This experience has been one of the best we’ve had in Barcelona. The hotel room felt spacious and all staff members were exceptionally helpful. We are particularly impressed by Front Desk employee Luis and Gema. They were extremely supportive. They greatly aided us with transport and gave us local tips (such as good restaurants, how to take public transport etc.) Gema even personally helped us to arrange our luggage delivery to another hotel in a timely and efficient way. The luggage was closely monitored the whole process until it arrived in our hand. I would highly recommended this real 5 Star Hotel to everyone.

We arrived just after check-in time to find only two working at their reception desk. Each with guests and one ahead of us in line. We waited patiently for around 10 minutes as they slowly managed to complete the check in of one. In that time the line had grown with 8 more guests waiting behind me to check in as well. I was next to check in, or thought I was, but an additional check in person stepped up to another station to help. But instead of asking for the next one he just helped an impatient guest waiting off to the side instead, making me wait almost 20 minutes just to check in. And beyond just changing you for the room they take a deposit, which I never had happen to me before. I have had hotels put credit cards on file but not actual deposits on top of the room charge. After we got to the room, had a lovely view but the windows were very dirty and couldn’t even take good pictures from it. Then after getting back from going out and about we found the phone and tv were dead. So no room service available or entertainment in our room . I went down to the front desk and asked about it and they said the whole building was out and there was nothing they could do. After we went to bed we were awoken by a maintenance man at 12:30 at night asking to fix our tv. I told him we were sleeping. I was so upset they would even think to send someone at that time of night, when I didn’t even ask them to come, I could hardly sleep after that. I went to the front desk the next morning to ask them about resending the maintenance man back to the room while we were out but they explained the whole building phone and tv was still out. I then asked why they would send someone to fix our tv in the middle of the night. They had no explanation. As of our last night here still no tv, phone, or room service. They have no estimate on when it might come back. For what I thought was a higher end hotel their customer service is lacking and maintenance of their building sub-standard.

This is a nice hotel and a good location right along La Rambla. In fact, it’s pretty much in the middle of everything in Barcelona - easy walking distance to the Gothic quarter and also to Gaudi’s houses. What is not walkable is easily reached by metro with a station very close. The only reason I did not give the hotel a five star rating is it was so typical of nice Marriott properties and did not have much of a local feel. If an American style large hotel is what you are looking for, then this hotel will suit you fine. I actually prefer a smaller, more authentic hotel when in Europe. The room I had was nice. Bright, clean and fairly large. It had a nice bathroom and good amount of closet space. Nepresso machine and frig stocked with mini bar items were also in the room. I did have breakfast at the restaurant both mornings. It was a breakfast buffet with typical offerings and the food was fine. Service was not great but not horrible either. The book ahead price was not ridiculously high compared to m au places I’ve stayed. Overall my stay was good, but I did regret a little that I’d left the conference hotel i had been in. The Meridian did not meet the very high bar that establishment had set!

La mia moglie e io abbiamo fatto un breve viaggio a Barcellona e abbiamo scelto questo hotel a caso. Qual è la scelta migliore e buona fortuna! In primo luogo, la posizione era perfetta per noi - a destra delle Ramblas. Molto centrale. Abbiamo preso l'Aerobus dall'aeroporto che si è fermato a Plaça de Catalunya a poche distanza dalle Ramblas e ovviamente il nostro hotel. Abbiamo ricevuto un accogliente personale e un drink benvenuto. La nostra camera era confortevole e pulita e aveva bevande gratuite nel mini bar; macchina del caffè gratis nespresso, un letto grande e un sacco di pizzi! Il servizio di servizio è stato molto utile per il personale di ufficio con suggerimenti su cibo locale, viaggiare, prenotare biglietti ... È stato completamente un servizio a cinque stelle. Andremo certamente di nuovo a Barcellona e speriamo di poterci tornare a questo bel diamante di un hotel.

We stayed at the Hotel for 6 nights in a 'Essential' king room. Pros: - Checking in was friendly and swift. A glass of water was offered. - A hand written card, balloons, wine & chocolate cake were left as we were celebrating our anniversary. A nice touch. - Our room was comfortable, clean, modern & the shower was nice. Everything you needed was there. Air con worked great and was quiet. - Our room was cleaned daily. No issues there. - All staff were friendly. - Breakfast was nice enough, not a huge selection. Seating was always available. - Rooftop terrace was comfortable and clean. A nice area to chill out. We always managed to get a seat despite it being fairly small. The pool was ok to cool off and there's 6 sun beds. - Location was great for us. Close enough to all the shops, bars and transport links. We used the Aerobus which stops 5 minutes away to get from the airport. Cons: - Expensive drinks. 4.50 for a small bottle of coke & 8 euros for a smoothie. Probably similar to other hotels but it's hard to justify. Long drinks are crazy prices. - Service on the terrace was hit and miss, a little haphazard. Staff were polite though. Similar at breakfast but again staff were friendly. - We were often late to bed so we weren't getting up until 9am, however there was drilling and banging almost every day that started at 8am. Pretty annoying. - Probably the most expensive bed & breakfast hotel we've booked at an average of £250/night. Obviously this varies by location/time but it wasn't worth it in my opinions, perhaps about £150. Other hotels were similar at the time of booking though. Overall, a nice hotel but too expensive for us to justify another visit sadly.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente. La porta è la stazione della metropolitana. Dopo una strada c'è un bus aereo, che può raggiungere l'aeroporto T1/T2. Il servizio di ricezione è anche bello. Inizia a scoprire che l'hotel non ha fornito rettili, ma quando ha chiesto la seconda volta, ha detto di cercare un modo per noi, e naturalmente alla fine può fornirci rettili.

