La mia moglie e io abbiamo fatto un breve viaggio a Barcellona e abbiamo scelto questo hotel a caso. Qual è la scelta migliore e buona fortuna! In primo luogo, la posizione era perfetta per noi - a destra delle Ramblas. Molto centrale. Abbiamo preso l'Aerobus dall'aeroporto che si è fermato a Plaça de Catalunya a poche distanza dalle Ramblas e ovviamente il nostro hotel. Abbiamo ricevuto un accogliente personale e un drink benvenuto. La nostra camera era confortevole e pulita e aveva bevande gratuite nel mini bar; macchina del caffè gratis nespresso, un letto grande e un sacco di pizzi! Il servizio di servizio è stato molto utile per il personale di ufficio con suggerimenti su cibo locale, viaggiare, prenotare biglietti ... È stato completamente un servizio a cinque stelle. Andremo certamente di nuovo a Barcellona e speriamo di poterci tornare a questo bel diamante di un hotel.

Sono rimasto 4 notti. Premi per l'appartamento rimborsato. Aggiornato alla suite familiare. Ho dovuto salire sul bagno in doccia in bagno piccolo. Grande rischio di caduta. Cambiato in una suite era con una camera da bagno corretta con doccia separata e bagno. La prima suite è stata rinnovata e moderna, la seconda è stata vecchia, oscura con tessuto sporco. Il personale del desk front è estremamente utile. Aiuto a chiamare Turkish Airlines e l'aeroporto di Barcellona perdevano il bagaglio per il mio bagaglio ritardato. È stato bello colazione a buffet. Con vino brillante. Ma il personale di custodia ha davvero bisogno di un miglioramento. Non ha fatto la parte superiore delle capsule di caffè o della carta tessuto, o sostituire il bagno. La seconda suite ha dovuto avere dei bicchieri per l'acqua. Ha dovuto continuare a chiedere l'acqua in bottiglia.

We stayed at the Hotel for 6 nights in a 'Essential' king room. Pros: - Checking in was friendly and swift. A glass of water was offered. - A hand written card, balloons, wine & chocolate cake were left as we were celebrating our anniversary. A nice touch. - Our room was comfortable, clean, modern & the shower was nice. Everything you needed was there. Air con worked great and was quiet. - Our room was cleaned daily. No issues there. - All staff were friendly. - Breakfast was nice enough, not a huge selection. Seating was always available. - Rooftop terrace was comfortable and clean. A nice area to chill out. We always managed to get a seat despite it being fairly small. The pool was ok to cool off and there's 6 sun beds. - Location was great for us. Close enough to all the shops, bars and transport links. We used the Aerobus which stops 5 minutes away to get from the airport. Cons: - Expensive drinks. 4.50 for a small bottle of coke & 8 euros for a smoothie. Probably similar to other hotels but it's hard to justify. Long drinks are crazy prices. - Service on the terrace was hit and miss, a little haphazard. Staff were polite though. Similar at breakfast but again staff were friendly. - We were often late to bed so we weren't getting up until 9am, however there was drilling and banging almost every day that started at 8am. Pretty annoying. - Probably the most expensive bed & breakfast hotel we've booked at an average of £250/night. Obviously this varies by location/time but it wasn't worth it in my opinions, perhaps about £150. Other hotels were similar at the time of booking though. Overall, a nice hotel but too expensive for us to justify another visit sadly.

Posizione fantastica e camera super confortevole. Il personale è estremamente gentile e attento e il soggiorno non potrebbe essere migliore. Le camere erano super pulite e la colazione era buona. Posizione molto comoda per girare Barcellona con la metropolitana e Las Ramblas.

Ci siamo trovati bene in questo hotel…..la posizione è ottima (proprio dietro Plaza de la Catedral), camere nuove, pulite e anche spaziose (rispetto alla media). Ottimo servizio e personale. Ci siamo divertiti una notte qui e sono stati trattati con calore per tutta la permanenza. Il personale è stato rispondente, utile e gentile. Tornerebbe in un battito cardiaco! Il tetto era meraviglioso e, sebbene un po' freddo per cena, era perfetto durante il giorno. Purtroppo la piscina era chiusa per l'inverno, ma sarebbe stato bello godersi la vista da lì! La stanza era pulita e confortevole, grazie per il buon soggiorno!

Visitata qui con il mio partner Il check-in è stato veloce e facile Inizialmente abbiamo avuto una stanza senza bagno, ma voleva un bagno, quindi andava alla ricezione e pagava per il miglioramento. La stanza è stata dotata di strutture per la preparazione di tè/caffè e cioccolato complimentare. Doccia e era grande Letto e le mutande sono confortevoli - È un'ottima location! Non posso commentare il colazione come non ha ordinato nessuno. Il personale di ricezione era molto amichevole e utile, Grazie mille!

