"Location was excellent with the seafood places being just 3-5 mins walk behind the hotel. Many eateries and spas/massage parlours around.
Room was spacious, was given the room with bath tub although didnt book for it. View was okay. Also gotten high level of 9 so when the pubs were blasting music, cant be heard from our level.
Overall everything was good but only the bedsheet & blankets has stains thats wasnt cleaned. Dont think they washed the bedsheets thoroughly or not at all cause the stains seems to be there for quite a long time. There was even bloodstain on my side of bedsheet"

"La vista dall'appartamento era buona. Non abbastanza utensili. Solo le zampe e nessun forno. Divano e materassi singole sono stati tiniti. Trovato gomma all'interno e sotto la tavola del caffè non pulito. Sospensione di parete accanto al divano non funziona. Comunicazione con il personale è stata buona!"

Grazie anche al team di sicurezza per il servizio in caso di ricevimento della mia bicicletta e di mantenimento. "So glad to pick this very new hotel in Batam. A value stay that is not compromising on comfort and size. Breakfast was sumptuous with ala carte local or western breakfast freshly cooked on order. Pretty good for the price. Excellent service from the staff too, will highly consider this hotel again for my next visit."

"Abbiamo prenotato 3 camere per un soggiorno di 2 notti. Le camere, le letti e le bagni sono tutte pulite. Anche il tovagliolo puzza così bene.
Suggerimento: mettete una sedia in ogni stanza
Posizione: Situato nella zona ”oscura” e non sicuro di andare fuori a piedi, soprattutto di notte.

"Nice hotel for photos. Location is not so convenient, it‘s quite dark along the way to hotel, need to take transport to harbour bay for meals As for breakfast, every thing tasted sweet, even though is not supposed to be sweet, sugar added meal. Not a good one,"

UUtente ospiteGreat location in the heart of Harbour Bay downtown with many eateries and entertainment outlets. Just beside ferry terminal. Enjoyed the swimming pool and gym. Breakfast spread was good. Staff are friendly. Few downsides, no bathtub in room, many crows near swimming pool, run out of pool towels when requested and staff forgot to serve me coffee during breakfast (staff asked if I wanted coffee).

DDinO AmanSad but true, i was denied checking into the hotel even after receiving the confirmation.
In addition, the establishment took quite a while in resolving my status and did not extend further communication.
I had to outsource for another establishment for my stay.
However, TRIP.com's staff did an initiative communication with me and pretty much enlighten the bad experience i had with the hotel's establishment. I thank them for being responsive.
In conclusion, no more ”Zest” for my next accommodation list to facilitate my stay within the vicinity.

TTxnxStayed with my brother for 2 nights. Good location as it is near harbour bay ferry terminal. Seafood, morning cafe and mini marts downstairs and nearby. To batam centre and nagoya, take Grab.
Room aircon seemed dusty as bro and i sneezed and got nose allergy on 2 different nights. Prepare antihistamines. Toilet ventilation exhaust seemed to be nearly connected to next door room as we could hear others next door, smell smoke etc. Haha. Just close the toilet door.
Ok for 2 nights stay. Value for money.

UUtente ospiteLocation is good, near harbour bay ferry terminal, about 2 mins walk. But hotel is abit too noisy especially in the morning on the ground floor. The noise along corridor can be heard clearly, as if
it’s just outside my room. At night can’t sleep early and morning woken by loud noises. Breakfast nothing much, simple, can’t complain for the price paid. Next time will try 2nd or 3rd rooms, these rooms are much bigger so don’t think noise can be heard clearly. For location convenience, highly recommended.

XXuanSono andato lì con grandi aspettative a causa delle recensioni su TripAdvisor. Ma penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso abbastanza buono. Sì, l'hotel è un po' vecchio e le lenzuola potrebbero avere una piccola macchia, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal fatto che il loro letto singolo sia in realtà un letto queen size e un letto singolo. Anche le loro camere sono arredate con mobili prevalentemente in legno. Un'altra cosa che mi piace davvero è l'aria condizionata, è molto forte e molto fredda. Ci siamo avvolti nella coperta come un burrito. Forse una piccola cosa da notare è che, nonostante ci siano i cartelli “vietato fumare” negli ascensori, ci sono ancora viaggiatori che fumano apertamente lì dentro. Ma a parte questo, penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso ok. È anche abbastanza sicuro, perché devi scansionare la scheda della stanza prima di selezionare il livello a cui vuoi accedere. C'è anche un Macdonald nelle vicinanze, basta attraversare la strada.

BBintang StarHotel molto unico con lussuoso lobby e una piscina grande e pulita. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. Il personale è anche molto amichevole. Vicino alla Stazione alimentare del Pacifico e la spa octopus. L'hotel offre anche un servizio di autobus gratuito per i grandi centri di batam, che è un punto di più inaspettato.

ZZiesquaredLa seconda volta in questo hotel. Nuovo e pulito. Il personale era amichevole. I miei figli amano il gioco posto accanto al lobby, non possono ottenere abbastanza della stazione di gioco. Posizione è Harbourbay ... 10 min gratta a nagoya collina e città tamrin. Non molto nella zona, eccetto la fauna marina. Buona zona per correre in mattinata. In generale una bella e piacevole soggiorno.

DDewiThank You to all the staff the service was nice..I have a good expereience for my first time visit Batam Indonesia. The reception very sweet and nice especially Derwina (if not mistaken about the name) and the guys who work night shift on the 27 December i forgot to ask the name. The breakfast also nice they have live cooking. The location near with harbour bay terminal ferry less then 10 minute by car. I really recomended the hotel for those who want to visit Batam.
