We only had a short stay at this motel of 2 nights but would highly recommend it. It exceeded our expectations. Very modern, clean and a lovely bathroom. Located in a lovely area and very well kept gardens etc. Very enjoyable stay with a nice swimming pool also.

We stayed here for one night in Jan this year and loved it. Very clean and well looked after motel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Club was just across road and you could walk there and supermarket were within walking distance also. Can walk to everything and Murray is straight in front. Highly recommend this place to stay. We would stay here again anytime.

Room staff were amazing
Down fall, no shade around back pool
Back Bbq gas bottle was empty and bbq was disgusting so dirty. Was not clean once in 8 days of staying.

Beautifully refurbished hotel in the heart of Barham. The staff were friendly, the rooms immaculate. We stayed at the rear complex which was quiet and near to the river. It was unexpected, but convenient to find the toilet separate within the bathroom. I would’ve given 5 star if there was any information in the room on local services, and also how to use the TV!

Comfortable rooms, good size, clean bathroom, walk across road to the club. Easy to book and very friendly staff.
