We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Our room was very comfortable and immaculate. The hotel is convenient to the central area as well as to the train station. The breakfast is quite a spread. The hotel provides free laundry service. The staff is amazing. They are friendly n attentive. They recommended us the restaurant and massage where their locals patronize. We love the food and the massage services. Big Thank to 小谷，小元，李李 and 小王 to give us such a memorable and enjoyable stay in your hotel. 谢谢你们🥰.

服務超級好的酒店
早餐種類非常齊全
酒店新開業時間不長，所有硬件設施都很新，衞生很好，床品舒適！
酒店有免費的洗衣烘乾，帶孩子出門旅行，簡直非常必要，最貼心的是→不用自己看着洗完再拿上樓，跟前台説一下，衣服洗完就可以直接送回房間，這點真的很方便也很貼心
所以在這邊住了兩天以後，從潿洲島回來又續住了一天
不過最後一天有這些小插曲，入住那天大風降温，房間窗户壞了，又是高層，大風吹了一晚！沒睡好，酒店這邊第二天臨退房前，贈送了果盤！酒店各項設施，應該及時檢查，處理時如果窗户不能及時維修，希望以後能有更好的處理辦法…💕
特別表揚，酒店前台小夢，💞服務很貼心，每次都很耐心的幫忙解決問題，非常有愛
希望以後有機會還可以入住這樣的酒店

設施：很不錯，使用方便
衞生：客房工作人員有點小失誤，上個客人吃的葯的包裝袋還在垃圾桶。晚上到很晚了，小朋友進房間就睡了，第二天收拾東西才看的
環境：停車很方便，酒店大廳也很大，很舒適
服務：正常的服務，沒有什麼特別的
回家途徑北海，北海不錯，酒店住着不錯。

新開的酒店，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適；外賣能送到房間；美中不足的是衞生間馬桶雖然是智能的，但沒有便後沖洗功能，洗漱台是活動的有點搖晃，整體還是比較滿意的。

酒店離北海高鐵站10分鐘車程左右，出行很方便。酒店清新舒適，安排的高樓層房間落地玻璃，可以遠眺海邊和夕陽，客房乾淨衞生，有提供茶具，酒店前台小谷很熱情周到。機器人送歡迎水果到房間，很受小朋友喜愛。好評。

訂的是豪華雙床（海景房），實際上給的是標準雙床（城景房），因為房間圖片長得都差不多，入住第二天仔細對了下訂單才發現，本來對海景很期待的，這種情況讓人心裏很不舒服，但因為已經睡了一晚了沒辦法。除此之外，酒店整體還是比較推薦的，衞生、房間設施都不錯，樓下也有很多吃飯的地方，前台員工也熱情。
