I servizi in camera sono ok, l'igiene è buona e l'ambiente è ok. Tuttavia, questa volta, quando al mattino si è verificata un'interruzione di acqua ed elettricità, non ho potuto lavarmi, fare colazione e usare il cellulare per accenderlo, ma l'hotel non ha detto una parola di scusa. Inoltre, l'hotel non dispone di sorgenti termali proprie, quindi è scomodo recarsi in altre sorgenti termali. Un altro hotel aveva una piscina, ma ci è stato detto che era in riparazione e che dovevamo andare in un altro hotel per nuotare. Più tardi abbiamo scoperto che la piscina dell'hotel era normale e dopo la nostra trattativa poteva essere utilizzata. Inoltre, a causa dell'interruzione dell'acqua e della corrente elettrica nella stanza, ho chiamato la reception per informarmi sulla situazione, ma non sono riuscito a mettermi in contatto. Se avessi delle domande, dovevo andare alla reception per chiedere , il che non mi faceva sentire bene.

The bed and pillow are comfortable, it come free hot spring but need to walk quite a distance. Overall the hotel is great.

The location is at the very end of gubei water town. It nice place because at the higher point if the town. Quiet place to stay and nice old design hotel. Great breakfast at the neighborhood hotel

The location is great, the place is great and worth to see but the problem was that the hotel was closed, and Ctrip asked at last moment to change hotel but no new voucher trip was sent to me! So When arriving to the location, I could not find in which hotel I should stay! I wasted more than two hours to find finally where I was booked and where was the place running with the luggage from one place to another. No reliable information by phone was given to me. The hotel is permanently closed but still existing on site and taking the booking on Trip site! It is not professionnal at all. I booked a room with balcony and view on mountains and finally when I found my new place, it was just ordinary room without view and without balcony, but Trip.com pretended that it was even more expensive and that they paid the difference. Avoid this booking in thsi hotel as it is simply closed. And now Trip.com still asks me to evaluate teh stay in thsi hotel...

Awesome location, peaceful and close to everything. Great room with big terrace facing the Great Wall. Good service and nice staff.

由於這家酒店去的時候說要裝修。我們最後是被安排到 古北之光大酒店. 酒店步行到水鎮非常方便,裏面還可以游泳，感謝攜程的同事免費幫我升級！把圓滿的房間upgrade到家庭套房還有主題呢小朋友玩得很開心，尤其記得這家酒店的早上自助餐非常豐富好吃!

房間很寬敞，乾淨衞生，內部裝飾是木質，很自然風，沒有異味，空調給力，洗澡水也很熱。歡迎水果也很nice，咖啡打出來油脂豐富，味道不錯 泳池看着挺好，但是沒下水，不好評論 早餐在旁邊的酒店，環境也很好 距離古鎮核心，稍微遠些，有利有弊。好處是安靜，世外桃源山居的感覺，我很喜歡，比在核心區寬敞自在安靜。弊端是上台階，對長者不太友好，但是小朋友挺喜歡。

前台免費給長者升的陽台景觀房！這點要給大大的贊！ 在半山腰的位置📍非常的安靜🌳 觀景房間在陽台就能看到古北整個風景🍁～ 晚上在燈光映襯下 景色更加迷人～晚上在陽台就能清楚的看到燈光秀表演 酒店辦理入住時 小姑娘非常熱情 而且服務很好～ 酒店是不主動提供洗漱用品的（環保♻️）～ 但有需求酒店會按入住人數準備好並送到房間噠～ 入住2天 送了水果和小點心 很貼心～ 房型選擇的是家庭房～ 2張床 （一大一小） 灰常合理 空調暖風合適～ 晚上睡覺並不覺冷～ 房間空間設計合理～ 尤其是床頭的小木頭格子～ 放個眼鏡、手機、水杯 非常方便… 酒店垃圾桶🗑️ 是套了袋子的 這個我是很滿意（好多酒店説提倡環保♻️ 不弄袋子 但我覺得那樣更不衞生 而且清理時也很費勁） 我們是十一以後來玩的 人比較少～ 酒店早餐是套餐（可選西式和中式） 確定好大概時間 需要到酒店旁邊的樓裏就餐（西洋式風格的裝修風格 簡直是太漂亮了） 早餐豐富 一份已經吃的飽飽的了 當然 如果不夠 想吃哪個是可以續加的 對了 酒店還有健身房和泳池 但我沒有去 不知道啥樣 辦理退房那天 因為身體不適 和前台小姑娘説明後還下來幫着拿了行李 真的是非常感謝 ～ 小小的不足：浴室冬天洗澡感覺會有些冷～ 如果給小孩子洗澡 裏面感覺空間有點小 夜裡睡覺安靜

景區內服務人員都很友好 很有耐心 微笑解答 酒店服務也很好 其實位置距離日月島廣場就一個比較大的坡 但是走來走去還蠻累的 服務人員會主動幫忙叫擺渡車 水果是洗乾淨放在桌上的 下午回來很巧趕上送小點心 晚上帶小朋友看錶演 服務人員還推薦了帶小朋友觀看比較輕鬆的位置 退房之後在前台坐了許久等人 前台小姐姐還給到了温熱水 這點是很多五星酒店都比不了的 一般都是退房了你愛坐不坐 人家不忙就呆著 不會管你也不會催促你就是了 沒給滿分是因為浴室的水 還讓我挺詫異的 我自己帶了帶濾芯的花灑頭 洗了一次澡 大概十分鐘吧 如圖 濾芯是新的 純白色 一次就這樣 本人稍微有點兒潔癖 還蠻慶幸一晚也堅持帶了花灑的😂😂😂 洗漱台寫的是直飲水 淋浴區倒是沒有標註 也還挺詫異 不過倒也沒影響心情 總體來説很完美 附兩張燈光秀的圖

這酒店除了要坐擺渡車換乘外簡直完美。 半山腰的位置，陽台視野好，景色美。坐在外面喝茶喝咖啡太享受了。房間有膠囊咖啡。 環境幽靜，服務親切，拍照出片。 房間包含早餐、景區門票和温泉票，超划算。 還自帶一個顏值高乾淨沒啥人的泳池。 早餐可以選在烏鎮會吃，超豐盛，吃完逛園子拍照，超愜意。

第三次入住了，這裡是我來古北水鎮住的最多的地方，位置安靜，離古鎮中心又不遠，房間可以直接看無人機的表演
