Ci è piaciuto tantissimo soggiornare qui! Il personale è super gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno fatto sentire davvero a casa. La piscina è grandissima e la spiaggia è proprio dietro la piscina, il che è davvero comodo! La colazione era fantastica e c'era così tanta scelta! La migliore che abbiamo mangiato in tutto il nostro viaggio! La posizione è ottima. Abbiamo noleggiato delle moto (che è possibile fare alla reception, il che è fantastico!) ed è stato facile spostarci. Si può anche prendere un Grab per diversi ristoranti e negozi, il che è stato davvero comodo. L'unico neo è stato che avevamo un piccolo scarafaggio in camera, cosa che credo sia inevitabile in Indonesia (avevamo una camera al piano terra). Inoltre, a volte c'era un po' di odore di fogna in bagno. Non ci ha comunque dato fastidio durante il nostro soggiorno. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati benissimo! We recently stayed at Jayakarta Lombok and had a pleasant experience overall, thanks to a mix of warm hospitality and beautiful natural surroundings. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the excellent and friendly staff, who were consistently welcoming and attentive. Their warm service made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They even upgraded our room to be right in front of the swimming pool free of charge, which the kids loved! The general facilities at the hotel were impressive. From the spacious pool area to the lush, well-maintained gardens, the resort has a tranquil, traditional charm. We particularly enjoyed the sound of the waves gently rolling in throughout the day—it added a wonderfully calming backdrop to our stay. The sunset views from the restaurant and beach were simply stunning, offering a perfect setting for evening meals or a quiet moment of reflection. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with a good variety of options that catered to both local and international tastes. The food prices across the hotel were reasonable, which made dining in-house convenient and budget-friendly. That said, there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The furniture in the rooms felt quite outdated, which slightly detracted from the overall comfort. Additionally, there’s no iron provided in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient for longer stays or guests attending events. On Saturday evening, we found the music to be excessively loud, going on until about 10pm. While some guests may enjoy the atmosphere, it might not be ideal for those seeking a quieter evening, especially those with kids. We also noticed some inconsistency in the food quality—what was excellent one day could feel average the next. Moreover, while the beach itself is beautiful, it was often quite dirty due to local fishing activity. To their credit, the hotel staff do make a visible effort to keep it clean. Another consideration is the lack of nearby amenities. There aren’t any ATMs or money exchange options within walking distance, so guests should plan ahead. Lastly, the hotel does not have lifts, which could be a challenge for those with mobility issues. However, this also contributes to its traditional, resort-style vibe which many will appreciate. In summary, Jayakarta Lombok offers a relaxing, friendly, and scenic stay that’s ideal for those looking to unwind by the beach. With a few modern updates and consistency improvements, it could be even better.

The hotel offers good service, with a lovely pool and bar area on the beach. Breakfast was great with a big choice in it's buffet. If you are family with small children then it's suitable, but I would not recommend it to couples or solo traveller's looking for solitude and relaxation. It's noisy not only from the pool but loud speakers spoilt the sanctuary of the room and recreational areas. The beach in front of the hotel has many hawkers awaiting hotel patrons to sell their merchandise who bother the patrons who attempt to enjoy the sea. The hotel was grand in its day, but little has been done to keep it up to date.

We stayed with three kids in an interconnecting room. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Rooms are a little dated, but it's not an issue. The staff are friendly. Housekeeping really fast to respond. Breakfast is more suited to local taste, although they have plenty of Western options like croissants, bread, cereals, pancakes,waffles.etc.. The pool is amazing and super clean. We can see the cleaners clean the pool evdryday.They have 3 or 4 different pools with different depth levels. Kids and adults are seen enjoying themselves. Location of hotel is close by Tajung Bias Beach which is 5 minutes walk and has a nice ***** of restaurants and horse riding for kids along the beach.

Lovely place to stay and great setting. Breakfast was extensive and very enjoyable. Only gripe was a wedding reception right outside our room, which started on the lawn in the evening and commenced with a loud activity in the early am.

Hotel seems dated but well maintained. Cleanliness may be improved,staff is attentive and friendly. Beachfront but unfortunately beach is not as nice as other beaches in Lombok. I’m happy with my stay here anyway.

This old dame is a little tired ( 30 years old) but functional and got great grounds and gardens and well maintained. An upgrade to a sea view room was most appreciated. Service was prompt although at time the wait time could be improved but what the hell you are on holidays. A worth mention is the welcoming and caring attitude of all staff of the hotel. Buffet breakfast was well balanced and offer local and western food items. Good size pool with separate children’s pool, sufficient loungers at most times. A better spread of T V channels would be nice but if not be sure you bring a tablet or iPad along to get informed about happenings, Wi-Fi is available everywhere so is good thing. Am pleased with the hotel.

Hotel is really quite nice and excellent value. Rooms are clean and made up each day. Beds are great and linen is as new. Staff are super friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile and hello. Food is good. Breakfast has a lot of selection and is well presented. Lunch by the pool was very nice too. Pool is excellent as is the beach in front of the hotel with direct access. But wear googles if you plan to spend much time underwater in the pool as the chlorine is present. A nice selection of local eateries on the beach 400 m South of the hotel that are wonderful places to enjoy the sunset. Just use your phone to translate the menu and understand that they are alcohol free. But you can easily feed a family of four for 250K idr with dessert and drinks. Drinks at the hotel pool bar are quite strong about half the price of Australia so good value. Mostly Indonesian clientele but everyone is very friendly. We saw quite a few European guests but we were the only Aussies. Lombok certainly isn't overrun yet and is much quicker to get around than Bali. Probably my only concern is that Senggigi as a location hasn't really recovered from the Covid shutdown yet. Great place to base yourself for Gili Islands, the Wild life park, White Water rafting, and the Waterfalls north of the main Volcano. But Not a heck of a lot to do in Senggigi itself.
