Appartamenti a Batu Ampar

Ho avuto un bel tempo con la mia famiglia a Batam Marriott per celebrare il mio compleanno. Il servizio era sorprendente e il personale era pensativo. Abbiamo apprezzato la posizione, come è appena accanto al jet di traghetto. Anche molti ristoranti vicino all'hotel. La palestra e la piscina sono pulite e nuove. Grazie per il speciale torto di compleanno!

Sono andato lì con grandi aspettative a causa delle recensioni su TripAdvisor. Ma penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso abbastanza buono. Sì, l'hotel è un po' vecchio e le lenzuola potrebbero avere una piccola macchia, ma sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal fatto che il loro letto singolo sia in realtà un letto queen size e un letto singolo. Anche le loro camere sono arredate con mobili prevalentemente in legno. Un'altra cosa che mi piace davvero è l'aria condizionata, è molto forte e molto fredda. Ci siamo avvolti nella coperta come un burrito. Forse una piccola cosa da notare è che, nonostante ci siano i cartelli “vietato fumare” negli ascensori, ci sono ancora viaggiatori che fumano apertamente lì dentro. Ma a parte questo, penso che l'hotel sia nel complesso ok. È anche abbastanza sicuro, perché devi scansionare la scheda della stanza prima di selezionare il livello a cui vuoi accedere. C'è anche un Macdonald nelle vicinanze, basta attraversare la strada.

AP Premier is one of the oldest hotel in Batam Indonesia and was known as Novotel in the past. The hotel was one of the top grade hotels in Batam when I stayed there 20+ years ago (yr 2001). Although there are many hotel options now days in batam but AP Premier is still my favorite place to stay when visiting batam for business trip recently. The hotel location is good to me. It is very near to ferry terminal, Habourbay (in fact within walking distance) and Nagoya, the old town center where most of the tourists from Singapore would like to visit. The hotel public area is quite spacious. The breakfast selection was great. Room is clean and comfortable to stay. Hotel service is awesome especially the front desk team like Miss Wani and Mr Dona are exceptionally helpful.

She even arranged a surprise birthday decoration in our room on the second day - kudos to her! *Friendly Staff:* The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and welcoming. *Excellent Amenities:* - Delicious breakfast spread - Convenient location near the cruise center and seafood restaurants - Easy access to Grand Batam Mall and Hypermart Mall via Gojek or Grab *We'll Be Back!* We're eager to return and stay at Swiss-Belhotel Harbour Bay again. Highly recommended to relatives and friends! Rating: 5/5

Sono stato impressionato dal lobby maestoso che ha una decorazione interiore incantevole 😁. (non ero pronto per il lobby che sarà così maestoso) Il processo di check-in è stato veloce e smooth e ha avuto trattamento spa mentre guardando la stanza per essere pronta. Ho prenotato la prima categoria, ma devo dire che la camera è oltre la mia aspettativa, era molto spazioso (veramente spazioso) la camera da bagno anche molto molto molto spazioso e superr pulennn,la sua buona scelta di avere un breve soggiorno, L'hotel è molto vicino alla zona commerciale di Nagoya. Ma troppo male non ho preso una foto corretta perché mi piaceva il mio ”tempo” in quel momento. Vorrei tornare per un altro breve periodo di vacanza!

Il personale di contatto può comunicare in inglese. Hotel tranquillo, colazione alberghiero ok, posizione è un po 'di distanza dalla città. Devi prendere se vai fuori. Inaspettatamente che l'hotel ci dà il tè di alta qualità gratuita ma non potevamo farlo. Il letto è molto morbido e non ci supporta davvero.

1) Reception could guide some information such as where to take dinner, breakfast. All keep quiet. 2) Paid $139 for a night. Breakfast is terrible. Only fish ball and hard boil eggs. Just 7:30 am No top up fried noodle and rice . Staff hide some food I think chicken wings. 😊 3) Room wall are dusty and no information provided to contact reception or others. 4) Towels were too old. Should replace.

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)
