Skiing trip with friends. Initial booking experience was flawless...I was assisted by Mr Ishfaq Shafi. Subsequently when we had to modify our booking dates due to lack of snow in Jan, Mr Ishfaq was again of great assistance. The food, hospitality and overall experience was flawless. Definitely staying there again in 2025 for our yearly skiing trip.

An excellent place to stay. Rooms were comfortable airy with lots of windows and views. Very conveniently located. The food was excellent and team of Mehboob Imran, Mudasir, Momin, Iqbal and Kamil were very hospitable and looked after us very well. I would surely come and stay here again.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a nightmare. The bread they served for breakfast had fungus on it. The water bottles they provided had dust all over them. The staff was unprofessional. Stay away from this

One of the biggest upset of my travel. I visited before 2 year also but there is a lot of difference in service. That time there was friendly staff at reception but now at the time of check in we see new staff at reception that didn't give us a simley faces and didn't feel like we are entering in 4 star hotel . Restaurant service was also zero. Room was good that is why i m giving 1 star . You should hire new & professional staff.

Kalohai Green heights in Gulmarg was a great place to stay. It was at the base of the popular sights ---giving a sense of exclusivity and at the same time connectivity. The ambience of the hotel was both welcoming and we enjoyed the calm and serenity of the place. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Staff were helpful

Had a wonderful stay in kolahoi green heights. The friendly and cheerful staff ensured our comfortable stay. Their signature kashmiri dishes were tasty. Mr Ishfaq Shafi has been very helpful in guiding and planning our iterinary at Gulmarg. Overall an enjoyable experience!

We were in Gulmarg for one day. And we stayed at this hotel. it was located quite close to the gondola rides. The next morning we were supposed to leave by 7 AM. Breakfast usually starts at 7:30 am. The staff and the management went out of their way to create a customized breakfast for us starting at 7 AM. That was extremely helpful to us. The staff was very courteous, and the rooms were very clean. Overall, we had a wonderful experience even though it lasted onlyless than 24 hours. Even with that short amount of time it was quite clear that this is a wonderful hotel which caters to the wishes of the customers.

Our experience at Kolahoi greens, Gulmarg was exceptional. Location, food, service was very good. The view from our room was so beautiful. Location of the property is so well placed. U can walk n enjoy all the activities close by Karan & Tanvi Ruia

Lovely hotel near to gondola ride, Excellent place to stay. Great breakfast as well.Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and the size of the room and the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk specially ishfaq shafi(sales manager). Will definitely come again to this place....
