天亮的感覺。衞生非常乾淨整潔，環境很好。服務員熱情周到、服務貼心。值得再來的酒店。

我從國外定的房間，因為當時看到的網頁顯示稍微有不同，到了現場後，有關所定的房間是否有窗，出現了一定的誤會。工作人員立即給免費升級，確保我仍然能夠入住原先看到的有窗房間。早餐非常美味，品種多，可口，營養。廚師在旁給客人們親切推薦，讓人感覺賓至如歸，很受安慰。大堂及房間的佈置都很有情調和品味，有歐式的風情，也有中式的親切。衞生間裏的洗漱用品非常精緻，牙刷，牙膏，洗髮露，等等非常周全。房間隔音方面是稍有欠缺，但是整體環境非常愉快，舒適。工作人員在叫車方面都給予了及時和周到的幫助。下次來北京，還會來！

出差3年➕從來沒有過如此糟糕的入住體驗！
別人入住給免費升級房型（看大廳有人坐着，特意把旅客叫到前台説的，給您免費升級到……房）
我入住給留了一間別人不要的！電梯正對面的房間！我住的房間本來應該是圖中這位王**女士不要的房間，酒店也並沒有把這張歡迎卡片換掉！下樓詢問可不可以更換一下房間被告知沒有房間可以換了！好！入住了！
房間不能用隔音差來形容，完全就是沒有隔音！凌晨隔壁説話可以聽的一清二楚，可以説是毫無私隱可言！隔壁喊智能音箱的聲音真的是再大一點聲就能把我房間的喊出來！早上不知道是哪裡在裝修叮叮噹噹！想好好休息一下，簡直是是天方夜譚！快到中午，裝修結束了，打掃衞生阿姨站在我房間門口説話，由於沒有隔音，所以非常的吵！
大家無論出於什麼原因住酒店都希望大家謹慎挑選！不然出門在外真的是太糟心了！
