Ho soggiornato a The Z Hotel Bath per una breve pausa di città e sono stato davvero impressionato. La posizione non poteva essere migliore diretta nel centro di Bath, a pochi minuti dai Roman Baths, negozi e ristoranti. Tutto era camminabile, che rendeva l'esplorazione super facile. La stanza era compatta ma intelligentemente progettata, pulita e moderna. Ho avuto una stanza senza finestre, che non ero sicura inizialmente, ma si è rivelata tranquilla e grande per dormire. Il letto era comodo, e il bagno era senza spot con una buona doccia. Uno dei punti di vista è stato il formaggio e il vino complimentari serviti in serata, un bel toccamento e non qualcosa che si aspettasse in questo punto di prezzo. Se stai cercando un elegante, senza fuss posto per soggiornare in Bah con una grande posizione centrale e un'ottima eccellente, consiglio fortemente The Z Hotel. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in town!

Very good location and friendly staffs. Parking about 10min walk away and have to pay in advance. Too rush to try out hotel facilities but we had good rest in this hotel.

Great location, about 15 mins walk from the station and straight across the road takes you to Kingsmead Square with great food places. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast, although very busy at breakfast time with people checking in and out in the same area. Would definitely stay there again.

Central location helps to overcome the cramped feeling staying in the annexe. The car was parked at the other end of town and drop off was difficult to say the least but it is what it is. I had no reason whatsoever to check out the main building reception, breakfast area perhaps a bar and lounge area too because nothing pointed me there! So generally, it was a room in a loft space built to an ”average” measure. I never like shower cubicles where I tend to bang elbows and worry about breaking something when I drop the soap. Breakfast price was horrendous so no inclination to walk in on the hop to check it out for the 2 nights stayed. I felt detached, cramped and in a bed-sit like accommodation. It is what it is.

Attended on Tuesday 27th Feb. Paid a little extra for room with a bath as like the couple ****** we are, we wanted a bath in Bath. My wife's first time ever visiting here. The hotel is a lovely setting, there is history here and all the staff have been wonderful. Close to the station, literally in front of it, and close to everything. Had the great pleasure of having many encounters with Tim, one of the reception staff and I believe concierges. Super pleasant and always helpful. We had breakfast included and after having that this morning can honestly say it's bang for your buck, with hot food to order including steak and eggs, (best steak my wife has had in the UK), a breakfast grill and a selection of others plus a typical selection of baked goods and fruits. The bar is pleasant and we enjoyed drinks last night before heading up to our room. Strawberry daiquiri we have had many times but the Amaretto sour was an interesting twist with a strong lemon zest. The only downside to the visit would be the bath/shower experience. Lukewarm bath and cold shower when we attempted it last night. This morning we got hot water for a total of ten mins to share before it went cold again. Not the worst thing all in all but a downside considering the extra pricing for a bathtub room. I was however assured that had I brought it to the desks attention I would have been assisted and I had just done the British thing of not wanting to fuss. One last perk that made an impact to me; free luggage storage. We checked out early so we could make the best of our time exploring Bath before we ride home. We were offered free luggage storage for even after we checked out so we could come back in quick before our train at 3pm and grab our bags and go, no extra charge. Fantastically useful as the Abbey tour does not allow luggage inside and we wanted to go. Anyway, thank you to Tim and all the staff at The Royal for making us feel welcomed and our time there special, we will definitely be coming back someday soon and will stay again. - Liam and Jenny Stephenson, Room 109. Think twice if you have a large suitcase and are on the upper floors. The lounge is nice with a real fire. Breakfast was nice too. Friendly hotel. 👍

We stayed there only for one night during Easter holidays and spent around £150 one night without breakfast. The room allocated was at the bottom of the townhouse; we are not sure if the air conditioning was working or not. A bit cold during the night…the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. No other comments. Nothing bad or great to mention.

Considering that the official website’s prices were quite similar, I went with the trip.com booking. I reserved a cozy room for 1 adult without breakfast for £113. After I checked out, trip.com triggered an immediate discount of £10.46, which I applied to my next train ticket purchase. ❤️ Third-party Marriott members get perks, too! This hotel falls under the Marriott Tribute Portfolio, embracing a boutique hotel approach. The entire establishment dates back to 1739, boasting a historic exterior. It’s conveniently situated just about 3 minutes’ walk from the Roman Baths and across from Sally Lunn’s. With my Marriott Platinum Card, even with a third-party reservation, the hotel upgraded us to a larger ground floor room facing the street after matching our account, but it’s not advisable due to potential noise. They also offered complimentary à la carte breakfast. Breakfast slots had to be reserved during check-in, and we chose a table at 10 AM. The breakfast was abundant, and the restaurant had a charming and lovely atmosphere. The experience was excellent (the best things are free!). Unfortunately, I don’t have space for more photos, but I’ll post one of the restaurant later. The room was quite small, designed in a modern British style, with a movie-themed decor according to the posters on the wall. All the amenities were provided, with local brand toiletries available for purchase at the front desk for £25 for two bottles. They were decent, but nothing extraordinary to consider bringing back home. The minibar had coffee, various teas, semi-skimmed milk packets, and biscuits. The bottled still water was in an aesthetically pleasing canned form. 🌟 There’s an Elemis sleep kit on the bedside: temple balm/sleep mist/eye cream, placed over a hotel postcard, looking quite exquisite. The bed was very comfortable. ❌ However, there were a few drawbacks to this place… a bit unnerving… I’m not sure if I just had bad luck. The hotel corridors were somewhat confusing, and I accidentally opened the wrong room door once using my own room card. Strangely, the next day around ten o’clock, while I was in the bathroom and my son was on the bed, despite securing the latch on our door, someone managed to open it slightly, presumably seeing my son on the bed, and then closed the door. Perhaps it was a housekeeping staff member wanting to clean the room? Regardless, it felt quite odd… a little unsettling, to be honest

Un'altra cosa è che, senza alcuna precedente notifica, il bagno chiuso il mantenimento dei nemici la mattina che usciamo, e le fate fa sembrare meno lussuoso di quello che è contrassegnato. Il più lato è un tipo di inclusive che include la piscina, lo sport e il colazione. Il colazione è molto bello se ti piace il colazione inglese o hanno un buffet di base.
