L'hotel era estremamente pulito, i protocolli covid gestiscono bene, la brutta esperienza con il personale è stata scortese con te, l'hotel ti addebita tutto, anche alcuni letti da sdraiare in spiaggia. c'è un'altra sezione dell'hotel che ti fanno pagare 50 dollari a notte, solo 2 ristoranti a la carte disponibili che servono lo stesso cibo ogni giorno, il cibo era ok lo stesso menu ogni giorno, nessuna attività di notte a causa del protocollo covid se vai dall'adulto la sezione è costosa non è formulata, la sezione Caribe il menu è un po 'meglio, il personale del ristorante non ti serve drink in tempo ti fanno aspettare se vedono che provieni da un altro paese o sembri un turista che è l'unico modo ti servono in tempo, disgustoso.

This hotel is NOT a 5star hotel. It's very mediocre, old, disorganized, and staff is not helpful and supportive at all. Food is meh, and even the restaurants that charge are bad 1 hour and 20 minutes for us to get the food we paid for. Extremely dissapointed of this hotel.

We were very disappointed compared to our experience when we visited several years ago. The bulk of the staff spoke such poor English that it was impossible to communicate with most. The food was very boring and was the same from restaurant to restaurant, mainly local food only. The only non-local food was the snack bar by the beach where you could get a hamburger. We don’t anticipate returning.

Personal concierge service in The Level was excellent. Dining in the Ala Carte restaurants sometimes took a long time.

Our concierge Eddie Solutions and Jose were outstanding. Bartenders in lobby bar were terrible. Would not even make eye contact to acknowledge you. Food was disappointing other than the Vietnamese restaurant

Absolutely belive the bad reviews. We checked in at 4:00 pm, 1 hr after check in starts, and we where not able to book any of the a la carte restaurants because staff doing this services are available until 4:00 pm. If you booked this supposed "resort" because of the beautiful pictures provided in the site, you're in for a rude awakening. To get to all the rooms you have to ride a golf cart wait around 10 to 15 mins because is not like the have many, is two carts and one is for the reagulars and the other is for the "premium" guests, and walking in the scorching sun for 15 to 20mins to your room is not duable for me. At night this walk is more duable. When we got there we went to the pool where towels were not longer being given and the pool bar and staff was ready to closed for the day. Like what? So we could not anything the first day other than go to the buffet and sit around the lobby/reception area that is the only recreational/entertainment place for the regulars. Most of the pictures that you see on site, like the bar with ocean views and other areas photograh in that building is for "premium" guests only. So is absolutely very limiting what you could do and where you could be. Listen I am not against separate amenities for different price points but I was not informed or given the option to upgrade to this amenities. They enter my room 3 times during my stay after 1 knock, I was not even able to put my robe on. No privacy at all, which I find rude and offensive. SKIP.

The beach was amazing, sand as soft and fine as flour. Lots of boats and parasailing right on the beach access. Beautiful walks every morning. Multiple pools and seating areas, not crowded.

First let me say that my family of 6 have traveled to the Melia resort multiple times and enjoyed the grounds and hospitality every time. We've been to the Caribe, the Level, and most recently the Wellness. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. The food delicious and plentiful. And the hotel staff are fantastic...very caring and friendly. The beautiful a**osphere, food, and the staff are the reasons that we will return. This was the first vacation where we left very upset because of our experience. During this vacation my family and I encountered constant pressure, while resting on the beach, from multiple Melia staff whose job is to recruit vacationers to listen to the Melia Membership sales pitch. We said no many many times until one of their sales recruiters, Emmanuel Desamour, told us that we would receive vouchers for 3 free rooms to use on our next trip, if they could have 1 hour of our time. I emphasized that we did not want to spend more than an hour. He mentioned that he understood and that he just wanted us to listen and for taking time to listen, we would get 3 free rooms "just for listening." We agreed and went the next day on 12/13/2023. We were taken off the Melia property and were not returned until 4 1/2 hours later. This was 3 1/2 hours longer than they told us. And worst of all we never received the 3 room vouchers. Very dishonest part of the company.

I loved how everyone was so attentive, how there were always activities going on and the staff tried to get you involved I loved the room service and how they cleaned everyday and kept everything looking nice. The property looks clean and feels very safe you could leave your things anywhere and no one would take anything. The beach was beautiful but the only problem was the people asking to buy things all the time when you were just trying to relax. One guy put an iguana on my boyfriend without asking and then he was trying to charge us for it. But overall a beautiful experience I will come back one day! Keep up the good work!
