UUtente ospiteLa stanza è molto pulita, spaziosa, fantastica. C'è anche una cucina facile da usare. La pressione idrica nel serbatoio è debole. In un certo senso, l'edificio del primo piano non è grande. Sono felice di poter salire subito sull'ascensore, ma questa volta è causato dalla costruzione dell'ascensore Non posso usare circa cinque elettricità 2 o 3. E'molto inconveniente. Sono al 18° piano, ma considerando il panorama al 23° piano e sopra Sembra buono.

NNoskovSpent 2 nights at Hotel La Croix on Oahu. Arrived quite early; around noon and figured I’d try to see if I could get an early check in. The front desk employee, Vince, recognized me from my last stay there a couple months ago. He helped my parents and I get into an available room for an early check in.  Room was clean and had a good view of the city which I wish I took some photos of. If there was one downside I think it would have to be the pillows. There were pretty flat and well used but clean. Definitely wish they were bigger and more life to them.  Overall the stay was great. No issues and the manager Craig also suggested some good places to go an eat at.

SSevost13Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel dal 29 ottobre al 4 novembre. In generale, il personale era gentile e la stanza era pulita quotidianamente con asciugamani freschi forniti che apprezzavamo. Tuttavia, diversi problemi hanno influito significativamente sulla nostra esperienza. In primo luogo, il bagno accessibile che abbiamo prenotato non corrispondeva alle foto, non c'era una testa doccia a mano, che era importante per noi. In secondo luogo, lo specchio nella hall era notevolmente sporco all'arrivo, con strisce visibili da un vestito bagnato piuttosto sgradevole per un hotel di questo livello. Ho anche segnalato che il vassoio nel bacino si spruzzava dappertutto, soffocava il tetto e il pavimento, e mi è stato detto che la questione sarebbe stata controllata, ma non c'era nulla che risolva per tutta la nostra permanenza. Il sistema a due facce usato per regolare l'acqua nel bagno era anche molto scomodo, e abbiamo avuto costantemente problemi con la pressione instabile dell'acqua calda. Un'importante questione distinta è stata la parcheggio, ho prepagato e prenotato il parcheggio per 5 giorni, ma alla seconda sera tutti i posti sono stati presi, e mi è stato ordinato di parcheggiare in un edificio diverso vicino. Questo è stato estremamente inconveniente dover portare le cose dal terzo piano di un'altra struttura di parcheggio e sprecare tempo supplementare.È emerso che anche se si paga in anticipo, il vostro parcheggio non è garantito nessuno dall'esterno può prenderlo. Quindi pagate, ma finite senza il servizio che vi è stato promesso. In generale, il personale ha cercato di fornire un buon servizio, ma le questioni organizzative, i problemi di manutenzione e il sistema di parcheggio mal gestito hanno gravemente ridotto il nostro conforto. Purtroppo, dopo questa esperienza, non posso raccomandare questo hotel.

UUtente ospiteVery pleased with our stay! Excellent location beachfront. Beautiful views of Diamond Head Crater. Super excellent location to be in the middle of all shops, beaches and restaurants . Short walks to explore & enjoy up and down the streets and beaches! All staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Clean and well maintained. Great assistance with booking activities. My daughter took a surf lesson. Beachside conveniently had plenty of water activities to enjoy with an area to rent paddle boards , surf boards, floats, chairs & umbrellas. The restaurants inside the resort were excellent and convenient with outdoor seating and ocean views! ABC general store on lower level to shop for anything needed from drinks, snacks, beach towels, souvenirs, sunscreen etc…The resort also offers free activities that are on a schedule week by week, such as yoga, hula lessons, Lei & bracelet making, vow renewals & ukulele lessons! My 15yo daughter took a ukulele lesson, then shopped around and bought one to bring home!!! We have absolutely no complaints about our stay! Will absolutely be coming back in the future. Our flight home was a late evening flight & our check out time was 11:00am, so the bell hop service held our luggage for us so we could enjoy the rest of our last day on the beach. Then we decided to top off our last day to pamper ourselves with a spa treat, which is located on the top floor of the resort. I got a massage. My daughter got a facial. Afterwards we got to go to the outside roof top and enjoy the awesome view feeling refreshed & relaxed. I can go on and on about the positives of this vacation stay. There were no negative issues!

