Great hotel. Plenty of museums around and easy to reach from the railway station. The staff bent over backwards to help and were really kind, they even brought fruit to the room for the kids. they also gave recommendations for a good places to get food. The only real downside was the room was so hot that it made sleeping difficult. Staff tried to turn the heating down- no luck.

Great location next to ******* Cultural Museum - and really, really lovely coffee shop / drink bar / pub just across the street- very keen to come again. Also very good seafood restaurant across the street. Funky rooms - super comfy bed, wish I’d have booked the bigger size room.

Really like this cozy hotel. Hotel is brand new and location is best because close to Metro walking only 5 min.s. Breakfast is quite like Chinese style bit a lot of choice. Room is very clean and all staff is very friendly. Strongly recommend this hotel to others.

Fairly new hotel, all fittings and fixtures are literally brand new, contemporary decor. Big TV screen in the room. Shower room and toilet are separated which is a plus. Courteous service staff throughout. Clean room, clean linens, sealed bathrobes, complimentary bottled water, tea and soft drinks. Dryers and washing machines in the self service laundry are spotlessly clean, I felt comfortable using them. Great value for this price range!

Hotel is new so it's no surprise everything is in perfect condition. But I also loved the interior design of the rooms and the hotel. It feels luxurious yet is very affordable. Even though I spent only one night, I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely come to this hotel again.

設施：房間裏的小度很智能，能控制很多電器，還能用小度要東西，機器人給送到門口。另外室內除了空調，還有暖氣片，不開空調也不冷。 衞生：室內打掃的乾淨 環境：離的地鐵口很近，就不到5分鐘的路，而且酒店旁邊還有一個西藏博物館，免費的，可以領着孩子去看看 服務：服務員很認真負責，問他們事情耐心解答。早餐也很豐富。 另外免費車位很贊，酒店內部夠用，旁邊路邊也有畫的車位。 有一個小建議：衞生間建議放上一次性坐墊，更衞生。

北京旅遊，住在鳥巢附近的漫心酒店，設施新，酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，乘地鐵也比較方便，客房清潔人員也很親切，前台妹妹也很熱情，房間的價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不止一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，唯一不足的是衞生間的味道有點散不出去。

這個酒店的地理位置太好了，一是交通便利在北四環邊上，二是毗鄰中國科技館，奧林匹克公園+鳥巢+水/冰立方、國家體育館，當然還有北京的著名大學都很近，是外地家長帶孩子的遊逛北京的絕佳落腳點。 還有這個酒店，裝修裝飾特別到位，各項設施都很人性化，服務也很暖心，以後多多入住。

在攜程備註裏備註了想要安靜點的房間，前台郭先生先是對我的房間進行了免費升級，同時也給我安排到離電梯較遠的位置，晚上睡覺也不怕人吵。床也很舒服。總的來説就是酒店環境舒適 郭先生服務周到

非常好，環境很漂亮，房間裏面非常乾淨，衞生間乾濕分離，裏面的物件很漂亮，很温馨 兒子女兒都很喜歡，有小冰箱還有飲料，酒店前台田女士很熱情，服務周到。

首晚住心悦高級大床房，除了面積小點，沒毛病！ 第二天換了心悦高級雙床房，反而感覺大了些！早餐比想象的豐富，瓶裝水自由！馬桶和淋浴設施配置不錯，浴巾稍差點！ 如果非要説個遺憾，就是提供模板讓顧客粘貼評論（很多酒店都這麼操作，我從來沒采用過）誠然可能是規避了顧客怕麻煩的短板，但一下子讓我不再相信攜程的打分，看好評還得開動大腦去甄別！靠小恩小惠換好評不能長久，由心做好服務才是王道！ 如圖這個小小的大堂有個電子屏和一個樂譜架子，不知道特定時間段是不是有個或低沉或婉轉的歌聲在吟唱？

很温馨的一家酒店，早餐品種豐富牛奶麪包西點都非常棒！特別要感謝下前台服務員小李，在大廳裏休息一下，小李主動問候倒水好幾次，真正讓人有種到家的感覺。以後再到北京還要住到這家漫心酒店。
