My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Epcot, and the prompt room service added to the convenience factor. We were particularly delighted with our room's excellent view of Epcot, allowing us to enjoy the fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. Although our stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue with what looked like a (band-aid) in the hallway inside our room. However, I took the initiative to remove and dispose of it before my wife noticed. We came down to request a room change for other reasons (as I decide not to mention the prior incident).... to have a shower instead of a bathtub and to avoid a connecting room setup. The check-in representative at the front desk was exceptional, displaying a fantastic attitude and providing us with helpful assistance. Despite her diligent efforts, she was unable to accommodate our room change request, which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, I believe she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Aside from this minor setback, the property itself was well-situated and offered a pleasant ambiance. However, I did notice that the room we were assigned did not match the pictures displayed online for its corresponding category, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve again. While there were some minor inconveniences, the hotel's location and other positive aspects contributed to a generally enjoyable stay. In summary, our visit to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was marked by convenience, prompt service, and a great view of Epcot. Despite encountering a minor room issue and the disappointment of not getting the exact room as depicted online, the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and other positive aspects of the property would be the only reason we would choose to possibly stay here again in future.

Shula's è un'ottima steakhouse e questo resort ha molte opzioni di ristoranti da offrire. Il negozio prendi e vai e anche molti elementi essenziali. La piscina e la jacuzzi erano lussuose. Le bevande a bordo piscina erano deliziose ma costose. La camera era ben accomodante. Sono vicini agli studi di Hollywood e all'Epcot. C'è anche il trasporto gratuito da e per Disney Springs. Ho pagato un po' di più e ho potuto vedere la Torre del Terrore dalla mia camera, anche se non c'era il balcone. C'è una spa di lusso che il mio compagno ha detto che è stata particolarmente piacevole.

I just got back from our stay at the Contemp and it was awesome, with some problems that didn't detract from our enjoyment. The best thing about the Contemp is the short walk to Magic Kingdom. That makes the hotel feel so special and privileged! I can just pop in Magic Kingdom any time I wanted. I requested an earlier room check in, and was sent my room number at 12pm, which is fantastic because 2 of my kids were sick. So we arrived at the room, and I let the kids rest in the hotel while I took off to MK for a quick hour, then got back and took my healthy kid to the pool. For other Disney hotels, it takes at least half hour just to reach Magic Kingdom. We got take out food from the food court as well as Steakhouse 71 and ate in the room (very nice with sick kids). Apparently, you have to stay at the Contemp to be allowed to order takeout from Steakhouse 71, so we enjoyed the privilege, though not the food (terrible, tastes like stuff I make, I will never eat there again.) The food court's food is far better, not to mention cheaper. The room looks OK, probably the ugliest deluxe Disney hotel room there is with its Incredibles theming. I am OK with the Incredibles movie but don't feel that it needs to be slapped onto the Contemporary. It wasn't even that popular of a movie. It does provide a sofa that turns into a bed, which I appreciate. The old room decor looked far better and I loved it, but for some reason Disney decided to change it. The glowing closet door does look very good, I must admit. If I ever need to buy closet doors I'll be sure to get such glowing ones. Another thing that's neat is the indirect ceiling light, looks awesome. What's really odd is that the two bed frames are joined together as a single piece. I can't imagine what the purpose is. As a result, when my kids move on their bed, it shakes my bed! I've never seen that before. The shower looks very beautiful has very weak water pressure even though it is brand new from the remodeling. The heater didn't work very well, so I was cold all night (46 out) and didn't sleep well enough. At night, the toilet stopped working and won't flush. So I took the lid off and fixed it! Wow, I've never fixed a toilet before, and it was different from my home toilet, but I saw what the problem was, and I fixed it! The hallway in the Garden Wing was narrow and bland, even after the Incredibles refurbishment, unlike other deluxe hotels such as Animal Kingdom Lodge, which is cheaper than the Contemp but has much fancier hallways. But you can't walk to a park from there! We booked the Garden Wing, though the main building is nicer with better hallways. We were upgraded to there once, and we appreciated the upgrade, but I don't want to ever stay there again because I'm impatient, and the elevators there is a pain during busy hours. It took me 9 minutes to go from my room to the ground floor amidst large crowds of people all fighting for the elevator, many of them aren't hotel guests but merely eat

