Old Garden Hotel provides an exceptional stay, boasting a prime location and an outstanding staff. Situated in the heart of the city, it’s the perfect base for exploring nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The comfortable bed and tasteful decor added to the overall positive experience. However, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. The selection was limited, and the quality could be improved. Despite this minor drawback, the overall experience at Old Garden Hotel was highly positive. The excellent location and exceptional staff make it a great choice for anyone visiting the area.

The staffs were friendly and helpful, comfort rooms, a very good location The Hotel is in Hart of Batumi, and you can reach to restaurants and attractions, within walking distance. It is valuable for the money that you pay for it, I recommend it.

Отличный отель!не большой ,но уютный!Все есть!Хорошее местоположение! А главное очень хороший персонал!Ребята за стойкой реагировали моментально на все просьбы! Завтрака было достаточно!Все работало!Цена и качество соответствует!

Из плюсов этого отеля ,месторасположения и уборка номеров ,оно в центре старого города,до площади пьяцца 3 минуты,до площади Европы 5, до набережной тоже около 5 мин! Но номер нереально маленький,места не хватает даже для чемодана ,сантехника свежая ничего не могу сказать ,завтраки однообразные ( сосиски ,гречка/ макароны,омлет ,вареные яйца , 3 вида колбасы ,2 вида сыра ,масло ,батон,соусы ,маслины ,помидоры,огурцы,перец и листья салата ,бывают гренки и трубочки с сыром ,из выпечки :круассаны,панкейки , слойки с сыром .

Отдыхали в мае 2022 г, были компанией из 4-х человек+ подросток. Отель новый, все свежее и современное: мебель, сантехника, белье. Подушки комфортные- мне это важно! Особенно порадовал шикарный вид на Батуми из номера: на море, горы и исторический центр города. Завтраки прекрасные: яйца, сыры, сосиски, джемы, выпечка- всего очень много, но спустя 20 дней уже надоедало, конечно. На ресепшн любезные люди, все говорят на русском и английском. Из минусов: ночью иногда лаяли собаки, но если вы любите спать с закрытыми окнами, то будет не слышно. Я люблю спать с открытым балконом, поэтому однажды проснулась из-за собак ночью. Отель находится в историческим центе Батуми, море рядом, народу не особо много, но мы были в мае.
