設施：非常齊全的設施，雖然是民宿但是有兩個洗衣機烘洗一體的很方便，前後院都有桌椅房間裏面什麼都備好了，一次性浴缸套馬桶套，房間的裝修有很精選！甚至水龍頭都是科勒的，還有驅蚊都是插好的！ 衞生：個人非常潔癖，當初就是看見衞生很好所以選的這家店！結果進去一住發現真的很乾凈了，早上阿姨會擦乾淨玻璃方便看海，後面的泡池都是一個住客換一次水！ 環境：沿海就30秒，離碼頭也很近很方便，房間很少，酒店位置比較私密所以很安靜！！！ 而且隔音很好，至少我在房間大放音樂外面聽不見，晚上睡覺也沒有吵鬧的聲音，關上門海浪聲也不會有！ 服務：無敵兄弟們！沖就完了！民宿也能有管家服務！因為客房數量很少所以服務很周全！ 潿洲島碼頭來回免費接送:太方便了，看了很多家都是衹有一半的什麼衹接不送衹送不接的是要怎樣...衹有這家是包接送！提前發船票時間會安排人去接下船馬上走，回程的時候都直接幫規劃好時間安排人在門口送。登船時間太完美，不用自己在港口苦苦等 雙人精緻下午茶:好吃，可以送到房間！但是我喜歡去大廳吃哈哈哈哈順便看看風景聊聊天！ 晚安燉品:芒果芒果西米露超好吃！我愛芒果西米露！可以晚上在平台上吹風聽海浪還能偷看別人趕海。 最後一天終於是喝上咖啡了！店裡的咖啡真的很好喝。豆子是中深烘的！美式狂熱愛好者狂喜。 咖啡豆乾香，豆子絕對是精挑細選的，沒有煙感，現在商業烘焙煙感都很重。店裡的豆子是巧克力味！超順滑。因為焦糖味道所以覺得一點也不苦！下次還去玩～

這是我第一次寫住宿好評，因為這家店的服務真的是太好了！真的是有求必應，又有耐心，又有質量！真的是值得五星好評！ 關於訂房：1.看了很多家民宿，基本每家都會有差評，但是刷到凡爾賽千恆的時候沒有一個差評，心想，這家店這麼好嗎？於是就想着訂這家住住看是不是真的這麼好。2.訂了之後管家立馬聯繫我們，詢問我們是幾個人凳島住宿，酒店提供接站和送站服務，訂好了之後我又看上這個酒店別的房型，問管家能不能換，結果酒店直接給我免費升級星空大床房房，非常開心。😘🥰 關於服務：1.到島了之後接站的小哥哥態度好好，直接幫我們提行李箱，十分有耐心。到店之後前台的工作人員都出來迎接，有的幫我們拿行李，有的幫我們辦理住宿，各司其職井井有條。2.入住後智能星空頂打不開，聯繫管家小哥哥後迅速回復，馬上給我們解決了問題。3.店裡的早餐是8點到10點，我們小朋友起不來那麼早，我問管家能不能打包，本來是衹能堂食的，結果酒店也給我打包到房間，量也給得非常足，每一樣食物都給得好多，真的很暖心。退房的時候酒店還給我們送了伴手禮（裏面的貝殼相框很漂亮小朋友好喜歡😍），真的太貼心太感動了。 關於設施：房間也值得好評，設施齊全，住着也很舒服，尤其是大浴缸，小朋友好喜歡泡。床就對着海邊，房間大小也剛好，隔音效果也很不錯，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，非常值得來。 強烈推薦！！！強烈推薦！強烈推薦！