NNoskovI usually book with the Marriott down the street whenever I’m in Waikiki but I opted to try the Hyatt for the first time; it was also a little cheaper than the Marriott the day that I went. I got a King room with a city view on the 7th floor. The room was large, clean and one of the corners of the tower so it had a curving layout. Overall the room was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C was cold. My only little gripe was in the bathroom, there weren’t any shampoos or conditioners or body wash in the tub like other hotels. Can’t say much for service since I was only there for a day but the employees I did interact with were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

UUtente ospiteNel complesso, è stato un soggiorno piacevole e lo consiglio! La camera era delle giuste dimensioni, il letto era davvero comodo e abbastanza ben attrezzata. Avrei gradito qualche comfort aggiuntivo e un bollitore, ma me lo hanno fatto portare in camera dopo una rapida richiesta alla reception. Le immediate vicinanze dell'hotel offrono tutto ciò che si può desiderare, un sacco di supermercati e ristoranti, e non sono troppo rumorose. Sarebbe stato un soggiorno perfetto se non fosse stato per i lavori in corso che impedivano la vista sull'oceano (nessun problema di rumore maggiore, nel caso qualcuno si preoccupasse). Oh, anche la palestra presente in loco era molto più attrezzata di quanto mi aspettassi e dovrebbe essere sufficiente per il tipico frequentatore di palestra per allenarsi un po' prima di andare in spiaggia (non abbastanza per una sessione impegnativa, ovviamente).

UUtente ospite1) The escalator leading from the lobby to the mezzanine level was out of order. Given the makeshift barrier on the mezzanine level, it looked like the escalator had been out of commission for some time. Quite a shame from a convenience standpoint. 2) I had checked into the hotel after midnight because of a flight delay so I was pretty exhausted and fell asleep quickly after taking a shower, brushing my teeth, etc. I woke up in the middle of my first night's stay noticing a foul odor. After walking around the room and initially thinking it was coming from the A/C vent, I pinpointed the origin of the bad smell to the linens: the pillowcases, sheets, blanket. It smelled like a dirty wet sponge or clothes that never dried completely but were put back in the dresser drawer. I pulled all of the linens off the bed and left a note for housekeeping to replace them because of a foul odor. They did and it was fine the rest of my stay, but the point is I never should have had to do that. 3) Upon returning from my uncle's funeral Saturday night, to my dismay I found 20-30 cars that had been double-parked by the valets in the hotel parking lot. After circling the lot several times in the hopes of catching someone leaving but having no success, I decided to look into valet parking, figuring that since I was a hotel guest they would have something worked out. When the valet told me the valet fee was $49 even for hotel guests I was flabbergasted and declined. He instructed me to go back to the parking garage and speak to the parking attendant to ask about my parking options. When I got there, the parking attendant initially refused to come out of his booth to help me so I had to enter the garage, go all the way around to the exit and talk to him so that he didn't have to leave his booth. He pointed at a white car parked outside and told me to look for parking ”around there.” I asked him if that was assigned to the hotel, because I did not want to wake up tomorrow morning to discover that my rental car had been towed or impounded. He did not convince me that this was not a possibility so I parked the car where he instructed me to, took photos of the area, and went to the hotel registration desk to look further into the parking situation. The signage was also not clear. When I got to the registration desk, I was helped by an employee who seemed to have a French accent. He was definitely European, with very short hair. I explained what had just happened with the parking and he told me that the hotel did not have ”jurisdiction” over that parking area and he could not guarantee me that my car would not be towed. There happened to be another employee, a local guy, just finishing a transaction with a hotel guest so I moved one station over and asked him the same question. He clarified the situation and explained that that outside parking area (in the middle, under the ramp) was overflow parking for the hotel, and, as long as my hotel parking pass was clearly displayed, my car could remain there for the duration of my stay.
