"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Selene. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par une équipe chaleureuse, attentionnée et toujours disponible. L’hôtel est de très haute qualité, moderne, propre, et semble presque neuf. Il est un peu excentré, ce qui garantit le calme, tout en restant proche du centre-ville de Chiang Rai.
Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité, avec un service toujours impeccable et souriant. Il est également possible de se restaurer sur place le soir, ou juste à côté dans un petit restaurant local, simple mais vraiment délicieux.
Le seul petit bémol serait la nécessité de traverser une grande route pour accéder à l’hôtel, surtout à pied, mais cela ne gâche en rien l’expérience globale. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement !"

"Ho soggiornato al Riverie by Katathani per una notte e sono rimasto molto colpito dall'hotel. La posizione è ottima, proprio accanto al fiume Kok e con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. L'hotel è splendidamente decorato in stile Lanna e motivi dorati. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e ben attrezzata. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il balcone da cui potevo godermi la vista sul fiume e l'aria fresca. La colazione era fantastica, con una varietà di piatti e un diverso cibo della Thailandia settentrionale ogni giorno. Il personale era molto cordiale e disponibile e mi salutavano sempre con un sorriso. L'hotel dispone anche di una grande piscina, di un centro fitness e di tre ristoranti tra cui scegliere. "It’s a nice and unique hotel, location is very near to the Blue temple which means you better have a car, we have no problem on this, just found it too dark to find the way back to the hotel at night. Our experience was half n half with this hotel, we booked two nights, on the first night with river view, we like the interior with reasonable space, the hotel is building more blocks which start hammering at 8am, on top of that we didn’t sleep at all during the night because it had strange sound from the ceiling, we were on the 4th (top ) floor and it was probably the generator of the air conditioning, the sound came every 15 minutes, so we didn’t sleep n were so tired. We told the front desk next morning and they changed the room for us and upgraded to the pool access room. It was good to have access to the pool directly from your room. Breakfast was nice and have variety of choices. I’m not sure if I will choose this hotel if I go again, I rather have a good sleep than a horrible night even they upgraded us the second night, they didn’t ask how we were when we checking out, seems the upgrade sorted everything, not bothered to tell us why there was noice and not care about any feedback!!"

"The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and newly decorated. However, there was no hot water for shower on the 1st night, it got fixed on the 2nd day. The bathroom was smelly especially from the basin and toilet.
There is no shower gel provided but only soap, you may need to prepare for yourself.

Le cadre de l’hôtel est excellent et l’attitude du personnel est très agréable. Pour toute personne ne connaissant pas la langue thaï, le personnel de l’hôtel vous aidera. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. La piscine est propre. L’hôtel est idéal pour les vacances, les voyageurs d’affaires et ceux qui veulent un endroit calme et relaxant. "a right decision was made. the staff is so helpful and polite. he escorted us to the room and showed around the hostel.
you might find it a bit tricky to find this hostel at first, because the ground floor is apparently changed to a resto-bar already. you have to enter the restaurant and go to the counter to check in.
they provide 3in1 sachets, biscuits and some other snacks at the common area in 2nd floor and inside the room to. they have washing machines & dryer too, complete with the detergent.
the room is clean and tidy. just the aircond is a bit slow so we feel a bit hot at night. also, you might be distracted while sleeping due to the noise that came from the lower floor and the main road. we dont really mind that anyway.
about 200m from chiang rai night market. quiet a selection of restaurant in that area."

Mmimi jianOgni mattina a colazione, un nonno suonava un organo fantastico. La colazione era deliziosa e varia. Il massaggio dell'hotel era altamente raccomandato e molto confortevole. Era la stagione del kapok. La piscina privata della camera era piena di kapok e non poteva essere utilizzata. C'era così tanto disinfettante in piscina che mi irritava gli occhi e non riuscivo ad aprirli.

IItt-KoyL'hotel era lontano dalla strada principale, ma vicino al Parco Singha, il luogo turistico più favorito di Chiangrai. Era comodo e ben decorato. I suoi servizi erano un po' limitati, probabilmente perché ci siamo rimasti lì durante la stagione estiva.

ЛЛана-СветланаLa famiglia (3 persone) ha preso una stanza con una veranda e una terrazza (#1) nella stanza, che ha un olore molto delizioso di pulizia e freschezza. La camera è composta da due camere, 1 è una camera da letto con un letto grande, 2 è una veranda con vetro e 2 divani, il bambino dormi su divana (diversamente la letto), sulla veranda è bello sedersi in serata , molto atmosferico per uscire. Il sonno era grande, la mattina è buona, ma le mutandine non sono comode. Il colazione è standard (uova, salsa o ham, salada e delizioso caffè con croissant). Al tempio bianco 10 km. In generale, tutto è stato bello, quando visitamo Changray ci fermeremo qui.Grazie per il servizio e belle memorie )

UUtente anonimoMolto bene, molto vicino alla stazione di autobus, la passeggiata può richiedere cinque minuti, beneficiando dell'atmosfera della città. Ho molto rilassato due giorni in hotel. Il tetto può vedere alcuni paesaggi.

AAngel13Il mio partner e io abbiamo avuto un soggiorno sorprendente al Phoadol Resort e Spa. Il personale era amichevole e molto accogliente. Arrivammo 5 ore prima di entrare, sperando di lasciare le valigie, ma hanno una stanza ordinata per noi entro l'ora. La piscina era ben mantenuta e la palestra aveva tutte le attrezzature che avete bisogno con aria condizionata. Le foto non fanno le camere giustizia, eravamo in una casa d'albero con un involucro intorno al balcone. Non è un problema per noi, come abbiamo affittato moped’s dal resort, ma è un 10 minuti di auto al centro della città.

UUtente ospiteIt was not what i expacted. The Restaurant closed already 8pm and nobody told, the i could get only a Salad when i came 10 min before 8pm to the Restaurant and in the pictures it's looking much nicer then in real. Got in the years the Resort. After 1 night i moved from there and happy that they were cooperative for the refund.
