Nice little hotel complex with restaurant. The staff was very nice and helpful. Nice breakfast and a large, clean room with comfy beds. The only thing is that it had a kind of "motel" feeling with everything nice but nothing that stands out. Works perfectly for travelers passing through but I would not like to spend a longer time.

The room was clean. The buffet had a nice selection. The restaurant was fantastic. They serve the local specialty Heideschnucke a lam from the area.The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The hotel is in a very nice area. I would stay here again.

Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für ein sehr großes und leckeres Brunch-Buffet. Wir waren am Ostermontag da und haben es nicht bereut. Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und das Buffet war richtig lecker. Von der Hochzeitssuppe über Antipasti, Fisch und anderen Leckereien war alles dabei. Wir kommen wieder.

Fantastisk service, der var hele tiden 2-4 super høflige og smilende, der stod på spring for at hjælpe os!
Superb mad og i rigelige mængder!
Stort værelse, det eneste lille minus var at sengen knirkede, men det gør de ofte!
Virkelig rent overalt en fornøjelse!
Dejligt område til at gå med hundene

Wir waren im August-September 2022 in der Lüneburger Heide und sind auf Empfehlung des Pastors von Bispingen im Gasthof "Zur grünen Eiche" im OT Behringen zum Essen gewesen. Ich wollte in diesem Urlaub unbedingt einmal Heidschnuckenfkeisch probieren und bin mit dieser Empfehlung nicht enttäuscht worden. Meine Wahl fiel auf das Heidschnuckenragout mit Champignons, Preiselbeeren-Sahne, Apfelmus und Salzkartoffeln, meine Frau wählte den großen Salatteller mit Caesar-Dressing, Süßkartoffel-Chips und gebratenen Garnelen und nachdem wir fertig gegessen hatten, konnten wir unser Lob für das tolle Essen dem Küchenchef Sven Riekmann direkt mitteilen. Wir speisten im Wintergarten, bei schönem Wetter kann man auch draußen im schönen Hof essen. Unser Fazit. Sehr empfehlenswertes Gasthaus mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wenn wir wieder auf die Lüneburger Heide kommen sollten, planen wir gerne wieder einen Besuch des Gasthauses ein.

Gutes Hotel mit sensationeller Küche. Wir waren 3 Tage für eine Tagung hier und ich bin allein vom Essen sowie von den wirklich freundlichen und kompetenten Mitarbeitern begeistert. Ein besonders Lob an den Chefkoch mit seiner herzlichen Art und dem goldenen Händchen für tolle Gerichte… und dann kann er auch noch Akkordeon spielen. Wir kommen wieder.

Hotellet er ok, men med et sparsomt spisekort.
Der mangler også lidt imødekommenhed fra personalet nok på grund af et stort arrangement samtidig.
Hvad vi finder utilkfredsstillende var, at vi skulle betale 20% mere forværelset .end hvis vi havde booket hotellet direkte..
