Hotel vicini a Masjid Al- Isra a Batam

Very good location with wet market just next to the hotel and plenty of spa/massage nearby and walking distance to shopping malls (very near BCS mall and just 8-10 min walk to Grand Batam Mall). A2 food court is nearby too. Given its centralized location, grab to various places is fast and cheap. Definitely a plus for its location. Complimentary hotel breakfast is good thou some food is cold, they immediately heat up for you if you asked for it; there is eggs, porridge, lontong and prata station too. For the low price we paid for the room, no complaints. Family suite room is huge! For luxury spa/massage lovers, pls check out Amartha Spa & Massage located at the hotel - be pampered and you will love it! We are very happy with our stay. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Great location. We really loved the character of the hotel. Hotel is full of great art. Just a charming place. Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of malls and had great time shopping. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and bed comfort cannot be beat. Service was Top Notch! The staffs were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. A big thank you to Fenti, Sarah and Laura for making our stay a memorable one. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful apartment. Very clean and worth the price. The ambiance of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Sono rimasto con mio marito nel 3505 per 2 notti. Questo resort è perfetto per tutti i tipi di viaggiatori, affari, coppie solitarie o famiglie! Una colazione decente si è diffusa fin dalle 6:00, in modo che si possa avere un pasto caldo prima di andare in giro. La sala di gioco è dotata di tavoli da piscina, dardi e tavoli da football - divertente per amici, famiglie e coppie. Una grande piscina per adulti e bambini, un tranquillo spa e una camera per bambini per i piccoli. La stanza, anche se alcuni hanno commentato che è leggermente datata, è molto ben mantenuta! Molti canali TV, la dimensione della stanza era spaziosa e tutto funzionava bene. Non dire che era molto pulito e luminoso con molta luce naturale. Siamo stati aggiornati alla suite, con una bella vista sulla piscina. Ci sono stati sempre i luoghi dell'hotel puliti. Ci siamo incontrati con il personale del paesaggio che teneva le loro piante a posto. Non c'era una sola foglia caduta nella piscina! Le letti solari sono stati tenuti secchi e puliti per gli ospiti. Tutti i membri del personale del Holiday Inn Resort Batam ci hanno certamente fatto sorridere con il loro amichevole servizio, vale a dire Dinda, Ocha, Raya e Angga (spero di aver scritto i loro nomi correttamente.) Non sono riuscito a ottenere i nomi del personale del ristorante durante il colazione Le cuoche, i cuochi vivi e tutti i servizi ci hanno salutati ogni volta che ci vedevano. Hanno presto pulito le piastrelle e offrono un caffè fresco di birra (la latte del caramel era buona!). Anche i kudos per tenere le nostre camere fresche. La posizione era leggermente fuori dalla zona della città, ma non avevamo problemi a trovare nessuno con Grab. Anche - i cookie di benvenuto erano stupidi! :)

Stayed between 12 - 14 Dec 2022. The hotel is about 5 mins walk away from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There are 2 Circle K across the hotel and the stretch of seaside restaurants (Wey Wey, Alco) is about 2 mins away. Nearest supermarket, Go Go Supermart is located approximately 5 mins walk away from the hotel, located beside Swiss-Bell Hotel and underneath the defunct Harbour Bay Mall. Hotel's Front Desk is friendly and able to communicate in English. I was asked to consider upgrading my room at a special price (~S$9) as the room I booked was small. I agreed since the offer was much larger and came with a balcony. Regrettably, my room was only ready at about 3.30pm, 30mins after the check-in time at 3pm. My Room (207) is in a slightly run down condition with uneven floor tiles, cracks and paint peeling on the walls, water ponding at the toilet drain outlet next to the toilet bowl. The cleanliness is bad too with stains on the covers of the bed, pillows, blanket. The furniture surfaces in the room and balcony were dusty. Water pressure in the shower was adequate but the hot water only lasted for about 5 mins. Bath towels were unavailable during check in and only available at 4pm according to Housekeeping. I left for dinner at around 5pm and the towels weren't delivered yet. Thankfully, they were there when I came back. The view on my balcony was partially obstructed by the hotel's signboard as it is located directly above the hotel's arrival lobby. The corridor was dark most of the time with only lights at both ends. During my stay, I've only encountered the lights for the whole corridor switched around 7pm only on one evening. Breakfast is provided Sweet Corner Restaurant at Level 1 of the hotel between 7am to 11am. The food was simple with options of rice, noodles, porridge, white bread with condiments. Style of the staples and complimenting dishes varies daily. Eggs can be ordered from the staff. Choices available were Sunny Side Up, Soft Boiled, Omelette. The options for beverages were tea, coffee, and orange juice made from highly watered down concentrated syrup. I also have 2 of my lunches there; once while waiting for check-in and once before check-out. Staff were not eager to serve though but still gets your order right. Waiting time for my lunch to be served was about 10 mins. Located at Level 1 is also Alamanda Spa & Massage, which offers various types of massages and spa treatments. They have a beautiful section on the rooftop of the hotel but it could be only used for the higher tiered packages as I was always led to the rooms at Level 1 twice for my Tradition Full Body and Totok Wajah massages. Grab can pick up at the hotel. Please note that Grab are not able to pick up passengers at the Ferry Terminal and some Hotels and Shopping Malls. You might have to walk a distance away from these locations to board. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Batam City Square Mall (BCM) have dedicated Grab Points at the Pintu Timur (East Entrance)