Our first stay at Yacht Club was a success! We upgraded last minute from the Caribbean because I found a rate that I was comfortable with. I think the prices that Disney gets for these hotels is ridiculous, so I tend to avoid Deluxe. It's the location here that is the big winner. You can walk to Epcot in minutes, and Hollywood Studios in about 15-20 minutes. You also have the option of the boats or the skyliner to Hollywood Studios. We arrived about 9am and were sent a text that our room was ready at 10am. We were already in the parks, so we didn't get back to the resort until evening. We had requested a King and that is exactly what we got, room 3215. Our view from the balcony wasn't so great as it overlooked the rooftop of Steakhouse 71 (I believe) and just a bit of the pool area in the distance. It wasn't a problem, we aren't in the room much, and we aren't on the balcony much as it was cooler this trip. Bed was comfortable. We had housekeeping every day, which we are no longer used to. We had enough towels on the first day to use a clean one each day of our four night stay, but they were refreshed every day. We got some fun towel art which is always a treat to see. There is still the H2O shampoo, conditioner and body wash tubes in the shower. There is also bar soap, mouthwash, shower cap (?) on the vanity. I did notice a LOT of hair on the shower wall the first morning. It kind of freaked me out because it was long, black and at first thought it was spiders out of the corner of my eye. When I pointed it out to my husband, he took the shower wand and washed it away. Problem solved. Didn't have to complain to the front desk, demand to be reimbursed or change rooms. Super friendly staff down in the lobby. Always someone smiling and greeting us as we walked thru. We thought the gift shop was small. Good selection of restaurants between the Yacht and the Beach Club, but we didn't actually dine at any of them this trip. Overall my favorite of the three Boardwalk area resorts. We will keep an eye out for another good deal in the future, but for now our favorite is still Pop Century.

This was part of a bucket list trip so we had high hopes for Beach Club and it did not disappoint Stayed for 10 nights in a garden view room. Room was nothing fancy but had a full balcony as we had requested - could see the fireworks through the trees. Bed was really comfy and there was plenty of storage and room for suitcases. Took a bit to get our bearings but we found we were quite near stairs to go out the 'secret entrance' near Epcot and the lift to the quiet pool. I did love though walking along to and down the main staircase to the lobby. It was spacious and airy and the ambience was just right for us. We visited other resorts which we felt were either really busy or too 'stuffy'. Beach Club was clearly Disney, with Characters at breakfast if you wanted and Disney cast members but wasn't 'in your face'. Quietly classy I would say. As others have said the QS isn't great but with EPCOT on your doorstep it wasn't an issue for us. We did have breakfast once - Mickey waffles sitting on the swings at the beach. What more could you ask for! One night there was a downpour so we just had drinks and appetisers at Martha's Vineyard which was great. Didn't really enjoy Stormalong Bay though which we'd been looking forward to. Although it wasn't busy it was a palaver to get to and we felt that all the beds were crammed together and there wasn't enough shade. The lazy river was soooooo slow and difficult to get a ring. Ended up using the quiet pool which was nice and relaxing although also needs more umbrellas for shade. Best part of it all though was the location. A few minutes walk from EPCOT and only 15-20 to Hollywood Studios. So good leaving these parks and being able to dodge the crowds and walk back. We used the gondolas and boats too which were very convenient. Even though we had a rental car (this was 10 days out of 3 week road trip so we'd collected it at the airport) we only used it to go to Winter Park, a supermarket and a mall and used Disney transport for all our park visits and resort hopping. We found it very efficient and reliable. All in all a fantastic stay and worth every penny.

