Il nostro soggiorno di notte in questo hotel ci ha fatto piacere. Eravamo una famiglia di 3 e condividevamo una stanza. Il personale era molto accogliente e efficiente sul desk front when we check in. Una volta in camera ci sorprese molto piacevolmente di vedere quanto bene il letto di tiro era per mio figlio più anziano. Infatti era un letto di divano doppio. Era molto forte e aveva una mattress molto decente (a differenza di altri hotel di alta qualità che abbiamo soggiornato). La stanza era pulita e aveva tutto quello che poteva essere necessario, tra cui la tavola di ferro e la tavola di ferro come standard. Il personale è molto amichevole e ha un buon soggiorno a prezzi molto elevati.

Odio dire che prima del nostro soggiorno, ho pensato che Holiday Inn fosse piuttosto medio e niente da ravvicinare, e non sono rimasto in questo particolare hotel per 10+ anni, e in quel momento era con una festa di lavoro Xmas, Abbiamo prenotato l'ultimo minuto solo per la comodità mentre visitava la famiglia su Xmas. Come ho fatto male!! Abbiamo assolutamente 5 stelle servizio in tutti i modi. I ricevitori non avrebbero potuto essere più amichevoli e più utili, come il signore che ci ha servito colazione entrambe le mattine del nostro soggiorno. Vorrei avere tutti i loro nomi, perché erano solo meravigliosi. L'hotel è pulito, leggero e aria, tranquillo (soprattutto in questo momento mentre la London Road è chiusa per le prossime settimane - bonus!!), grande parcheggio e molto ben situato per il viaggio in avanti. Non esitavamo a restare di nuovo, probabilmente un nuovo favo per noi in MK e ci fermiamo molto spesso. Grazie a tutti i vostri meravigliosi staff!!

Very few staff serving which impacts on customers. Prices have slightly risen which is understandable but the portions are smaller and food quality not as good. Chips today were warm and not as they should be but the burger was amazing. This pub needs to sort itself out and I blame the management as their running the pub, so sort your staffing out and food delivery. I could clearly see the pub is not as busy and thriving as it used to be, this is not down to covid anymore but poor management. This used to be such a popular pub.