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. The are plenty of dining options within the Harbour Bay mall. You can find all the popular eateries (Malaya Cafe, Morning Bakery etc…) within the mall. The hotel is about 10-15 mins Taxi/Grab ride to the Nagoya area where there are even more dining and shopping options. The room itself is quite spacious and very clean. We given the balcony unit. However the view of the swimming pool and the sea was mostly obstructed by trees. The aircon in the room is quite cold and there we were unable to adjust the temperature. Only the fan speed can be tweaked. The bed was comfy and j slept very well. The infinity pool is small but nice. The same goes for the gym. It is sufficiently equipped for workout enthusiasts like me. We paid for around S$30 for the breakfast buffet and it was pretty good. The hotel stay was kind of pricey. Would highly recommend if it’s below $250 per night. Overall my experience was great and I would come back again for my next trip to Batam. I would also consider Four Points By Sheraton which is also owned by the Marriott group.

La posizione è un punto più. Nelle vicinanze del terminal ferry del Batam Center n un centro commerciale. Il personale super amichevole, quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, pioveva molto. Ma il nostro allenatore non può entrare nel parcheggio. Così il personale dell'hotel uscì al lato della strada n rifugio con l'umbrello n ci aiuta con il bagaglio.

My main complaint of this hotel is that there is a ”Private KTV (Level 4)” and this is served by two lobby. At the lift lobby (which has 5 lifts), out of which only 2 serves Level 4 which is literally named ”Private KTV (Level 4)”, so definitely not all guests would know of this hidden floor. Very seedy :| Next morning at the the hotel breakfast restaurant, there were a lot of ”suspicious characters”... the kind of guys you'd expect to patronise a KTV, with young pretty girls (probably ******* or hostesses) around their arms, which made the breakfast environment very uncomfortable. The food was subpar anyway, bland, tasteless and overall poor (although the food isn't the main issue). Truly don't think the hotel is family-friendly with the presence of a ”Private KTV”. I guess you get what you pay for, cheap hotel with cheap visitors. Otherwise, here's what's good about the hotel. Location was nearer to Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal (10-15 mins drive), and Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall (5-10 mins drive), though there's not much in the area, not even an Indomaret convenience shop. Rooms has wooden fixture which gives it a ”rustic charm” feel. Aircon is fine, the lobby is grand and alright. Service is alright I guess, nothing too outstanding, and not that bad either. Will probably only return to this hotel if I know the ”Private KTV” has been closed for good.

I don’t give 1/5 reviews. I am only triggered when the cleanliness and hygiene is an issue. This hotel gave me a room that I had to walk through a smoke reeked corridor. When I went into the room, I got a room that had so much wordless shakes than nods of approval. 1) Toilet was not clean. There was mold. 2) Room had to be “perfumed” with a packet of something hanging on the air con duct 3) ALL the towels in the room were stained. Asked for a new set and it was STILL stained 😳. 4) No shampoo as a 4 star hotel. 5) Recycled bed room slippers ( of which I am fine ) but it was stained with dubious stuff. 6) Room picture hangs precariously over my head. 7) The extra bed I paid extra for came without a bed frame and was placed on the floor. Housekeeping said it is like that 😵‍💫 Management has to do something. The poor housekeeping got a hard time from me 🙏🏻
