Bath: trova gli hotel più romantici, popolari e convenienti

Baden House è semplicemente fenomenale dalla miscela di vecchia e moderna estetica che grida classe, eleganza e lusso al pulito, tranquillo ambiente e il personale così gentile che erano sempre disponibili per aiutare e rendere il vostro soggiorno così comodo è stato un'esperienza così notevole e mi ritorcerò certamente. Mi piaceva assolutamente il mio soggiorno a Baden House e mi consiglierei sempre. Era la migliore vacanza e esperienza di Pasqua.

Abbiamo prenotato direttamente, in gennaio, con l'hotel che prende in considerazione l'offerta per il nostro soggiorno di marzo. Questo è un hotel 5 stelle e abbiamo aggiornato la nostra camera pochi giorni prima dell'arrivo. La camera era bella con un comodo letto di 4 poster e tutte le strutture come previsto. Il colazione non era come ci aspettava per un hotel a 5 stelle. Dovremmo scegliere un tempo per mangiare, le persone precedenti avevano tutto il yogurt? A quel tempo (8.45) siamo arrivati, stiamo spazzando il fondo del vaso profondo e il nostro colazione cucinata era una piccola parte. La torta di patate era molto sottile, come un cartone, un solo rasoio sottile di bacon e un taglio di funghi. Grazie a Dio ho chiesto un pomodoro grigliato! Dovremmo chiedere un toast quella mattina. Il pomodoro era quasi abbastanza per uno, dovevamo chiedere di più! Abbiamo prenotato per il mio compleanno per cena al Vellore, ma abbiamo deciso di cancellare, perché sembrava costoso e il colazione ci aveva messo fuori! Quindi abbiamo scelto di mangiare dal menu del bar invece, prendendo il pasto nella sala. Purtroppo la stanza era piuttosto fredda, abbiamo sentito gli altri ospiti lamentare di questo. Gli ospiti possono chiedere latte fresco per andare con il tè e il caffè complimentare, ma siate consapevoli di un piccolo succo di latte è £6. Il personale è stato amichevole e estremamente utile e l'hotel è ben situato per la città.

Sumptuous would be the word to describe this hotel. From the lobby to the room to the free snacks pantry, everything is sumptuous. The room we booked is absolutely huge with high ceilings and large windows. The bed and bedding is super super comfortable and we slept really well. The bathroom is nice with a big tub. Location is also excellent, minutes from downtown, the bridge and Roman baths. Looking forward to staying here again.

Splendido hotel ricavato da una villa vittoriana, recentemente ristrutturato, molto pulito, personale gentile ed ottima prima colazione! La posizione è a soli 10’ di camminata dal centro città e per chi viene in auto ha anche un parcheggio scoperto. Assolutamente consigliato a chi cerca soluzioni alternative ai grandi alberghi.

Il viaggio di cambio temporaneo, il fuoco e l'urgenza prenotano questo hotel. Il costo di cavallo di circa 100 yuan dalla città è ． È buono per l'hotel, che è inaspettatamente buono. L'hotel ha un sapore storico － un edificio ． un po'di grande aria per il giardino di casa ． ha un aria calda per la casa ． Ristorante siamo alla reception e prenotiamo insieme e ci diciamo che possiamo entrare a pranzo alle otto. Il gusto è buono 👍

I have read all the positive reviews of this property, especially before I booked; and frankly, I don’t understand them. Our room was at the top of the house, a LONG climb, which I knew about. The room was quaint, but in dismal repair. The mattress was old and lumpy, stained chair, bathroom was falling apart, with toilet roll holder coming away from the wall, broken shower head attachment, and sticking shower door. The one bright spot was Edward, the on site manager, who was so pleasant. He helped us with our baggage on the way out. Oh, and the ginger biscuits were delicious! This property is very well located, but not worth the price.

4 of us (two couples) stayed in the penthouse on valentines day. 2 days before our visit, the host takes an additional £250 security deposit on top of what we already paid which was just under £400. I was not overly happy considering the price we have already paid in full but obviously it had to be done. Because of this security deposit I made it very clear to the host that I would be doing my own inspection of the property as soon as we arrive to ensure we would be getting the deposit back. However, upon our inspection there was A LOT of things wrong with the place considering the money. I sent a total of 11 photos of things that were wrong to the host within half an hour of arrival. But that wasn't even everything as I just wanted to enjoy our time away instead of having to check every single damaged thing. Some of these things included a broken window being held up by a towel, water leak marks on most of the ceilings, a leak from the roof top velux, cracked/chipped cupboards, chewing gum on a picture frame, a cigarette burn hole in a chair (which if they smell smoke when you depart this will cost an additional £150 on top. Which is fair enough but I'm sure its at the hosts discretion), the shower tray doesn't hold the water so that leaks, hair in the shower. The other couple couldn't sleep due to a constant dripping noise from god knows where. The hot tub was the main reason for our visit. With 360 views of Bath, it was beautiful, there was no real issue there. However, when I walked around the hot tub to be able to remove the cover, I fell through the decking. This piece of decking was simply just placed within secure pieces so you would never see it. So beware of that! Again we were made aware there was no lift but not told how tall the building actually was, so if you have respiratory issues please be aware. All in all, the stay was fine! But I wouldn't pay that kind of money again knowing I'm at risk of an additional £400 if they so wish to take it from you. And purely because of the standard I was expecting, it just didn't cut it really.

I would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......
