The bed was dirty, many hair on floor, the bathroom there is crack on the tiles. selling of the toilet dirty, management was don’t want to solve the bathroom water leak The Hotel far from city center, have to take taxi to the center of the city. Dog barking in close room couldn’t sleep.

Really enjoyed our stay. The girls at front desk are wonderful and very helpful and always available. Rooms are great. View was amazing. Housekeeping is there every day if you need it. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

I don't recommend this terrible hotel to anyone!!!It was just waste of money! 1-the staff doesn't speak any language except their stupid Georgian!2- the service is very low,air conditioner doesn't work in rooms!!! I was baking there in hot August! Also they've just 30 minutes limit for hot water in a bathroom!!!If you don't finish,after 30 minutes the cold water runs automatically and you must wait another 1 hour to have hot water again!!3- They didn't give me even my DESERVED BRESKFAST WHICH I PAID FOR!!!!Their breakfast ladies just yelled at me and kicked out saying that BREAKFAST IS FINISHED,but it was from 8 to 11(I went at 10.30!!!). I bought breakfast from my pocket 5 days!!! 3- They didnt have terrace,but before they promised me a suit with terrace!!! Also no even a single fork or spoon in the room for guests! How should I eat,with my fingers??? Also receptionists were very rude,not helpful and expecting only tips from you...I don't know who gave them these 4 stars but they don't deserve even 1 star!!! If you want to have good vacation and not yo waste your money,NEVER GO THERE!

Бронировала всего 2 ночи по прилету в Батуми, но задержалась на четыре, понравилось. Было крайне гостеприимно и тепло благодаря Ирине из housekeeping. По прибытии бесплатно повысили категорию номера со стандарта до апартаментов, но появились вопросы по душевой кабине, после чего благодаря Ирине я получила идеальный номер на 11 этаже, о котором можно было только мечтать, судя по неоднозначным отзывам на букинге. Не так уж и далеко от центра - до танцующих фонтанов пешком 15 минут, мне это район понравился. Плюсы: вид из окна номера 122 на посадку самолетов, завтраки до 11:00 и очень даже хорошие за свою цену, замерзла - доставили обогреватель в номер. Минусы: неприветливый ресепшн - не только без приветствия при встрече гостя, запросы игнорируют и просто 24/7 недовольные лица))) Ирина из housekeeping - лучший человек в сфере гостеприимства! Благодарю :)

Владелец апартаментов 227 не хотел возвращать залог. Вернул часть спустя 40 дней после выезда. Обманывал с реальной суммой счетов и поднял аренду на 100$, хотя этого не было в договоре. Через 40 дней взял еще деньги за замену вентилятора в ванной, хотя этот вентилятор от ситсемы всего дома, а не квартиры. Никогда не снимайте квартиры 227 и другие которые принадлежат одному человеку (225, 226, 227, 708). Отель не имеет отношения к проблеме, но не отвечает нас сообщения на email и через форму на сайте.
