Repeated traveller whom stay in this hotel which is close to Penang Industrial Zone and easy to find convinence place for meals.

Wrong Choice.. Room is too dirty and smelly.!! Room is too small and not as per picture. Even tissues provided was previously used by others. Too Dirty, Too Smelly, Too dusty, Too Small really not worth for the money paid.. It's not suitable for family trip or decent trip. I wrongly booked based on the picture promoted but reality was wrong. Only the lobby is well maintained but the room looks like to been maintained at all..

Corum view Hotel, strategic location, affordable price, room big spacious since i book 2 queen bed room. Next time will stay here again.

nice hotel, comfy, tv got online streaming if you book certain room.. but parking is not free, because it open car park and you need to pay to Local bandaraya..

No toothbrush and paste, towels have been used long time and look old, few parking lots available at roadside

For a layover stay for an early flight, I was really surprised by this hotel and exceeded my expectation. Clean, easy access, location for food and supermarket very near.

I had a pleasant stay overall! The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the location is excellent — easy access to shops and eateries nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. However, I did notice that a few basic amenities were missing from the room, which was a bit inconvenient. If those could be improved, the stay would’ve been perfect! Still, a good value for money and would consider coming again

The roomand toilet is very small, i got level 3, after midnight, you will definitely hear someone’s cleaning and walking around the corridor. I’m not sure what or who. Cover your door peek, im not sure the name.. for your safety. Also, DON’T LEAVE VALUABLE ITEM IN YOUR ROOM. My door was opened a bit when i was away. Not recommended for family.

Just a quick overnight stay to catch up early flight for next morning. Nearby the airport. spacious room and comfortable.

For few years back this hotel is my choice if I have event around. Room is cleaned, parking is limited but not a problem. But my recent trip, many thing’s has changed.

We arrived & checked in around 5am due to heavy traffic to Penang. So we just went to sleep until check out time. But around 11am, a housekeeping staff barge into our room while we still inside. We even put the “do not disturb” sign. Maybe it was our fault bcs we forgot to lock the door after we went to get the iron, but the sign is still there so the least that they can do is to knock the door first instead of barge in. The towel that we received also quite ragged but i forgot to take the photo. No toothbrush/paste whatsoever so you have to bring your own. Overall okay la.

I'm really disappointed with this hotel.. I made a reservation a month ago and paid in full.. but when I arrived at the hotel at 10/30 at night with heavy rain.. no place to stop or drop things off.. walking through the rain with a small child already asleep.. with no bell man.. difficult parking... BAD HOTEL:. the hotel receptionis given the key to the room on the 3rd floor, room 312.. opening the room door i was surprise.. I was not satisfied:.. i call the hotel no answer:.. I go down to the hotel lobby:.. they given another key room 316:.. went upstairs with my own belongings, the little one was already asleep.. the room was not ready to.. still tidy...ang messy room… I went downstairs and I was really angry... the staff told me he was there internal problem... do you need to tell me or is it my problem.... then came to tell me refund for twelve ringgit... for the room 3persons:.. how do we sleep with the five of us... tomorrow morning with wanting to wake up early to catch a flight... he wants to tell me to sleep on the floor... I'm very angry and lost my temper... I want a room for four person.. the staff said … okey can I wait another 25 minutes... what:.. so I want a full refund cannot the girl said.. u can but have to wait a long time .. I want to call my manager, it takes a long time:.. his reason is so stupid... he want to call his boss... and want to ask for a refund, it's a long time since the refund... the hotel is very bad... for me it's not a budget problem... the guest has already paid, please care of the name of your hotel... I'm serious sleep in a budget hotel... I'm not pretending but I don't like this kind of incident.... The area coverage is excellent, and the service is good as well. However, the only issues are that the air conditioning in our room isn't working properly and there's no hairdryer available.

Very good counter service. Value for money, good location to nearby restaurants. Clean. Need to spray some small insecticide near wall edge to desktop get rid of very, very small ants. Replace chair with seat that are not firm (sag).
