Hotel sul mare a Tossa de Mar

Absolutely loved my stay there, the staff was so nice and welcoming. My room was small but I didn't need more space - the bed was double and very comfy and I had my own bathroom (pretty big in comparison) with lots of towels, fresh soap and tubes of showering gel (I travelled lightly so it was welcomed) so what else can one need. I loved the included breakfasts and the breakfast timeslot (from 8 to 12 - take notes all you other hotels out there!). There was a lot of variety for the price so IMO the food should satisfy most of the folks - I liked chorizo and cured ham, the wide selection of vegetables, the bread and croissants, and last but not least, the coffee was, pardon my expression, pretty damn good for a two star hotel. Tea was very ordinary in comparison but still okay. Having a kettle and a fridge in my room was super convenient. Wifi and tv quality was great. The walls aren't thick so when there's more guests it can get noisy - which didn't happen often to me but I can imagine how it can be during the high season - but that's a problem in most hotels all over the world. People are noisy animals, most of them. So if you are easily irritated etc consider taking & using earplugs, I guess. There were only two real downsides, let's say one and a half because only one was serious. My room was a bit too warm for my taste and when I realized that opening the window doesn't help, I tried using the air conditioning - which didn't work. I tried all the options, and the cooling mode made the room warmer instead of cooler. Which was a bummer. I didn't report that to the staff, since it wasn't a big issue for me at the moment - I spent most of my time outside the hotel anyway and came back at night when it was much cooler. But I can imagine it becoming a serious problem during the regular season in the summer or later in the spring. Air conditioning in a place like Tossa is essential, so yeah, better fix that ASAP, Turissa. Another thing, very minor this time, was that the cleaning lady who goes in to your room every day has a habit of straightening out the sheets on the bed every time. Yeah, like she did that every single day, lol. I mean I'm not that picky... Are you guys that picky (whoever reads this) ? Just leave it be and save yourself the work, lady, because you know it's gonna be a mess the next day, and the next, and the next - so it's like fighting windmills - unless your name is Donna Quixote, this is something uncalled for. But you know guys, if that's the only complaint one can make about the hotel, then you know Turissa is more than alright. Amiright or amiright guys;) Wish I could stay longer. PS: Oh and there's a pool for the guests, too. I didn't really have time to use (we were more excited dipping our toes in the sea anyway) it but I could watch it every day from the cantina when having my breakfast. Nice!

我住了3晚，加停車費用6000元多點，酒店位置很棒，下面就是海灘（公共的，Tossa沒有私家海灘），酒店沒有海灘浴巾，需要自己提前備好. 走路8分鐘有超市，去古堡走路18分鐘，停車21歐元每天（私家停車場）.酒店服務很好，房間面積比較小，硬件簡潔. 有陽台、有晾衣服架子、房間內有冰箱、保險櫃，無洗烘機. 酒店有泳池、籃球場、網球場、餐廳. 早餐就在一樓大堂，西式早餐還不錯，咖啡、水果、麪包、煎蛋、各式香腸. 整體挺好的.如果想出海看看，在沙灘上的Foundl Crystal報個名，每人22歐元，來回1個半小時. 視頻是出海拍的.

Molto soddisfatto, anche il colazione di autobus e pesce di salmone, l'acqua non è stata raggiunta, la casa è anche molto buona, c'è balcone, il caffè dovrebbe essere tutto, molto soddisfatto

Questo hotel è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo. La posizione geografica è buona. Devo andare a 10 minuti da Tossa, e l'hotel ha due modi di baciare per raggiungere diversi luoghi intorno (nave e passeggeri); Questa estate è anche una stanza di scena del Mediterraneo. Il ristorante dell'hotel è delizioso. La 9:30 e la casa vivente. Viviamo per due giorni. Il punto più difficile è che il giorno dopo abbiamo incontrato la rottura del tubo d'acqua della porta della stanza, che ha portato al rumore dell'acqua corrente nella stanza, Come posso risolvere tutto, chiamare il personale alla ricetta tre volte e dire che il personale deve occuparsi. Non è venuto una volta, non dorme tutta la notte, influenza gravemente il sonno e l'energia del giorno dopo. Mi piace molto questo hotel, e ho anche raccomandato ai miei amici di stare in piedi, Ma questa struttura e il modo in cui affrontiamo il problema non mi hanno risolto un po'di delusione in tempo.

The hotel service is very good, the room is very clean; the location is very convenient, just a 6-minute walk from the bus station, and it only takes 8 minutes to the beach; I would like to make a few suggestions about the facilities: the water in the outdoor swimming pool is ice and not heated at all; only the hot tub can be used in this season, but the time is closed a little early; the Wi-Fi function is not very stable, and the front desk staff changed the conference Wi-Fi to succeed; but in general, it is a cost-effective experience, and I will recommend it to my friends!

Hotel familiare. Personale carino. Le camere sono molto corrette, con balcone e aria condizionata. La camera da bagno era stata rinnovata. Non è terribile l'insonorizzazione con la camera sopra, ma si sentono parlare e il rumore delle sedie sul pavimento. Telecamera con 3 canali (di info) in francese. La piscina è buona. Il colazione è corretto anche se la maggior parte dei prodotti sono industriali (crescita, succo d'arancia, ...). In senso negativo, due cose: In 6 giorni non siamo stati in grado di connetterci una sola volta al wifi dell'hotel, sia nella stanza, nella ricezione, nella piscina o altrove. Infine, non mi è piaciuto che una donna si bagni con un burkini nella piscina, che poi usava nella sala colazione e in città. A livello di igiene, non è possibile. Non capisco che l'hotel lo accetti.

The hotel is ok, but the service is quite bad. There are no people at the reception, so I communicated with them via what's up. While they claim 24h support, they don't respond in the evenings. The what's app bot is terrible: every time you start convesation, you recieve a few messages from bot, which are completely useless, connecting directly to people would have been way more convinient. Also the support itself is not great at some aspects, like I informed them in the beginning of our stay that the light above the bed works badly, like it works for short time, then it stops and asked to change the bulb, which they didn;t do during the whole duration of our stay. In some cases they were helpful, I must admit, but nothing special. The breakfasts are also quite bad and below from what you expect from 4 stars hotel (even in 3 starts in Spain I got better breakfasts). Overall, this electronic receptions feels very liveless. The condition of the hotel is also quite poor. Like there is massive hole in the ceiling in the passage close to the restaraunt, bucket under this hole and it doesn;t seem like they are going to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel.
