Hotel sul mare a Cambrils

L'hotel ha una posizione perfetta, quando si lasciano le proprie strutture cammina una strada e proprio davanti è la spiaggia e la zona del Porto, negozi, ristoranti, ecc. Sono stati 4 giorni di relax, buon cibo e buona compagnia. La colazione e cena buffet sono come abbiamo letto nei commenti. Molto pulito tutto e appetito, con piatti diversi e ben cucinati. Il meglio, il suo personale, dalle ragazze che fanno le stanze fino al giardiniere. Natalia al reception e gli altri ragazzi e ragazze che ci guidavano e ci aiutavano sempre; nella zona del cibo Antonio e Nuria, sempre facendoci consigli culinari di tutto ciò che aveva e disposto a aiutarci in ogni tipo di dubbio. Il bar è Santos, che prepara il miglior caffè e le migliori bevande. Ci sono molte sincronizzazioni tra i lavoratori, così come la diligenza e il buon trattamento. L'hotel è stato sul livello per molti anni. Eravamo qui 12 anni fa, molto piaceva. Anche ora. Un po' stanco, naturalmente, ma cerca di mantenere. Per 4 stelle, non ci sono abbastanza strutture cosmetiche nel bagno: stick orecchini, vatti. Spiaggia di toletta con deposito di 10 euro per persona. Buona scelta di piatti sul tavolo svedese, deliziosi. Bevande e cibo nel caffè non sono troppo prezzi. La qualità del prezzo è appropriata.

Generally, it was 3 star experience. Advantages: good cleaning service, buffet food was okay most of the time, hotel is located very close to the sea. The biggest disadvantage is an “all inclusive”, it is definitely not comparable with Turkish all inclusive. First of all, visitors who paid for all inclusive are not getting anything in mini-bar, not even a water. You can get water from the bar from a water cooler, but you have to have your own bottle. Also, their “all inclusive” does not include a lot of drinks from the bar, and restaurant near the main bar and in front of the sea. The “all inclusive” ice cream is a joke, instead of the normal ice cream you are getting a smallest version of only 2 or 3 basic ice creams, for all other ones you need to pay. Also, the “snack bar” is located outside of the hotel, food itself was not too bad, but pretty basic, the area was very small and near the children’s swimming pool. For the beach towels you need to give 10€ deposit in cash, and if you want sun lounger with umbrella on the beach you need to pay 25€ for one day use. The hotel bar on the beach is also non “all inclusive”. So, out of all hotel locations you only can use your all inclusive benefit in 2 bars and 1 “snack bar” + buffet. Overall, hotel is not bad but not good. Would only recommend to go there with option bed+breakfast, and pay for the rest meals and drinks. It will be cheaper and you will not feel like an outsider or beggar, going around the hotel asking where you can eat. Because that how we felt exactly. P.S. Russian lady in the adults only bar was providing an amazing service and was very helpful and kind :)

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este hotel de Cambrils y, una vez más, la experiencia ha sido excelente. La atención tanto en recepción como en el restaurante es excepcional, siempre amables y atentos en todo momento. La ubicación es muy buena, con todos los servicios cerca y a solo 10-15 minutos caminando de la playa, lo que hace la estancia muy cómoda. Además, hemos viajado con nuestro perrito y ha sido muy bien recibido desde el primer momento. Se agradece muchísimo encontrar un hotel pet friendly que además no cobre suplemento por mascota. Sin duda, volveremos otra vez.