Just returned from 10 nights stay in destino towel been before also and love it! A couple of peeves only one being given the run around for DAS due to my disability was told I could get it at Disney springs which we didn’t think you could only at a park however since we arrived in the evening thought well we will go as would be better sorting before visiting park in morning!!! The girl behind reception didn’t even phone through to check and thinking back she brushed us off! When we got to Disney springs and went to guest relations they said they have never done it there needs to be the parks so time wasted and too although to visit the park to sort! The bus now stops last at hotel before it was first at destino!! The cleaning of the room wasn’t great yes it was cleaned every second day but floor was always still dirty!!! I will return though but will be more vocal next time!!!

Il personale ha aiutato a cambiare le nostre case all'edificio degli anni '70. C'è anche una caffetteria che è aperta fino alle 11:00. L'unica cosa mancante è l'assenza di una rack di bagagli nella stanza e ricorda anche di portare la lozione suanan, come questo prodotto viene spesso venduto fuori nei negozi regalo. Ho fatto due denunce (per telefono e al divano) su un altro ospite che fumava in unità sopra la nostra stanza. Non è colpa dell'hotel, ma spero che le denunce di fumo siano esaminate perché i resort non fumano, tranne per le aree esterne designate.

Just returned from 10 nights stay in destino towel been before also and love it! A couple of peeves only one being given the run around for DAS due to my disability was told I could get it at Disney springs which we didn’t think you could only at a park however since we arrived in the evening thought well we will go as would be better sorting before visiting park in morning!!! The girl behind reception didn’t even phone through to check and thinking back she brushed us off! When we got to Disney springs and went to guest relations they said they have never done it there needs to be the parks so time wasted and too although to visit the park to sort! The bus now stops last at hotel before it was first at destino!! The cleaning of the room wasn’t great yes it was cleaned every second day but floor was always still dirty!!! I will return though but will be more vocal next time!!!

Our first stay at Yacht Club was a success! We upgraded last minute from the Caribbean because I found a rate that I was comfortable with. I think the prices that Disney gets for these hotels is ridiculous, so I tend to avoid Deluxe. It's the location here that is the big winner. You can walk to Epcot in minutes, and Hollywood Studios in about 15-20 minutes. You also have the option of the boats or the skyliner to Hollywood Studios. We arrived about 9am and were sent a text that our room was ready at 10am. We were already in the parks, so we didn't get back to the resort until evening. We had requested a King and that is exactly what we got, room 3215. Our view from the balcony wasn't so great as it overlooked the rooftop of Steakhouse 71 (I believe) and just a bit of the pool area in the distance. It wasn't a problem, we aren't in the room much, and we aren't on the balcony much as it was cooler this trip. Bed was comfortable. We had housekeeping every day, which we are no longer used to. We had enough towels on the first day to use a clean one each day of our four night stay, but they were refreshed every day. We got some fun towel art which is always a treat to see. There is still the H2O shampoo, conditioner and body wash tubes in the shower. There is also bar soap, mouthwash, shower cap (?) on the vanity. I did notice a LOT of hair on the shower wall the first morning. It kind of freaked me out because it was long, black and at first thought it was spiders out of the corner of my eye. When I pointed it out to my husband, he took the shower wand and washed it away. Problem solved. Didn't have to complain to the front desk, demand to be reimbursed or change rooms. Super friendly staff down in the lobby. Always someone smiling and greeting us as we walked thru. We thought the gift shop was small. Good selection of restaurants between the Yacht and the Beach Club, but we didn't actually dine at any of them this trip. Overall my favorite of the three Boardwalk area resorts. We will keep an eye out for another good deal in the future, but for now our favorite is still Pop Century.

Shula's è un'ottima steakhouse e questo resort ha molte opzioni di ristoranti da offrire. Il negozio prendi e vai e anche molti elementi essenziali. La piscina e la jacuzzi erano lussuose. Le bevande a bordo piscina erano deliziose ma costose. La camera era ben accomodante. Sono vicini agli studi di Hollywood e all'Epcot. C'è anche il trasporto gratuito da e per Disney Springs. Ho pagato un po' di più e ho potuto vedere la Torre del Terrore dalla mia camera, anche se non c'era il balcone. C'è una spa di lusso che il mio compagno ha detto che è stata particolarmente piacevole.

