I miei amici sono stati piacevolmente sorpresi dalle “towels di torta di compleanno” - un bel toccamento.
Tks Oakwood per la mente e la memoria di soggiorno.
L'hotel è piuttosto nuovo. Alcuni problemi dentali (cioè tazze impure, tappeto da doccia non funzionavano, carte chiave non potevano funzionare a causa di problemi di batteria, ecc) - che si aspetta e rapidamente risolto.
Il personale del front desk, concierge a F&B - erano tutti amichevoli e duri, con un desiderio di andare a un miglio di più.
Il mio amico ha lasciato qualcosa nella stanza. Ci siamo contattati con il concierge, che era molto veloce e gentile a recuperarlo e a aiutare a scoprire le modalità di ritorno dell'articolo. Eravamo v grati e impressionati dal servizio eccellente.
La posizione dell'hotel è magnifica. Al di là del Grand Batam, con molti ristoranti, grandi supermercati e negozi. Era anche al contrario del mercato bagnato e circondato da molte opzioni spa.
Tutti abbiamo concordato che questo hotel deve essere uno dei luoghi più convenienti per soggiornare. Ci ritroveremo con più amici nel prossimo giro. Tks

We were also given buffet dinner which we politely declined as my mum was vegetarian. Was very happy with the service. Location was good. This was my 2nd stay with the hotel. AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

We reach hotel by 2pm and able to do an early check in the Hotel is well maintain and looks just having some partial interior renovation and room is so spacious and the hotel surprisingly you may choose smoking room and non smoking room during check in. this hotel outside view mayb is not as good as other brand new hotel facing nice sea view etc but but this hotel ambience really make me feel welcoming safe like a home with a great staff from a front desk reception, chef until a housekeeping a so polite. We requested a smooking room and surprisingly even a smoking room the room doesn’t have any weird smell i know because im not a smoker so i can differentiate 😅. The room is so spacious among other big brand hotels in batam and at town area that can i mention so worth the price and the hotel does provide some hotel which is gym, pool, spa and cafe like other hotel. whenever we keep on in and out the whoever stuff that saw us will politely greet us wherever we are. On the next day we went for breakfast located at 1st floor, that a 3 people st the front then one of them guide us to the table while walk to the table they explained to us where and the food located. On that morning the restaurant was not so crowded i guess due to low peak season or fall on weekday so everything went smoothly and calm untill we do for check out and whenever i go back to batam again I look forward to stay in sheraton with different room type thank you for having me on my short trip !

AAriel HoLBMontigo Nongsa Resort is a must go for a relaxing retreat in Batam to rest and recharge from the daily rush of City life. Just by simply being there, immersed in the beauty of white washed villas by the sea, you will feel like you're in Greece. Soaking in the scenic view all around you everywhere you go and vibes of a slower pace of life, all the stress slips away.
In the resort, commuting is done using a buggy, or you can have a delightful walk discovering paths and scenic places not covered by the buggy.
The villa is my beautiful cozy home for the retreat with its own Infinity pool giving me all time access to the magnificent sea view, sunset and cloudy skies overhead. I can lounge on the poolside bench for a sunbath watching the ferries and sea activities or admire the broad expanse of the dark cloudy skies overhead with planes flying above at night truly quietens one's spirit down in an amazing life by the sea.
Adding sparks and highlights to the already perfect life here in Montigo Resort is the abundance of daily breakfast at Tadd's Restaurant. The staff here (including Sara and another gentleman staff whom I didn't ask for the name) are amazingly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant breakfast experience for you.
If you have booked recreation activities in advance, you would be pleasantly delighted that staff from the Recreation Club would be there at Tadd's before you come for breakfast to meet you and assure they will bring you to the Recreation activity after breakfast! Wow! What a seamless experience to make you feel so welcome and well taken care of! Thanks to Chyntia, Coco, Yoga, Wahid and Bruhan from the Recreation Club. Chyntia has thoughtfully planned the sequence of the activities when I booked several activities over a few days without fixed dates and time to allow easier booking depending on tidal conditions and other guests' bookings.
You can try your hands at the Airsoft Gun. Coco from Recreation Club will guide you on the shooting techniques. As a first timer with Airsoft guns, I'm certainly pleased to have hit 2 targets using 30 pellets.
Next is the kayaking. Yoga from Recreation Club will brief you on using the paddle and take photos and videos for you from the shore. Just paddle out to the peaceful sea and take in the entire landscape of Montigo Resort from the kayak. I'm also amazed at the opportunity to see a tiny flat crab clutching onto a floating cardboard raising one leg at me at sea!
Another exciting adventure is the ATV! Wahid from the Recreation Club will help you get familiar to the ATV in no time and guide you on a tour to the dirt track and the nearby farm in the ATV if you choose the one hour session! Along the way, he will help take photos and videos to capture your memorable ATV journey.
Lastly, you can opt for a 2 hour bike tour to 2 kampungs! Guided by Bruhan from Recreation Club, you will see the captivating rustic local life scenes, the nature and beach along the way. You will also see the mangrove village where paintball activity takes place. Bruhan will also take photos and videos for you when we pause for breaks. Thankfully, Bruhan brought along a bottle of mineral water for me for regular hydration during the tour! It totally skipped my mind to consider bringing water along!
To ease the muscle soreness, end the day with a blissful soak in the Infinity pool or warm bathtub with an essential oil bath bomb. Breathe in the aromatic scent and relax.
So much wonderful memories and delightful experiences at Montigo Nongsa Resort leaves me looking forward to more!

TThomas96I miei amici e io abbiamo soggiornato di recente all'Hotel e Residence Nagoya Mansion, e in generale, è stata un'esperienza soddisfacente.L'hotel è in una posizione molto conveniente, a pochi passi dal centro commerciale Nagoya Hill, rendendolo ideale per shopping e cena.
Le camere erano medie ma adeguate, e la pulizia era fino a standard. Anche se l’assenza di un asciugacapelli nella camera era un piccolo inconveniente, il personale amichevole e professionale era più che compiuto per questo. Sono stati molto accoglienti, anche organizzandoci per controllare in anticipo senza alcuna tassa supplementare, che è stato molto apprezzato.
In generale, è stato un piacevole soggiorno. La posizione conveniente e l'eccellente servizio dell'hotel lo rendono molto consigliabile agli altri. Con alcuni miglioramenti alle strutture, sarebbe perfetto!

UUtente anonimoNeeded a massage getaway to Batam. I previously stayed at Aston and was quite happy, but the price at the time of my visit was around 2x the usual due to the holiday season. I paid only around 50 sgd, really affordable for a king size room with a bathtub and sofa in the room. Property itself is older and in a way less clean than Aston but the breakfast was way better.
