Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort

We stayed in a 2 bedroom using rented points. We loved it! It was very spacious for 6 of us. We were on a low floor, but we had views of Cinderella Castle. We also took advantage of walking to Magic Kingdom which was a big perk. It was not the most convenient walk to get drinks, snacks, and ride the monorail, but it wasn’t too bad. We had a large coffee maker in our room along with all the coffee supplies we needed. It also smelled wonderful in the lobby and halls. I have stayed in many Disney hotels, and I enjoyed this way more than expected. I also loved having a washer and dryer. It would be very nice to stay here long term( but way too expensive). We also went up to the roof to see gorgeous views. My daughter took advantage of the running trail, and we enjoyed the outdoor rec games and craft room.

$1,800/night and they do not clean the room or make the beds. You can rent an AirBnB for less. We were placed in a non-renovated room and it was dingy. Again, ffor $1,800/night!!!! Proximity to the Magic Kingdom is the only reason we stayed here, but never again.

Beautiful hotel, the view of magic kingdom and the fireworks at night were outstanding. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite , it was well appointed with plenty of space. The pool area was nice , but it is starting to look a little worn and is definitely ready for a refresh. It was also sickeningly warm in the water. The rooftop bar/lounge was virtually impossible to get into, which was a little disappointing.

The view of Magic Kingdom is beyond anything I could have hoped for. However, we booked a handicap accessible room. The bed that was lowered was the king bed, and that's the room that had the roll in shower, and that was the only toilet with hand grips. Well, my sister is the person in the wheelchair and her caregiver shouldn't have to sleep in a king-sized bed with her. They were in the double room, and those beds were so high that we had to struggle to get her in and out of bed every night. And then have to take her into the other room to use the shower and restroom. We were in room 8412. The view is spectacular!! The monorail took some getting used to because we had to explain every day to someone who can't understand why the express doesn't stop there and we have to go the other direction and wait for 3 stops before she could go to magic kingdom. We could have walked the 10 mins but she wanted to ride the monorail, so we did. Also, the carpet on the contemporary side is soft... it's great for tired feet and terrible for pushing a 200lbs plus person in a wheelchair. The walkway needs something to help block the rain and wind. The marble floors were very slippery especially pushing the wheelchair.

It was so much fun, I love it there!! The staff is really nice, the food is great. I had a great view of Space Mountain from my room. The pool was really fun, I had the best time during my stay. I was sad to leave. I will be back soon with my cousin. It was a great trip.

Costs a lot but not worth the money Nice concept but does not deliver For thousands we spent these went wrong TV did not work Curtains did not open they do not made the room up each day even though at check in they said they did the balcony door was broken the refrigerator made noises we had to ask for l laundry detergent knives to cut things creamer coffee hangers every time we called the front desk did care some times and noy some other times my advise do not stay here
