Hotel sul mare a Tossa de Mar

Absolutely loved my stay there, the staff was so nice and welcoming. My room was small but I didn't need more space - the bed was double and very comfy and I had my own bathroom (pretty big in comparison) with lots of towels, fresh soap and tubes of showering gel (I travelled lightly so it was welcomed) so what else can one need. I loved the included breakfasts and the breakfast timeslot (from 8 to 12 - take notes all you other hotels out there!). There was a lot of variety for the price so IMO the food should satisfy most of the folks - I liked chorizo and cured ham, the wide selection of vegetables, the bread and croissants, and last but not least, the coffee was, pardon my expression, pretty damn good for a two star hotel. Tea was very ordinary in comparison but still okay. Having a kettle and a fridge in my room was super convenient. Wifi and tv quality was great. The walls aren't thick so when there's more guests it can get noisy - which didn't happen often to me but I can imagine how it can be during the high season - but that's a problem in most hotels all over the world. People are noisy animals, most of them. So if you are easily irritated etc consider taking & using earplugs, I guess. There were only two real downsides, let's say one and a half because only one was serious. My room was a bit too warm for my taste and when I realized that opening the window doesn't help, I tried using the air conditioning - which didn't work. I tried all the options, and the cooling mode made the room warmer instead of cooler. Which was a bummer. I didn't report that to the staff, since it wasn't a big issue for me at the moment - I spent most of my time outside the hotel anyway and came back at night when it was much cooler. But I can imagine it becoming a serious problem during the regular season in the summer or later in the spring. Air conditioning in a place like Tossa is essential, so yeah, better fix that ASAP, Turissa. Another thing, very minor this time, was that the cleaning lady who goes in to your room every day has a habit of straightening out the sheets on the bed every time. Yeah, like she did that every single day, lol. I mean I'm not that picky... Are you guys that picky (whoever reads this) ? Just leave it be and save yourself the work, lady, because you know it's gonna be a mess the next day, and the next, and the next - so it's like fighting windmills - unless your name is Donna Quixote, this is something uncalled for. But you know guys, if that's the only complaint one can make about the hotel, then you know Turissa is more than alright. Amiright or amiright guys;) Wish I could stay longer. PS: Oh and there's a pool for the guests, too. I didn't really have time to use (we were more excited dipping our toes in the sea anyway) it but I could watch it every day from the cantina when having my breakfast. Nice!

Molto soddisfatto!L'hotel è molto pulito, la zona della stanza non è molto urgente.La colazione è molto numerosa e molto deliziosa.Molto vicino alla stazione, attraversando un quartiere è il principale sentiero e la spiaggia.C'è un punto molto piacevole per un individuo vicino all'ufficio postale, e è molto conveniente comprare carte postali per uscire!

Molto soddisfatto, anche il colazione di autobus e pesce di salmone, l'acqua non è stata raggiunta, la casa è anche molto buona, c'è balcone, il caffè dovrebbe essere tutto, molto soddisfatto

Room was spacious, comfortable and the AC was very effective. the hotel's location is perfect as it is very close to the bus station and right next to the main streets of Tossa de Mar. The floor of the room could've been a bit cleaner and the TV was tiny. Other than that though, the room was ideal

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely Stay at Neptuno Venus Hotel  Il Neptuno Venus Hotel è stato un piacevole e relax, e sono particolarmente felice che l'hotel abbia potuto accogliere la nostra richiesta di una camera con una bella vista. E' stato davvero un piacere di più per il nostro soggiorno e sicuramente uno degli evidenti punti di vista della nostra visita.  L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla città e dalla spiaggia, anche se è un po' più lontano di quanto previsto. La stanza sembra molto vecchia ma è stata mantenuta pulita e ben mantenuta. Il colazione era buono, con molte scelte deliziose. Abbiamo provato il buffet da pranzo come ospite a piedi, e ci sono state davvero piacere la cibo e la varietà disponibili. In generale, ci siamo divertiti. Il personale amichevole, buon cibo e pulizia hanno reso piacevole la nostra esperienza. Ci saremmo rimasti qui felicemente quando visitava Tossa de Mar. ❤️

Questo hotel è la seconda volta che soggiorniamo. La posizione geografica è buona. Devo andare a 10 minuti da Tossa, e l'hotel ha due modi di baciare per raggiungere diversi luoghi intorno (nave e passeggeri); Questa estate è anche una stanza di scena del Mediterraneo. Il ristorante dell'hotel è delizioso. La 9:30 e la casa vivente. Viviamo per due giorni. Il punto più difficile è che il giorno dopo abbiamo incontrato la rottura del tubo d'acqua della porta della stanza, che ha portato al rumore dell'acqua corrente nella stanza, Come posso risolvere tutto, chiamare il personale alla ricetta tre volte e dire che il personale deve occuparsi. Non è venuto una volta, non dorme tutta la notte, influenza gravemente il sonno e l'energia del giorno dopo. Mi piace molto questo hotel, e ho anche raccomandato ai miei amici di stare in piedi, Ma questa struttura e il modo in cui affrontiamo il problema non mi hanno risolto un po'di delusione in tempo.

The hotel is ok, but the service is quite bad. There are no people at the reception, so I communicated with them via what's up. While they claim 24h support, they don't respond in the evenings. The what's app bot is terrible: every time you start convesation, you recieve a few messages from bot, which are completely useless, connecting directly to people would have been way more convinient. Also the support itself is not great at some aspects, like I informed them in the beginning of our stay that the light above the bed works badly, like it works for short time, then it stops and asked to change the bulb, which they didn;t do during the whole duration of our stay. In some cases they were helpful, I must admit, but nothing special. The breakfasts are also quite bad and below from what you expect from 4 stars hotel (even in 3 starts in Spain I got better breakfasts). Overall, this electronic receptions feels very liveless. The condition of the hotel is also quite poor. Like there is massive hole in the ceiling in the passage close to the restaraunt, bucket under this hole and it doesn;t seem like they are going to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel.

A ver no teníamos servicio de desayuno no teníamos instalaciones de ningún tipo si solo vas a dormir y pasar la noche estupendo pero no hay cafetería en el hotel no tiene atención al cliente al hotel tienes que entrar con un código porque no hay recepción o sea faltan cositas y mejoras
