My husband and I recently spent our birthdays and anniversary here and it was literal perfection! The location is 10/10, close enough to everything (including biking to sunset point) but also felt secluded. Gorgeous pool with swim up bar overlooking the picturesque grounds. The food was also the best we had on the island. Amazing massages in room. Staff were SO kind and attentive. The snorkelling trip we did on the Princess Margaux was so great (credit to Kholid for taking some great content on our GoPro!) They also organised a transfer directly from the resort beach to the golf course on Lombok for 9 holes after brekky on the beach for my husband’s birthday. Also one morning we saw turtles in the water as we were waiting for breakfast on the beach and the staff quickly got us a towel, wet shoes and snorkel mask so I could jump right in whilst waiting for food! So lush! As a seasoned traveller I can easily say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. Thank you so much!

A cozy paradise with turtles by the shore and kind hearts💕🏝️ Our vacation in Gili exceeded all expectations, and this amazing hotel is a great credit for this. We found exactly what we were looking for: a quiet, cozy corner where every detail is created for relaxation. The premier room was made with comfort. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft. The cleanliness was perfect, which was monitored daily, and the snow-white linen added a sense of homely comfort. A special delight is the bathroom with an open roof — taking a shower under the stars was magical.🛁 The hotel is surrounded by greenery and bright colors, 🌸 behind which you can see the tremulous care of the staff. And right across the street, literally 30 seconds away, begins the best beach with giant sea turtles! Seeing them every day by the shore is priceless.🐢 Furry residents: Cute red cats live on the territory, which create a special atmosphere of home warmth. Be sure to feed them when you stop here! And just behind the hotel there is a local shelter for cats. If you have the opportunity, take some food there or make a small donation. It's a small thing for you, but it's a huge help for them.🐈 Special thanks to manager Sam! This man has a big heart. 💖He was incredibly attentive, helped us solve any issues, and told stories about the island and local life with such love that we got into this place even more. Мы нашли именно то, что искали: тихий, уютный уголок, где каждая деталь создана для расслабления. Номер премьер был выполнен с комфортом. Кровать невероятно удобная и мягкая. Чистота идеальная за которой следили ежедневно, а белоснежное бельё добавляло ощущение домашнего уюта. Особый восторг это ванная с открытой крышей — принимать душ под звёздами было волшебно. Отель утопает в зелени и ярких цветах, за которыми виден трепетный уход персонала. А прямо напротив, буквально в 30 секундах ходьбы, начинается лучший пляж с гигантскими морскими черепахами! Видеть их каждый день у самого берега — бесценно. Пушистые жители: На территории живут милые рыжие котики, которые создают особую атмосферу домашнего тепла. Обязательно покормите их когда остановитесь здесь! А сразу за отелем находится местный приют для кошек. Если у вас будет возможность, отнесите туда немного корма или сделайте небольшой donation. Для вас это мелочь, а для них — огромная помощь. Отдельная благодарность — менеджеру Сэму! Этот человек с большим сердцем. Он был невероятно внимателен, помогал решать любые вопросы и с такой любовью рассказывал истории об острове и жизни местных, что мы проникались этим местом ещё больше. Сэм, мы всей душой желаем вам скорейшего восстановления и крепкого здоровья! Именно благодаря таким отзывчивым и добрым людям, как вы, такие места становятся по-настоящему особенными. L'hotel è eccellente per la sua categoria. La spiaggia è a circa 5 minuti di distanza, percorrendo una strada non proprio perfetta. È pulito, ha due piscine e il cibo è delizioso e a prezzi accessibili. La colazione è a menù à la carte. Ho trovato tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno e non sono riuscito nemmeno a finire i pancake. Giardini lussureggianti. Personale cordiale e attento. È disponibile il servizio lavanderia al costo di 30.000 rupie/kg. Due gatti e un'anatra vivono nella proprietà e chiedono la colazione. È molto carino. Sono disponibili bungalow e camere. L'arredamento del bungalow è un po' datato e il letto è composto da due letti singoli uniti. Anche la caraffa dell'acqua è un po' deludente. Forse ci stanno dicendo di bere solo acqua in bottiglia, ma comunque... Il bungalow è dotato sia di aria condizionata che di ventilatore. Nonostante questi piccoli inconvenienti, consiglio questo hotel per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Siamo rimasti in due coppie e abbiamo avuto un tempo spettacolare a Kelapa. Ren, il manager era pronto a aiutare tutti i bisogni immediatamente e ci ha aiutato a prenotare biciclette e viaggi. È andata fino a confermare che non pagavamo troppo quando prenottiamo altri da soli. La villa stessa era pulita, temperata e esattamente quello che cercavamo. La piscina è enorme ma piuttosto profonda per la maggior parte, quindi si desidera tenere un occhio extra sui bambini. I Kelapa si avvicinavano a pulire il posto ogni mattina circa 10-11am e hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro. Erano molto gentili e si sono assicurati di non entrare nella vostra stanza per pulire senza chiedere prima. Ho dato una stella meno in posizione perché è nel cuore dell'isola dove è molto più tranquillo. Se stai cercando una notte fuori, sicuramente avrai bisogno di una bicicletta o un veicolo arrangiato, altrimenti si può aspettare un lungo cammino a casa. Un hotel davvero fantastico! Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Si trova proprio sul lungomare, con una spiaggia e delle barche dall'altra parte della strada. Le camere sono discrete, ma la nostra era in fondo all'hotel, quindi un po' distante, ma non è un problema. La colazione è buona, con un'ampia scelta. Abbiamo usato solo la grande piscina, che è molto bella e pulita. C'è anche una piscina profonda 2,2 metri per le immersioni. I giardini sono bellissimi, con tantissimi caffè e bar nelle vicinanze, ma abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel. I prezzi lì sono più ragionevoli rispetto ad altri posti. Ogni sera c'è anche una cena barbecue sulla spiaggia a 250.000 yen a persona (bevande escluse), dove grigliano il pesce proprio davanti a te. È delizioso. Abbiamo fatto un'escursione di snorkeling di 5 ore intorno alle isole Gili e ci è piaciuta moltissimo. È anche possibile noleggiare biciclette per mezza giornata e per una giornata intera in hotel a 25.000 e 50.000 yen, rispettivamente. Le biciclette sono un po' usurate, ma comode; il primo giorno abbiamo girato tutta l'isola. Durante il secondo viaggio, abbiamo noleggiato uno scooter per mezza giornata a 150.000 rubli. Non abbiamo cavalcato i cavalli, il che è stato un peccato. Nel complesso, è stato tutto fantastico! Torneremo sicuramente a Gili Trawangan l'anno prossimo!

