Hotel a 3 stelle a Bayan Lepas

I choose this hotel as we have an early morning flight and they provide shuttle car to airport which is 5mins away. I had no problem sleeping soundly after a long walk in Penang. But my parents having itchiness and unable to sleep well the whole night from the mattress. I guess parents can be a lil bit sensitive. So I hope they improve the cleanliness part! Otherwise, I’m satisfied with their service!

Per quanto riguarda la struttura, la struttura è molto semplice e minimalista. Solo a piedi dal Capitan, la Bean Coffee, CU Mart e Canning Dim Sum. Ci sono anche molti altri piatti (non halal).

La posizione è molto conveniente per accedere ai negozi e ai commercianti. Tuttavia, occorre migliorare la pulizia e la ventilazione degli scarichi dell'hotel e almeno un ricevitore dovrebbe essere intorno e non chiedere al cliente di chiamare l'ingresso o l'uscita

We came on the day when there was water supply issue. Initially no water as the area tank is turned off 8pm. Reception did not inform us. Complained to another reception staff and they offered to give bottled water. Thank you. Water came back at about 11pm and water was back thankfully. Also, I booked room with window but it turns out no triple room that have window.

Good location, proximity to good food, customer office and near to the airport The low sides of staying in CEO Suites is the following 1. Iron , old and damaged 3 times out of four stay 2. The bath room water spray is damaged, leaking through the night