This was part of a bucket list trip so we had high hopes for Beach Club and it did not disappoint Stayed for 10 nights in a garden view room. Room was nothing fancy but had a full balcony as we had requested - could see the fireworks through the trees. Bed was really comfy and there was plenty of storage and room for suitcases. Took a bit to get our bearings but we found we were quite near stairs to go out the 'secret entrance' near Epcot and the lift to the quiet pool. I did love though walking along to and down the main staircase to the lobby. It was spacious and airy and the ambience was just right for us. We visited other resorts which we felt were either really busy or too 'stuffy'. Beach Club was clearly Disney, with Characters at breakfast if you wanted and Disney cast members but wasn't 'in your face'. Quietly classy I would say. As others have said the QS isn't great but with EPCOT on your doorstep it wasn't an issue for us. We did have breakfast once - Mickey waffles sitting on the swings at the beach. What more could you ask for! One night there was a downpour so we just had drinks and appetisers at Martha's Vineyard which was great. Didn't really enjoy Stormalong Bay though which we'd been looking forward to. Although it wasn't busy it was a palaver to get to and we felt that all the beds were crammed together and there wasn't enough shade. The lazy river was soooooo slow and difficult to get a ring. Ended up using the quiet pool which was nice and relaxing although also needs more umbrellas for shade. Best part of it all though was the location. A few minutes walk from EPCOT and only 15-20 to Hollywood Studios. So good leaving these parks and being able to dodge the crowds and walk back. We used the gondolas and boats too which were very convenient. Even though we had a rental car (this was 10 days out of 3 week road trip so we'd collected it at the airport) we only used it to go to Winter Park, a supermarket and a mall and used Disney transport for all our park visits and resort hopping. We found it very efficient and reliable. All in all a fantastic stay and worth every penny.

My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Epcot, and the prompt room service added to the convenience factor. We were particularly delighted with our room's excellent view of Epcot, allowing us to enjoy the fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. Although our stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue with what looked like a (band-aid) in the hallway inside our room. However, I took the initiative to remove and dispose of it before my wife noticed. We came down to request a room change for other reasons (as I decide not to mention the prior incident).... to have a shower instead of a bathtub and to avoid a connecting room setup. The check-in representative at the front desk was exceptional, displaying a fantastic attitude and providing us with helpful assistance. Despite her diligent efforts, she was unable to accommodate our room change request, which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, I believe she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Aside from this minor setback, the property itself was well-situated and offered a pleasant ambiance. However, I did notice that the room we were assigned did not match the pictures displayed online for its corresponding category, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve again. While there were some minor inconveniences, the hotel's location and other positive aspects contributed to a generally enjoyable stay. In summary, our visit to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was marked by convenience, prompt service, and a great view of Epcot. Despite encountering a minor room issue and the disappointment of not getting the exact room as depicted online, the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and other positive aspects of the property would be the only reason we would choose to possibly stay here again in future.