Tutto lo staff è stato incredibilmente attento, cordiale e professionale, gestendo ogni richiesta con un sorriso. L'ospitalità è il vero punto di forza di questo resort. Mixed Experience at Royal Regantris Villa Karang. I've stayed at this hotel twice, opting for the modern rooms. While the location is excellent – across from the beach and near the harbor – my experience was marred by some issues. Cleanliness was average, with signs that the room could benefit from a deep clean. I found mould in the fridge, dirt around the shelves, and a noticeable stain on the floor that was missed during mopping. Unfortunately, my stay was further tainted by a dishonest staff member who intentionally overcharged me for an iced latte. When I questioned the price, she acknowledged it was expensive without correcting the issue. To make matters worse, she gave me the wrong change. The next day, another staff member quoted a significantly lower price for the same drink. While most staff members were polite and helpful, the presence of at least one dishonest employee is concerning. The food was hit-or-miss, but the hotel's location and some friendly staff aren't enough to outweigh the negative experiences. I'll think twice before staying here again, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

This is good guest house if you prefer walk from jetty than pay another cost for “cidomo” since this the only public transport that take you to your hotel. The room size is more than enough for 2 person with private bathroom and free breakfast, all the staff are friendly and helpful, but if you looking for high standart, good pressure on shower, no bugs, good mattress, pls just stay on other hotel or resort in this island. Remember what price you pay to stay here.

One of the best hotels we’ve been to! We we’re very well received, and staff was super friendly. Breakfast was really good and so was the overall menu. The rooms we’re amazing, really big and spacious and we really enjoyed the outdoor bathrooms. Location was good, far from the busy and crowded center area but close enough by bike (10-15min), and you can rent them there. Rentals and bookings are a bit more pricey at the hotel, but definitely reliable and guaranteed! Swimming pool was great, and points for the front beach view! The owner of the hotel was also really friendly and helpful. Overall really good, and we can’t wait to go back!
