La Terre d'Or

La Terre d'Or is a fantastic place to stay in Beaune. Sylvie and Vincent are wonderful hosts. STAY HERE you will be glad you did! The location of the B&B is perfect. You are close to the town of Beaune and the Villages of the region. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. There are so many activities in the area that it’s difficult to fit them all in just one visit. Thank you Sylvie & Vincent for a memorable stay!

This is a great place! We had a private cottage with great shared space for games, cocktails, and meals with spacious individual bedrooms with private showers and toilets. Super comfortable beds. We were happy to use the private hot tub at night. We also used La Terre d’Or to organize our wine tasting and highly recommend this. They scheduled a great variety of climats and wineries of different sizes. Had opportunities to meet and chat with winemakers in addition to tasting rooms. You learn a lot while enjoying wonderful tastings. Sylvie and Vincent are great hosts and will make sure you have a great time. I would have like to have spent one more day to lounge by the pool and grill some fish on the BBQ. It is a truly relaxing place

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in Le Pins cottage. The location is charming - we arrived around 5pm and the evening golden glow on the vineyards whilst we drove up to the cottage was so beautiful. We met Vincent and Sylvie who were so welcoming and friendly (and speak an amazing amount of languages!). The grotto hot tub has to be seen to be believed - an experience we’ll never forget! We also did a one day tour with Sylvie who was a wonderful guide and took us to three diverse and unique wine tastings. She even did a bespoke jam tasting for our 4 year old daughter which was just adorable. We’d love to come back one day - Highly recommend this charming spot for short or long stays!

We stayed in the gîte "Les Pins" at La Terre d'Or for a week as part of our family holiday. It was fabulous from start to finish. The gîte was everything we could have asked for, and Vincent and Sylvie were ideal hosts. It was such a pleasure to come back to the gîte at the end of a day out somewhere, driving up the hillside through the vineyards in the late afternoon summer sun, to be greeted by the glorious view of Beaune from the front of the gîte. Just time for a quick dip in the spa/jacuzzi before having a barbecue in the garden with a glass (or two) of wine; then to bed, looking forward to the fresh pâtisseries that would be waiting for us in the morning. It was wonderfully relaxing and our children thought it was simply amazing. There is plenty to do in Beaune and further afield. Vincent and Sylvie were a great source of recommendations for places to go, and we particularly enjoyed our cycle tour of some of the local vineyards which they kindly arranged for us. We would love to come back.

We chose this hotel because of the great reviews and because we wanted to tour the wine area and taste wine. It was perfect, we did a full day tour with Sylvie. The location and hospitality of the place was perfect, felt like you were staying at a family member's welcoming home. Would absolutely recommend.

From the welcoming Kir/cheese , to the estate vineyard tour, to the well selected winery visits, outstanding hosts(Vincent,Sylvie), great accommodations and expertly selected lunches , the visit was superb! As the third leg of a French trip it is the ideal place to feel the sensations of Burgundy! Can’t wait to return
