"Location was excellent with the seafood places being just 3-5 mins walk behind the hotel. Many eateries and spas/massage parlours around.
Room was spacious, was given the room with bath tub although didnt book for it. View was okay. Also gotten high level of 9 so when the pubs were blasting music, cant be heard from our level.
Overall everything was good but only the bedsheet & blankets has stains thats wasnt cleaned. Dont think they washed the bedsheets thoroughly or not at all cause the stains seems to be there for quite a long time. There was even bloodstain on my side of bedsheet"

"La vista dall'appartamento era buona. Non abbastanza utensili. Solo le zampe e nessun forno. Divano e materassi singole sono stati tiniti. Trovato gomma all'interno e sotto la tavola del caffè non pulito. Sospensione di parete accanto al divano non funziona. Comunicazione con il personale è stata buona!"

From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality. Their attention to detail and thoughtful gestures made our celebration extra special—including a complimentary anniversary cake that was such a sweet surprise! The hotel itself is stunning. We loved relaxing at the rooftop bar with its beautiful views, and the swimming pool was perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was another highlight—so many delicious options to choose from, catering to every taste. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. It’s rare to find service this outstanding. Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso YELLO Hotel Batam @ Harbour Bay, e devo dire che è stata una grande esperienza da parte di iniziare a finire.
In primo luogo, ringrazio sinceramente il direttore generale Akbar per la sua calda ospitità e un leadership eccezionale. La sua attenzione personale al dettaglio e l'impegno per la soddisfazione degli ospiti si è davvero espressa e ha posto il tono per il livello elevato di servizio che abbiamo sperimentato durante il nostro soggiorno.
Un grido speciale al signor Tarmizi, che è andato sopra e oltre per organizzare servizi di navetta per la mia famiglia, non solo era tutto insufficiente, ma il suo amichevole demo e professionalismo hanno reso la nostra esperienza di viaggio felice e piacevole. Il suo eccellente servizio di trasporto ci ha apprezzato.
Tutti i membri del personale dell'YELLO Hotel Batam hanno contribuito al nostro memorabile soggiorno.Dall'equipaggio di front desk al mantenimento della casa e all'equipaggio del ristorante – Tutti ci hanno salutato con sorriso caldo, atteggiamenti utili e un vero desiderio di farci sentire benvenuti.

XXuanSono andato lì con grandi aspettative a causa delle recensioni su TripAdvisor. Ma penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso abbastanza buono. Sì, l'hotel è un po' vecchio e le lenzuola potrebbero avere una piccola macchia, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal fatto che il loro letto singolo sia in realtà un letto queen size e un letto singolo. Anche le loro camere sono arredate con mobili prevalentemente in legno. Un'altra cosa che mi piace davvero è l'aria condizionata, è molto forte e molto fredda. Ci siamo avvolti nella coperta come un burrito. Forse una piccola cosa da notare è che, nonostante ci siano i cartelli “vietato fumare” negli ascensori, ci sono ancora viaggiatori che fumano apertamente lì dentro. Ma a parte questo, penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso ok. È anche abbastanza sicuro, perché devi scansionare la scheda della stanza prima di selezionare il livello a cui vuoi accedere. C'è anche un Macdonald nelle vicinanze, basta attraversare la strada.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio del personale dell'hotel non era così buono come mi hanno controllato in 30 minuti di ritardo, nonostante l'assenza di 3.30pm. I letti sono orribili, mi hanno fatto male al collo e al retro, e per notare che l'hotel è relativamente piccolo e le camere sono piccole. La posizione è nel centro di alcune basari e caffè e traffico che saranno gridati con il rumore dei cantanti fino a sbattere le corna. Le mie scommesse sono di evitare di rimanere qui completamente.

UUtente anonimoThe location is very near to Harbour bay ferry terminal, car ride is like less than 5min. Very ideal for those travel via Harbour Bay ferry terminal. On one glance , as a local brand hotel, it looks decent, looks like a resort style hotel. While the hotel has amenities such as gym, pool, live pub, spa facilities, the room and breakfast falls short.
Yes it provides a bathtub but the shower head is unadjustable, it does not provide facial cotton, only cotton buds, shower cap need to request…… the iron is the most basic iron, not steam iron where the clothes can iron better….. the pros is in the room, they provide a sofa couch and a movable coffee table. The breakfast is pretty average at best. They can’t do a proper soft boil egg, it’s either too hard or too raw, salad provided but no lettuce, salad dressing is very limited , hot food - nothing exactly nice, porridge is too gooey, their breakfast- nothing to shout about. Their service is very good though, the reception and the live egg station team has been very polite and friendly. Very good customer service from them. Room don’t seem too old though. Tried the Massage service at Wellness Center at ground level, price is very competitive and good massage skills. Overall, I saw it says it’s a 4* hotel. Facilities yes, but food standards and toilet I think more like 3 star hotel. if you don’t have budget and don’t mind basic breakfast and the toilet’s shower head, it’s quite ok to stay.

TTxnxStayed with my brother for 2 nights. Good location as it is near harbour bay ferry terminal. Seafood, morning cafe and mini marts downstairs and nearby. To batam centre and nagoya, take Grab.
Room aircon seemed dusty as bro and i sneezed and got nose allergy on 2 different nights. Prepare antihistamines. Toilet ventilation exhaust seemed to be nearly connected to next door room as we could hear others next door, smell smoke etc. Haha. Just close the toilet door.
Ok for 2 nights stay. Value for money.