Firstly, please let me thank you staff behind within the reception team as the staff I came across were a credit to your hotel. I had a booking with you for 7 nights from the 10th to 17th September stayed in room 701. Arrived on the Saturday evening at about 21.15hrs checked in, The gentleman behind reception who checked us in was great first thing he said was Mr & Mrs Barrett many congratulations to you both on celebrating your wedding anniversary, that along with the check in went really well and this made us feel special. Up to room Wow !! factor was really impressed however it was like a sauna No problems we can sort it tried to play around with the settings and struggled getting temp down, plus a few sockets in the room was not working. No letter wishing us congratulations Once we unpacked, we decided to have a look around and get our bearings. popped back to reception and mentioned about the Sockets next to bed not working in room and the temperature. the same gentleman said it's not a problem he can sort out the room temperature but sockets will have to wait till the morning, ok great thank you, can we please book the spa for Sunday around 5pm if its free, yes, he said no problems its book for us. that was it. Saturday night in the room was still very hot but we managed and by the morning it was nice and cool. Sunday afternoon there was someone different on so went to collect the key for the spa and towels off we went really excited as this was our anniversary day. Nothing in the spa was working apart from the pool with bubbles, the Steam room and Sauna was not on, went up to Reception asked the team they said it should be but I assured them nothing was on. we were asked to wait around 15 to 20 minutes which will give things time to warm up but we lost the experience by then. Once finished handed key back to Reception and asked if we could book a table in the restaurant tonight we were told this is closed and the bar is closed as well. But on the web site it says open !! so our plans were going side ways instead. I also mentioned again about sockets and was told we will be on it fiorst thing monday. Went up to room and ran the bath as going to have a jacuzzi, this didn't work reported this to the same person in reception, so we got dressed and went out for dinner. Monday going out said to the team we are out now so feel free to fix the sockets and Jacuzzi and will be back later on during the day. We got back quite late and visited a few sites within your city loads of photos, so by the time we got back didn't check nothing as we were really tired. Tuesday morning completely forgot to check to see if things were working as we had a very early start and a long day. came back late evening time and once again completely tired. Wednesday, I tried the sockets again and still not working so on my way out I mentioned to the team about these and i assumed the Jacuzzi would be the same. They were shocked and thought thes

La location è perfetta, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. L’hotel è molto bello nella hall, meno nelle camere. La mia camera non aveva la vista esterna e questo mi ha disturbata parecchio essendo una categoria Superior e non Standard. Comunque avevo la macchina Nespresso e tutto il comfort desiderato. Questo è l'hotel più caldo che abbia mai vissuto in Europa decine di volte. La posizione è anche molto buona. Non è lontano dalla chiesa o dal campo, andare in chiesa e andare in mare! Alloggiare in questo hotel è come a casa, con trattini, bagni da bagno, con forniture di riscaldamento, e inviare un bicchiere di vino rosso molto buono al posto dopo l'alloggio. Visitata qui con il mio partner Il check-in è stato veloce e facile Inizialmente abbiamo avuto una stanza senza bagno, ma voleva un bagno, quindi andava alla ricezione e pagava per il miglioramento. La stanza è stata dotata di strutture per la preparazione di tè/caffè e cioccolato complimentare. Doccia e era grande Letto e le mutande sono confortevoli - È un'ottima location! Non posso commentare il colazione come non ha ordinato nessuno. Il personale di ricezione era molto amichevole e utile, Grazie mille!

L'hotel è situato accanto plaza de espanya e a 15-20 minuti dall'aeroporto tramite aerobus. Grazie alla stazione sulla piazza è ben collegato al centro. A piedi si puo raggiungere il castello del montjuic. La nostra camera (bellissima) era al settimo piano con vista sulla strada e sulla piazza. Non molto spaziosa ma dotata di tutti i comfort a partire dal bagno con shampo crema corpo pettine ecc per finire al bollitore con i the e i caffe. Davvero molto pulita, ogni giorno il minifrigo veniva rifornito dell'acqua e la camera sempre rifatta. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. La colazione era davvero molto varia si poteva scegliere se farla al buffet o optare per un menu più contenuto. Abbiamo passato 3 notti da dio ci piacerebbe tornare presto.

reading the reviews about the place being disturbed worried me a bit, but we got there from the metro (Poble Sec Ⓜ️) which is a 5minutes walk, they have complimentary detox water and it was refreshing, felt like we needed that after an 1 and half our of flight and another hour to get to the hotel. I can hear people talking from the street and possibly the other room but it didn’t bother me that much. The beds are comfortable, the room is spacious the staff are amazing, helpful and friendly breakfast is satisfying. only thing is that there’s no outlet near the bedside so we had to charge phones somewhere out of reach from your rest. overall it was an excellent stay and me and my boyfriend would surely stay here when we come back.

