Il panorama della porta è molto bello, c'è un fiume, un parco, un grande palazzo, fiori e erba. Il cibo è anche conveniente, molti clienti e persone sono stupide.Il primo piano è tutto ristorante, e ci sono molti tavoli fuori. Ma è facile mangiare al piano di sotto.Più di otto ore, perché il tempo è diverso, voglio dormire presto, ma la testa ha suonato, il mal di testa è crollato, e soprattutto è in letto.Sento il suono di una macchina, pensavo fosse un sistema di vento fresco. Quando si arriva al corridoio, si scopre che l'intero corridoio è una voce più grande. Sapevo che il cambiamento di stanza era lo stesso effetto, ma non poteva resistere alle consigli entusiastiche della signorina Trip.com.Si è detto che era un apparecchio di cucina.Wow!La struttura della casa puo'essere problematica e la risonanza è così evidente.Questo è il ritmo più efficiente che la gente si trova nella stanza. La reception ha detto che la cucina si fermerà a più di dieci. Non c'è modo di andare al suo ristorante sotto e bere un cocktail, e andare a letto a piu'di dieci. In futuro, l'hotel sarà scelto per un ristorante di massa per questo primo piano.

Il nostro hotel è molto ben progettato, con una storia speciale e un sacco di tocchi unici in tutto il mondo. La nostra stanza ha guardato il fiume e ha tutte le cose usuali che si aspettano da un bel hotel, più alcune eccellenti opere d'arte. L'unica cosa da notare è che anche se questo è un hotel spa, il spa non è incluso nel prezzo dell'hotel - non avevamo capito che doveva essere prenotato separatamente. Non ci sono stati problemi ad adattarci!

Great staff and lovely comfy room with nice extra amenities for my All Accor level. Breakfast also great. Couple of issues- ( very old) safe in room did not work. Also nail clippings on carpet! Hermis from front desk did a brilliant job of emergency hovering. Mehar also kindly gave me a late check out.

Very few staff serving which impacts on customers. Prices have slightly risen which is understandable but the portions are smaller and food quality not as good. Chips today were warm and not as they should be but the burger was amazing. This pub needs to sort itself out and I blame the management as their running the pub, so sort your staffing out and food delivery. I could clearly see the pub is not as busy and thriving as it used to be, this is not down to covid anymore but poor management. This used to be such a popular pub.

Check in time is 2pm we arrived at 1:30 pm and were told the room was ready and did we want to check. Obviously yes was our reply. We were then told there was a £10 early check in charge!!!!!!!!!!!!! Couldn't get more ridiculous that that. Later we checked in and the room was OK but quite spare and cold. Then to the restaurant which is no more than a PUB restaurant with menu to match and prices relating to a 5 star hotel. The wine prices were astronomical for the wine on choice. I think the lowest wine price was in the region of £28 which in Tesco is sold(retail at 37). The restaurant prices have a small print caveat with (an optional) service charge adde of 10%. This them makes the price of a bottle of wine around £30 (there is no service or added value that the hotel adds to the wine so why the service charge). Our second night we ate there the menu had been redacted to the Sunday carvery at 8pm. However they did have fish and chips(£14) and ”catch of the day” choice(16). I asked what the catch of the day was with the reply SEA BASS. I leave the reader to work this out. Sea Bass is a fish that gives itself up and can be found in plentiful supply on supermarket shelve and almost certainly at a lower price than Cod or the like. I don't think I need go on but there is plenty more to suggest that people should avoid this place

Il nostro soggiorno di notte in questo hotel ci ha fatto piacere. Eravamo una famiglia di 3 e condividevamo una stanza. Il personale era molto accogliente e efficiente sul desk front when we check in. Una volta in camera ci sorprese molto piacevolmente di vedere quanto bene il letto di tiro era per mio figlio più anziano. Infatti era un letto di divano doppio. Era molto forte e aveva una mattress molto decente (a differenza di altri hotel di alta qualità che abbiamo soggiornato). La stanza era pulita e aveva tutto quello che poteva essere necessario, tra cui la tavola di ferro e la tavola di ferro come standard. Il personale è molto amichevole e ha un buon soggiorno a prezzi molto elevati.
