Beautiful modern hotel, right in the centre (although you would ever know, no noise whatsoever). The pool area was lovely, well maintained and very chilled. The staff we all lovely, especially the two young men on reception (didn’t catch their names) who were really helpful when we had a problem with our air conditioning. Breakfast nice with plenty of choice. Get a room over looking the pool, well worth it. 5 minutes to the beach, 1 minute to the start of the Main Street that is full of shops (not touristy ones) and restaurants and bars. Rooms were modern and spotlessly clean. Would recommend this hotel in a flash, great place to stay and the staff are a credit to it.

We spent a weekend at Aiguablava Parador in Begur. We were a party of four people. The good points were the location, the rooms (comfortable beds, fabulous sea view, spacious rooms, nice amenities) the hotel is very spacious and tastefully decorated. The swimming pool, at the top end of the cliff, although not massive, is large enough and with fantastic views of the area. A very privileged position with views of Aiguablava cove and a private path down to the cove. Breakfast was varied and good quality in general and served in the breakfast room with gorgeous views. Freshly squeezed fruit juice and good quality coffee. The negatives were the check in experience, too long and with an inexperienced receptionist who lacked aptitude in the treatment of experienced travelers/customers and couldn’t get my name right. There was a general lack of coordination between departments (reception and restaurant) our evening meal reservation was not communicated to the restaurant either of the two days and my name was wrong in all departments from beginning to end even though the receptionist had access to my ID card and the online booking form. The evening meals were sub standard. Generally unpleasant food, tasteless fish and a dirty lukewarm brown sauce, packet custard-based deserts. Brick sized chunks of melon as fruit salad. Some dishes were inedible. A very limited wine list and very expensive wines. The service in the restaurant varied from pleasant to inappropriate with some comments from waiting staff demonstrating their inexperience and unsuitability to work in a hotel of this category, even though they were pleasant and kind at all times. On a final note, I requested by telephone if it would be possible to have some candles on a desert on our final evening as we were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday. The receptionist said it would be no problem but it was not communicated to the restaurant and forgotten. As there had been so many hiccups with communication in general I didn’t bother to even try to remind them.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Hotel Eetu e consigliamo a tutti i nostri amici e familiari. Il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile con le raccomandazioni. Gli hanno migliorato la nostra stanza per avere una vista meravigliosa! La stanza era spaziosa e perfetta per noi. Il colazione era incluso e era molto bello! aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. La piscina e la zona da pranzo erano bellissimi. Ci ritroveremo e rimarremo!

Ottimo hotel. Posizione pazzesca, comodo a tutti i servizi ed esattamente sul mare. Scendendo dalla parte sinistra c'è anche l'inizio di un percorso pedonale stupendo, che dura circa 3/4km con accessi alle calette della costa. L'hotel ha un bell ingresso e una vista mozzafiato nell'area bar/ristorante. 2 minuti a piedi dalla zona passeggiata. Parcheggio gratuito molto ampio. Kit di cortesia in camera. Inoltre abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere una camera bellissima, in realtà erano due camere matrimoniali, di cui una con King bed, con un super bagno attrezzato di doccia vasca e bidèt!! Avevamo anche due graziosi balconcini e la pulizia era ottima. Ristorante non provato. Da consigliare e da ri tornare se in zona. Ottimo soggiorno!

Se c'è un posto che dovrebbe essere il standard per il servizio e l'ospitalità, questo hotel è. Absolutamente incredibile, con incredibile ospitalità. Ho soggiornato 4 notti e davvero volevo poter stare più a lungo. Mario e Nadia vi trattano come una famiglia e vi prendono cura ogni minuto del vostro soggiorno. Il servizio, i dolci colazione a casa, la posizione e le camere sono tutte 10/10. Mario andò di sopra e di là dal giorno che mi prenotai fino all’ultimo minuto per assicurarmi che io fossi felice e si prendesse cura di, controllando regolarmente; egli era molto responsabile, e così utile per qualcuno che veniva qui per la prima volta. Ha suggerito molti ristoranti incredibili basati sulle mie restrizioni alimentari, e anche aiutando a chiamare e a fare prenotazioni per me ogni giorno. Nadia è anche una gemma di questo posto, il suo sorriso, il suo servizio e il delizioso cibo faranno tornare chiunque. Il tetto ha una vista fantastica e un posto per godere il caffè e rilassarsi. Sogno di questo posto fino a quando non riuscirò a tornare!