Delfino e cigno sono in realtà un hotel, su ciascun lato. L'hotel non è un hotel di proprietà della Disney. Il nome è un po' fuorviante. L'hotel è in realtà un hotel Marriott, che è vicino a Disney. L'hotel non dispone di un trasferimento aeroportuale gratuito, quindi Magic Express non può farlo. Ma ci sono taxi d'acqua per gli studi di Epcot e Hollywood. Altri parchi Disney possono utilizzare un bus navetta per il centro di trasporto e il bus navetta si ferma una volta a Dolphin and Swan. L'hotel fornirà l'ingresso anticipato della Disney solo dopo il 1 ottobre e potrai entrare nel parco 30 minuti prima. Ci siamo andati alla fine di settembre e non abbiamo avuto questo beneficio. As others have said the QS isn't great but with EPCOT on your doorstep it wasn't an issue for us. We did have breakfast once - Mickey waffles sitting on the swings at the beach. What more could you ask for! One night there was a downpour so we just had drinks and appetisers at Martha's Vineyard which was great. Didn't really enjoy Stormalong Bay though which we'd been looking forward to. Although it wasn't busy it was a palaver to get to and we felt that all the beds were crammed together and there wasn't enough shade. The lazy river was soooooo slow and difficult to get a ring. Ended up using the quiet pool which was nice and relaxing although also needs more umbrellas for shade. Best part of it all though was the location. A few minutes walk from EPCOT and only 15-20 to Hollywood Studios. So good leaving these parks and being able to dodge the crowds and walk back. We used the gondolas and boats too which were very convenient. Even though we had a rental car (this was 10 days out of 3 week road trip so we'd collected it at the airport) we only used it to go to Winter Park, a supermarket and a mall and used Disney transport for all our park visits and resort hopping. We found it very efficient and reliable. All in all a fantastic stay and worth every penny.

My Wife and I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to Epcot, and the prompt room service added to the convenience factor. We were particularly delighted with our room's excellent view of Epcot, allowing us to enjoy the fireworks display right from the comfort of our room. Although our stay was enjoyable, there was a minor issue with what looked like a (band-aid) in the hallway inside our room. However, I took the initiative to remove and dispose of it before my wife noticed. We came down to request a room change for other reasons (as I decide not to mention the prior incident).... to have a shower instead of a bathtub and to avoid a connecting room setup. The check-in representative at the front desk was exceptional, displaying a fantastic attitude and providing us with helpful assistance. Despite her diligent efforts, she was unable to accommodate our room change request, which was a disappointment. Nonetheless, I believe she should be commended for her excellent customer service. Aside from this minor setback, the property itself was well-situated and offered a pleasant ambiance. However, I did notice that the room we were assigned did not match the pictures displayed online for its corresponding category, which was a bit disappointing. Considering the overall experience, I am uncertain whether I would choose to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve again. While there were some minor inconveniences, the hotel's location and other positive aspects contributed to a generally enjoyable stay. In summary, our visit to the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve was marked by convenience, prompt service, and a great view of Epcot. Despite encountering a minor room issue and the disappointment of not getting the exact room as depicted online, the exceptional customer service from the front desk staff and other positive aspects of the property would be the only reason we would choose to possibly stay here again in future.

Shula's è un'ottima steakhouse e questo resort ha molte opzioni di ristoranti da offrire. Il negozio prendi e vai e anche molti elementi essenziali. La piscina e la jacuzzi erano lussuose. Le bevande a bordo piscina erano deliziose ma costose. La camera era ben accomodante. Sono vicini agli studi di Hollywood e all'Epcot. C'è anche il trasporto gratuito da e per Disney Springs. Ho pagato un po' di più e ho potuto vedere la Torre del Terrore dalla mia camera, anche se non c'era il balcone. C'è una spa di lusso che il mio compagno ha detto che è stata particolarmente piacevole.

Il personale ha aiutato a cambiare le nostre case all'edificio degli anni '70. C'è anche una caffetteria che è aperta fino alle 11:00. L'unica cosa mancante è l'assenza di una rack di bagagli nella stanza e ricorda anche di portare la lozione suanan, come questo prodotto viene spesso venduto fuori nei negozi regalo. Ho fatto due denunce (per telefono e al divano) su un altro ospite che fumava in unità sopra la nostra stanza. Non è colpa dell'hotel, ma spero che le denunce di fumo siano esaminate perché i resort non fumano, tranne per le aree esterne designate.

