Staying here is somewhat a very rare experience. It is nearby the SM Batangas. With regards to their services, it is normal that sometimes due to scarcity of employee( only one employee is on the front desk ) , their services is not what you think to be that fast. One thing more there must be bucket and cup always available at the shower room/ comfort room to be used. There must be a water dispenser on every floors. Matbe thats all.

Arrivato tardi, stanco, felice di doccia e dormire ... Per capire che non c'è acqua nel doccia. Dopo aver controllato per 15 minuti, ci hanno detto che era normale a causa della bassa pressione idrica, che dovremmo provare di nuovo circa 3 ore (!!!). Troppo tardi per cambiare hotel e già pagato oltre booking.com, quindi non c'è rimborso ... Andiamo a letto citazione infelice e odore!

Amichevole e accogliente staff.Il luogo è così pulito e accogliente. Posizione perfetta. Ho un soggiorno facile e confortevole. Ben mantenuto hotel. Bella camera e altamente raccomandato. Fino ad ora è un 5/5 per un buon servizio e un grande soggiorno ...Alto cinque complessivo! .. Io e i miei amici sono in attesa di prenotare di nuovo 👏👏🤩🤩

Il personale è molto amichevole.Le camere, anche se molto pulite ( mia moglie) non avevano un minibar (nessuna birra, me) come annunciato, ma il personale mi ha portato un po'di tempo.Il servizio acqua calda in una delle due camere non era caldo per molto tempo. Le camere sul sito sono molto più belle delle camere reali. Il cibo al Garben Cafe è delizioso, il Mango Restaurant ha grande Bulalo, io immagino buon cibo per Filipino. La piscina è molto buona, tutto in tutto circa 8 su 10. Molto rilassante

Checked in: Jan 25, 2021 Time: 9:51 PM Deluxe Room 12hrs Me and my partner checked-in at this hotel late at night since it was the decent one we found near the grand terminal. The room given to us was clean but the floor was really sticky. We remember checking in at around 10pm but I had to call the front desk the next morning (9am) just to make sure I'm not mistaken since they did not provide us any checkout information when we paid for our room. The girl who I spoke to said we checked in at 9pm and they will only allow a 15min grace period for us to pack up and leave right away. I asked how much it will cost for us to have an additional hour so we can eat breakfast but the girl said she is not sure of how and that she will need to call us back. After a few minutes she called back and said we need to pay 180PHP for another hour to spend at the hotel. My partner was the one who answered the call and agreed so that they would let us stay until 10am. They DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS, only cup noodles and junk food so we had to order food delivery. My partner went down the lobby to get our breakfast from the delivery guy and also spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was our check-in time last night. She was told it was 9:51PM and not 9PM contrary to what she told me when I called. After eating we packed up our things and went down right away so that we no longer need to extend an additional hour on our stay. The receptionist told us we still need to pay 180PHP even though we did not consume the 1hr extension since it was already recorded on their system. I argued but had to pay since we were on a hurry. TLDR: WE WERE ASKED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HOUR ON OUR STAY EVEN THOUGH WE CHECKED OUT ON TIME. THEY DO NOT SERVE ANY MEALS. THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AND PROPERLY TRAINES, EVEN THE GUARD WHO KEPT ON STARING AT US. P.S I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION AND TRAIN THEIR PEOPLE TO BE PROFESSIONAL. CUSTOMER RELATIONS NEED IMPROVEMENT. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCONSIDERATE.
