(한국인 숙박 리뷰)바르셀로나 처음와서 이용한 호텔입니다. 카탈루냐광장 및 사그리다 파밀리아와 거리는 좀 있지만, 지하철을 이용하면 15분 이내에 모두 돌아다닐수있어요. 유명 관광지 호텔 대비 가격도 싸고 음식도 맛있어요(1층 레스토랑 현지인 맛집인듯 사람 많음) 관광지는 사람 많아서 시끄럽지만, 해당 호텔은 현지인 거주지로 동네가 조용한편 입니다. 시끄러운게 싫으신분께 추천! 지하철 및 슈퍼마켓 거리는 도보로 4-7분 사이입니다.

We arrived just after check-in time to find only two working at their reception desk. Each with guests and one ahead of us in line. We waited patiently for around 10 minutes as they slowly managed to complete the check in of one. In that time the line had grown with 8 more guests waiting behind me to check in as well. I was next to check in, or thought I was, but an additional check in person stepped up to another station to help. But instead of asking for the next one he just helped an impatient guest waiting off to the side instead, making me wait almost 20 minutes just to check in. And beyond just changing you for the room they take a deposit, which I never had happen to me before. I have had hotels put credit cards on file but not actual deposits on top of the room charge. After we got to the room, had a lovely view but the windows were very dirty and couldn’t even take good pictures from it. Then after getting back from going out and about we found the phone and tv were dead. So no room service available or entertainment in our room . I went down to the front desk and asked about it and they said the whole building was out and there was nothing they could do. After we went to bed we were awoken by a maintenance man at 12:30 at night asking to fix our tv. I told him we were sleeping. I was so upset they would even think to send someone at that time of night, when I didn’t even ask them to come, I could hardly sleep after that. I went to the front desk the next morning to ask them about resending the maintenance man back to the room while we were out but they explained the whole building phone and tv was still out. I then asked why they would send someone to fix our tv in the middle of the night. They had no explanation. As of our last night here still no tv, phone, or room service. They have no estimate on when it might come back. For what I thought was a higher end hotel their customer service is lacking and maintenance of their building sub-standard.

We know Barcelona well, and are especially happy in the Pedralbes area, which gives a bit of space away from the central madness. We were staying with our son and grandsons, and this hotel was an excellent choice, with great staff, and so much going for it. The room we had was spacious, airy and clean, and to a high standard. The roof pool is not big, but gives a good size for children. The staff go the extra mile, and the wee extras we got were a true bonus. The restaurant was also good and fairly priced. Nearby you have great parks, and all amenities such as a metro, taxi rank and good bus service. For people wanting a real Barcelona experience, this is a great place to stay.

La location è perfetta, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. L’hotel è molto bello nella hall, meno nelle camere. La mia camera non aveva la vista esterna e questo mi ha disturbata parecchio essendo una categoria Superior e non Standard. Comunque avevo la macchina Nespresso e tutto il comfort desiderato. Un encomio particolare va alla colazione semplicemente eccezionale con centrifugati, varietà di frutta e una pasticceria squisita...mi viene ancora l’acquolina...

La stanza è molto vasta, con microonde, e può riscaldare semplicemente i pasti. Ci sono anche le lavastoviglie che possono cucinare, ma non ci sono utensili da cucina. Se non ricordi male, l'hotel offre utensili da cucina per 15 euro al giorno. In generale, l'igiene della stanza è stata trovata sulla cucina e sulla macchina del caffè. C'è un posto dove giocare un bambino vicino all'hotel, molto per un bambino.Haha. Il costo del parcheggio è più costoso, 30 euro/giorno, ma Barcellona è generalmente costoso. In generale, è ancora buono!

Tutto ben organizzato pulito e accogliente. Personale molto accogliente e preparato. Piacevole lounge bar e ristorante. Le stanze sono dotate di tutti comforts. Letti comodi, docce spaziose. Mio figlio ha avuto bisogno di appoggiarsi una mezza giornata per motivi di lavoro e studio e prontamente gli è stata attivata la card per accedere al business centre. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Posizione: La posizione è un po' sfortunata, poiché è lontana dal centro della città, ma non lontana dalla fermata degli autobus e dalla stazione metropolitana. Servizi dell'hotel: c'era una piscina, una palestra, una sala da letto e l'interno della stanza era tedio. Purtroppo non l'ho visto perché la stanza che ho soggiornato era all'interno, quindi sono rimasto per 3 giorni e 2 notti, ma non l'ho pulito il secondo giorno. (Anche se ho appeso un coltello per pulirlo) Anche il bagno era bloccato, quindi ci voleva molto tempo per sdraiarsi il pavimento perché l'acqua era così fredda quando ho fatto una doccia. Colazione: era deliziosa.

I stayed here for 5 nights and the room was very clean, pleasant and with air conditing, which was needed in his heat and humitidy. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The whole area is beautiful, and the pool was never too busy. We had wonderful views of the top of Tibidabu from both our room and the pool. The staff were so helpful and there were no issues communicating, despite my limited Spanish! The glass at the front of the building could do with a clean, but honestly, that is the only thing I could say that was negative. My window in my room was very clear and clean! I would definitely come back again. There is easy access to both trains and busses and a coffee shop, convenience store and pharmacy just a couple of blocks away. The old town is beautiful and less than 5 minutes away. I would come here again.