Firstly, please let me thank you staff behind within the reception team as the staff I came across were a credit to your hotel. I had a booking with you for 7 nights from the 10th to 17th September stayed in room 701. Arrived on the Saturday evening at about 21.15hrs checked in, The gentleman behind reception who checked us in was great first thing he said was Mr & Mrs Barrett many congratulations to you both on celebrating your wedding anniversary, that along with the check in went really well and this made us feel special. Up to room Wow !! factor was really impressed however it was like a sauna No problems we can sort it tried to play around with the settings and struggled getting temp down, plus a few sockets in the room was not working. No letter wishing us congratulations Once we unpacked, we decided to have a look around and get our bearings. popped back to reception and mentioned about the Sockets next to bed not working in room and the temperature. the same gentleman said it's not a problem he can sort out the room temperature but sockets will have to wait till the morning, ok great thank you, can we please book the spa for Sunday around 5pm if its free, yes, he said no problems its book for us. that was it. Saturday night in the room was still very hot but we managed and by the morning it was nice and cool. Sunday afternoon there was someone different on so went to collect the key for the spa and towels off we went really excited as this was our anniversary day. Nothing in the spa was working apart from the pool with bubbles, the Steam room and Sauna was not on, went up to Reception asked the team they said it should be but I assured them nothing was on. we were asked to wait around 15 to 20 minutes which will give things time to warm up but we lost the experience by then. Once finished handed key back to Reception and asked if we could book a table in the restaurant tonight we were told this is closed and the bar is closed as well. But on the web site it says open !! so our plans were going side ways instead. I also mentioned again about sockets and was told we will be on it fiorst thing monday. Went up to room and ran the bath as going to have a jacuzzi, this didn't work reported this to the same person in reception, so we got dressed and went out for dinner. Monday going out said to the team we are out now so feel free to fix the sockets and Jacuzzi and will be back later on during the day. We got back quite late and visited a few sites within your city loads of photos, so by the time we got back didn't check nothing as we were really tired. Tuesday morning completely forgot to check to see if things were working as we had a very early start and a long day. came back late evening time and once again completely tired. Wednesday, I tried the sockets again and still not working so on my way out I mentioned to the team about these and i assumed the Jacuzzi would be the same. They were shocked and thought thes

Esperienza più che positiva. albergo pulito,personale disponibile e discreto (a differenza da quanto letto su alcune recensioni ). Le camere dotate di tutti i confort con letti molto comodi, la camera pulita con cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. L'ubicazione è ottimale, a 50 MT dalla Rambla e dalla metro. L'Operaramblas non è da considerarsi un ostello,ma un normale e confortevole albergo a 2 stelle,lo consiglio vivamente. Saluto caramente tutti i ragazzi della reception che con grande pazienza accolgono i loro clienti aiutandoli a conoscere questa grande e bella città.

“Ideal” in name, but NOT in reality. We spent four nights there, in three different rooms, because the hostel was so ridiculously overbooked. We kept finding ourselves locked out of our room, only to hear from the INCREDIBLY unhelpful and unsympathetic staff that our booking did not exist. We were moved from our all female dorm to a mixed dorm without being informed, and it took us asking to clarify that our dorm was female for them to tell us it was not. We had originally booked an all female dorm, and felt uncomfortable in the mixed, so we were moved yet again. Beyond all of these booking confusions, the Ideal Youth Hostel is not ideal for meeting other youths. First of all, the median age of folks in the hostel was at LEAST 45. The hostel also does not organize any group meetings or excursions, and the common areas are dark, grimy, empty, and unpleasant. While there is a kitchen, it is locked all the time, and you practically have to fight with the receptionists to get a fork. The hostel IS well located for exploring the city, but I’d take a few extra minutes of walking or a metro stop or two over staying in the massively touristy Ramblas anyways. Whatever you do, don’t spend your money on this hostel.

Not enough space in the deluxe room for couple and a stay more than 3 days. For 6 days the deluxe room was soficating.

Hotel a 10 metri dalla Rambla molto curato ,pulito e personale molto gentile e disponibile nel dare consigli sulla’ città con relativa spiegazione è consegna di una mappa di Barcellona, la biancheria del bagno viene cambiata ogni mattina regolarmente e la stanza e molto spaziosa, aria condizionata top class direi ineccepibile. Unico neo problemino con vaschetta del bagno che non caricava acqua è capitato 2 volte hanno fatto intervenire idraulico prontamente ma tutto risolto in modo celere durante nostra assenza in camera ..Consigliatissimo. Di fronte a fermata metro linea 3 verde.

my partner and I came to dalia ramblas for 3 nights, it was my partner’s birthday the second day we were there. we checked in at 2pm and were given a set of keys for our room door, however the keys wouldn’t work so after having to go up and down twice the receptionist said he’d look into it and the cleaner had to let us in. we had been at sonar festival prior to arriving, so we were extremely tired and just wanted to watch some tv and sleep before dinner, but they didn’t fix the door for two hours and we didn’t want to fall asleep as we knew they were going to knock, so we just sat and waited tired with nothing to do. during this time we could not connect to the wifi to get the tv to work in our room (406) as apparently the internet doesn’t reach far enough. the receptionist said they would restart the routers and get it working, but we came back from dinner later on to find it still wasn’t working (the connection stopped in the hallway outside), and were told we could switch rooms the next day. so, the first night, when we wanted to watch tv we had to on a phone. the second day we were told we could switch rooms, however we needed to check out at 11am and check back in at 2pm, meaning we didn’t have access to a room for 3 hours and had to be out while they stored our luggage. when we checked back in, the room we had been given was much nicer and the internet worked, which was a positive. we thought the drama was over, but on the final night there was a powercut throughout the entire hotel, which is no fault of the hotel of course, however it stopped our phones from charging and we had to travel back to london the next day with low battery. all in all, it was not an enjoyable experience and we have emailed to request some sort of refund to compensate us for our trouble, as that stay was not worth the money, but we haven’t received any replies.
