Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Very helpfull and kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. Highly recommendable hotel. Kuddos everyone! Kay and Sherlene

Overall a very pleasant stay, front office staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was also spacious and clean, breakfast spread was average but they had fresh kueh served to your table which was a nice touch

Location is about 5 mins away from Nagoya Hill shopping mall and 15 mins away from Batam Centre. Hotel breakfast just forget it and you can find more options outside of hotel.

Four point Batam have good location around Nogoya city. Breakfast have great variety of local and western. Should improve the coffee blend. Overall it is a great hotel to stay.

Hotel is decent and room is nice to stay at as it is very clean and comfortable. However, briefly disappointed that check in was delayed for me and my friend.
The hotel breakfast is average but still good to have as it is at least a convenience choice for some food in the morning.

Fantastic stay all around at Four Points Sheraton Batam. Have to commend the great service of all the staff during our stay, thank you for making our anniversary such a memorable one!

Hotel overall is good, just that it’s next to a mosque and at 4-5am the prayer start and the sound proofing of the hotel is very poor. I also can heard other guests talking and TV sound