I just got back from our stay at the Contemp and it was awesome, with some problems that didn't detract from our enjoyment. The best thing about the Contemp is the short walk to Magic Kingdom. That makes the hotel feel so special and privileged! I can just pop in Magic Kingdom any time I wanted. I requested an earlier room check in, and was sent my room number at 12pm, which is fantastic because 2 of my kids were sick. So we arrived at the room, and I let the kids rest in the hotel while I took off to MK for a quick hour, then got back and took my healthy kid to the pool. For other Disney hotels, it takes at least half hour just to reach Magic Kingdom. We got take out food from the food court as well as Steakhouse 71 and ate in the room (very nice with sick kids). Apparently, you have to stay at the Contemp to be allowed to order takeout from Steakhouse 71, so we enjoyed the privilege, though not the food (terrible, tastes like stuff I make, I will never eat there again.) The food court's food is far better, not to mention cheaper. The room looks OK, probably the ugliest deluxe Disney hotel room there is with its Incredibles theming. I am OK with the Incredibles movie but don't feel that it needs to be slapped onto the Contemporary. It wasn't even that popular of a movie. It does provide a sofa that turns into a bed, which I appreciate. The old room decor looked far better and I loved it, but for some reason Disney decided to change it. The glowing closet door does look very good, I must admit. If I ever need to buy closet doors I'll be sure to get such glowing ones. Another thing that's neat is the indirect ceiling light, looks awesome. What's really odd is that the two bed frames are joined together as a single piece. I can't imagine what the purpose is. As a result, when my kids move on their bed, it shakes my bed! I've never seen that before. The shower looks very beautiful has very weak water pressure even though it is brand new from the remodeling. The heater didn't work very well, so I was cold all night (46 out) and didn't sleep well enough. At night, the toilet stopped working and won't flush. So I took the lid off and fixed it! Wow, I've never fixed a toilet before, and it was different from my home toilet, but I saw what the problem was, and I fixed it! The hallway in the Garden Wing was narrow and bland, even after the Incredibles refurbishment, unlike other deluxe hotels such as Animal Kingdom Lodge, which is cheaper than the Contemp but has much fancier hallways. But you can't walk to a park from there! We booked the Garden Wing, though the main building is nicer with better hallways. We were upgraded to there once, and we appreciated the upgrade, but I don't want to ever stay there again because I'm impatient, and the elevators there is a pain during busy hours. It took me 9 minutes to go from my room to the ground floor amidst large crowds of people all fighting for the elevator, many of them aren't hotel guests but merely eat

Our first stay at Yacht Club was a success! We upgraded last minute from the Caribbean because I found a rate that I was comfortable with. I think the prices that Disney gets for these hotels is ridiculous, so I tend to avoid Deluxe. It's the location here that is the big winner. You can walk to Epcot in minutes, and Hollywood Studios in about 15-20 minutes. You also have the option of the boats or the skyliner to Hollywood Studios. We arrived about 9am and were sent a text that our room was ready at 10am. We were already in the parks, so we didn't get back to the resort until evening. We had requested a King and that is exactly what we got, room 3215. Our view from the balcony wasn't so great as it overlooked the rooftop of Steakhouse 71 (I believe) and just a bit of the pool area in the distance. It wasn't a problem, we aren't in the room much, and we aren't on the balcony much as it was cooler this trip. Bed was comfortable. We had housekeeping every day, which we are no longer used to. We had enough towels on the first day to use a clean one each day of our four night stay, but they were refreshed every day. We got some fun towel art which is always a treat to see. There is still the H2O shampoo, conditioner and body wash tubes in the shower. There is also bar soap, mouthwash, shower cap (?) on the vanity. I did notice a LOT of hair on the shower wall the first morning. It kind of freaked me out because it was long, black and at first thought it was spiders out of the corner of my eye. When I pointed it out to my husband, he took the shower wand and washed it away. Problem solved. Didn't have to complain to the front desk, demand to be reimbursed or change rooms. Super friendly staff down in the lobby. Always someone smiling and greeting us as we walked thru. We thought the gift shop was small. Good selection of restaurants between the Yacht and the Beach Club, but we didn't actually dine at any of them this trip. Overall my favorite of the three Boardwalk area resorts. We will keep an eye out for another good deal in the future, but for now our favorite is still Pop Century.
