I have 2 weeks in here and missing 2 more counting this week. The Hotel is great so far, good Rooms, missing more cleaning service at rooms, they only come on Saturdays, they have all day Coffee but it's not always fresh during the day, a Girl Sabrina have a great guests attention, she is very kind and helpful, there's a Mr. Miguel Barreto, best attention from him, excelent food, great menus for dinners, there's FREE DINNER Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Delicious Sangría made by him, Good Beers those 3 nights are the more enjoyable at the hotel, because of their attention, Miguel and Sabrina. The Breakfast is just OK, it's hot breakfast somedays but somedays very cold, they are missing variety at breakfast, always the same, same scrambles eggs with a Lot of water at the bottom, sometimes sausages or bacon with a lot of oil or water at the bottom too, bread that you can put in the toaster but there's no Waffles or Pancakes as shown in the pictures, so in that way very disappointed because we have a long stay. First week was ok, but now we don't take breakfast or just go down for coffee or get breakfast other place. The rest of the Hotel personal needs a lot, BUT A LOT, of training to treat guest, it just seems like the manager or the person or persons in charge just care about income and not guest comfort o a good or high quality service and food. You select the Hotel because of the pictures and comments before the pandimic but the reality is very different, and no Covid excuses because people is traveling, so as we spent our money we need quality and good attention back as this two persons that kindly has assisted us and assured a good image of this Hotel that have everything to be like a Marriot. We often look for Marriotts but this time we decided to try something new and more complete, that's what your selling, buts not what guests getting back. Anyways very happy and pleased with this 2 persons, Miguel Barreto and Sabrina from Front Desk. Forgot to metion there's FREE laundry, that's very nice but all the washing machines and dryers need maintenance and a guide somewhere in the room so guests can use them the right way because I have seen people using them wrong and then they are broken.