Generally, that would be plenty reason to recommend the hotel. Continue reading … If you stay here do NOT book the mini room. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel room in my life. I’ve stayed in NYC where rooms are known to be small, but this place took it to the next level. The bed was tiny and shoved up against a wall. If you’re staying with your partner, one of you will need to climb over the other. If you’ve got any kind of luggage, that’ll take the remaining floor space, literally. We found it almost impossible to open our luggage. Due to the rooms triangle shape everything about the room is simply awkward. You could barely turn around in the shower without hitting a wall. Walking into the bathroom alone was a challenge and I’m not a very large person at all. If you’re a larger person or needing room for a wheelchair or walker, this room isn’t for you. If you’re traveling as a couple, this room isn’t for you. This was booked through a travel agent so we didn’t know this was the room that was booked. I wish I had, but truth is even the pictures didn’t make this room look as uncomfortable as it was in real life. This isn’t where our discomfort ended. The ventilation system was pumping outdoor odor into the room. Add the fact the room is small, you can see how this quickly became an issue. I’m also not sure if they have some sort of toilet paper shortage, but we had to ask for TP twice. They never give you more than one and didn’t add any after tidying up the room even though it was obvious we’d need some with 2 nights left in our stay. Simply, we never looked forward to returning to our room. We never got a decent nights rest. This room shouldn’t be an option for anyone that’s not traveling alone. If you stay in one of the larger rooms you may have a different experience, but this was our experience and it was our only negative experience in Barcelona. The breakfast is ok. It’s convenient, but you can find better for about the same price. Location was fine. It didn’t seem unsafe to us. It’s right outside some of the major sites so expect to walk or take a cab.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti. La colazione è internazionale con prodotti freschi. Tutti i giorni, dalle 21 alle 22 al bar viene offerto un bicchiere di prosecco. La posizione è abbastanza strategica in quanto in 20 minuti a piedi si arriva sulla Rambla e, per i più pigri, c'è la fermata della metro e del pulman a 2 minuti. Personale accogliente e gentile. Molto apprezzato il servizio gratuito di stoccaggio bagagli per l'ultimo giorno, così da poter girare Barcellona senza doversi portare dietro la valigia. Ovvio, poi bisogna ricordarsi di tornare a prenderla ;) Se si arriva dall'aeroporto, il pullman ferma a due minuti a piedi dall'Hotel. Se dovessimo tornare a Barcellona, terremmo in considerazione di soggiornare nuovamente qui.

La posizione era così buona L1, L3 Si può andare ai luoghi turistici presto. La colazione è deliziosa, ma puoi andare anche se ti svegli tardi (7:00~10:30) Soprattutto, tutti i membri del personale erano amici e mi sentivo bene :) Mi piaceva la materassi del letto, quindi volevo sdraiarmi. Non è un letto malato! Il bagno è pulito e la stanza è pulita.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per fine anno 2022, sei notti con colazione e l’hotel Concordia non vale sicuramente 4 stelle. La camera era piccola, al primo piano e si affacciava su un cortile interno, piccolo e buio con un muro a pochi metri dalla finestra, di conseguenza la camera era perennemente al buio, non si riusciva a vedere un quadratino di cielo !! Il piccolo frigo-bar in camera da tanto datato che era raffreddava pochissimo. L’insieme della camera era antiquato con solo vasca da bagno, senza doccia. Inoltre per ben tre giorni siamo rientrati in hotel alle 16 del pomeriggio, dopo aver girovagato per Barcellona dalla mattina, stanchissimi e con la voglia di riposare, abbiamo trovato la camera che non era ancora stata riordinata e pulita, quindi disagio totale ! Faccio presente che l’hotel non risultava affollato. Abbiamo dovuto protestare con gli addetti della reception (sudamericani) che non parlavano neanche un po’ di italiano Si salva la colazione con ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Personale alla reception insufficiente! Sicuramente non lo consiglio !!

La qualità del servizio di diversi front desk varia, alcuni sono buoni e altri pessimi. L'hotel fornisce pantofole usa e getta. La colazione in diversi giorni ha un'unica varietà. L'hotel è in una buona posizione, sia che si viaggi verso l'aeroporto o altrove. La porta del bagno è solo a metà, non so perché sia ​​progettata così. Il bollitore è inutilizzabile e ho riparato io stesso la TV. Il personale delle pulizie pulisce molto bene ogni giorno, il che è abbastanza soddisfacente. La cosa più soddisfacente è il letto, comodissimo!
