First and foremost, the hotel location is breathtaking. It is located on a beach called 
”Beau Vallon” which literally translates to “beautiful valley”. The food at the hotel was very good, especially the room service (club sandwich recommended). Friendly staff, expensive bar and room service, which is expected in a hotel.
Hotel was very clean, we didn’t have any problems with cleanliness. The internet at the hotel was good for a remote island, so don’t expect 20-30mbps speeds. If you want to get the full island experience i suggest you rent a car, taxi’s aren’t cheap.
This hotel also has the biggest pool on the island.
Overall great experience, would totally recommend this hotel if you can afford it !

I was traveling on Seychelles during 2 weeks and staying in different hotels. Night in this hotel was the worst. I came to hotel at 5 p.m. after boat trip and was really tired. Men on reception told me to wait 5 minutes, after more 5 minutes and in end I was waiting room 2 hours until 7 p.m because there was some problem with their system. But it looks like they didn’t care. On reception not tell me where and when is breakfast, not tell that I need take tower for swimming pool with card and when I came in morning should came back to room and take it. Bellboy didn’t care about my luggage and forgot it on street. Towels for swimming pool was dirty, minibar empty, cosmetic was really low quality. Room and swimming pool was ok, but on photos everything looks better.There are much more better places for staying. It was mistake to book this place.

整體性價比高，房間也不錯，是一個度假村。海灘沙子很軟，但是會有沒有熱水洗澡和停電。餐食也不錯。在五星級酒店中還是蠻具有性價比的。

環境很棒，就是自助餐太貴了，沒有中餐，吃不習慣，離海邊很近，出酒店就是，海邊周圍有很多小吃攤，但價位也行便宜，

4 Stromausfälle in einer Nacht, also auch Klimaanlage ausgefallen. Jedes Mal Rezeption angerufen und 30 min gewartet bis Techniker das Problem für einige Stunden löst. Wir konnten vor Wärme die Nacht nicht schlafen. Weil ich mich am nächsten Morgen beschwerte, wurde uns gratis Late Checkout angeboten und unser Zimmer getauscht (gleiche Kategorie)...immerhin.
Ansonsten beide Zimmer ungepflegt (insekten auf Kaffeetresen und Kaffeeautomat) und ziemlich müffelnd.
Auf den Gängen llegen zT tote Insekten (Kakerlaken).
Beim Frühstück im Aussenbereich wieder Insekten überall auf den Esstischen verteilt. Innenbereich war besser.
Gepäckabholung beim Ausschecken wurde nichtmal angeboten, haben wir auch nicht mehr angefragt, weil wir schon beim Zimmertausch über 30 Minuten auf das Abholpersonal warten mussten, und letztlich selbst getragen haben.
Einrichtung im Zimmer insgesamt ziemlich abgenutzt. In der Dusche Kalkablagerungen bzw. angeschimmelte Gummiabdichtungen.
Insgesamt verdient diese Anlage keine 5 Sterne, sondern bestenfalls 3 Sterne (nach Seychellen-Standard).
