There was a billing mishap on part of the hotel. My card was charged and an assistant manager caught the mistake but refunded the wrong card. When speaking with GM Andrew, I asked why a charge was made without my authorization-I had only authorized a charge for incidentals (none occurred-and the charge was listed as another night stay outside of the period i was there). He acknowledged the mistake but I was told “First of all, you did authorize us to use your card” and to wait until the refund appeared on my statement. Again-I only authorized use for my stay and incidentals. Days went by and still no refund for the mistake (which is human-Im not upset with the employee but rather each interaction I had with Andrew thereafter), so I called to follow up. Andrew’s story then changed to “well, we shouldn’t even have to refund you because you didn’t stay for the nights you reserved”, so I asked for the receipts of the reservation and for the nights I stayed. If it’s my mistake- I’ll own it. The front desk gentleman was kind, but was audibly hesitant in emailing those documents. I received the invoice that included the fraudulent charge and compared it with the itinerary that was booked. My reserved dates and the time stayed aligned-so I asked Andrew for documentation of his claim that he was doing me a favor and I didn’t rightfully deserve the correction he was involved in. His only response was that he “confirmed the refund had been processed with their billing department, and there was no further actions needed on his part”. More than a week later (outside of the normal processing time for credit cards), the refund appeared but I caution anyone using their personal credit card for payment. After doing some research on the BBB- this mishap is not uncommon for Aloft/Marriott. The carpets in both the rooms I stayed in were browned from foot traffic, and the headboard lamps had accumulated dust on their lampshades. It wasn’t the worst, but it wasn’t worth the dishonesty and dismissiveness from General Manager Andrew.

This hotel was so nice and the lady Sierra at the front desk was lovely. We stayed in a suite. It had a living room area with bathroom and shower and a separate bedroom with another bathroom and shower. It was very quiet. Would stay here again and the Indigo was awesome

Pros. Hotel ha una buona posizione. Le camere sono buone. Bello lobby. Molto parcheggio Cons. Apertamente censor Fox sulla TV. Non c'è servizio aggiuntivo. Non abbiamo mai visto una cameriera o un cameriere una volta in un soggiorno di 4 notti. La stanza era bella, il centro commerciale ha bellissimi negozi.Il lobby è grande. Il parcheggio è un po' fuori, ma piuttosto facile e conveniente
