BBerri❤️Customer service was wonderful as per usual. Room was clean and tidy. Staff friendly and welcoming. The location is convenient to everything and the breakfast buffet was top tier. This will always be my go to hotel.

AAniwithluiThe hotel is located in the center. It was silent and comfortable. Their products are nice. They have gym, it was clean. I liked that you can get extra 500 points if you don’t request housekeeping service. Minus is that they are expensive but you still won’t get breakfast (unless you pay even more expensive price). I didn’t like the picture in the room, with cigarette in the mouth, I believe they should remove it as it can promote smoking.

UUtente ospiteWhat a perfect location for a flight from Newcastle.. The room was massive , beautiful bedding, fridge , kettle , coffee etc and a delicious complimentary cookie when we checked in. We ate in the Italian restaurant where the waiter and waitresses were so smiley and helpful. Wonderful service . We’ll be back for certain

UUtente ospiteOttimo luogo, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Luoghi per mangiare e vedere erano a pochi passi dall'hotel. L'Angel del nord era una 15 minuti di auto. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile e il colazione era anche grande! Abbiamo avuto un tempo sorprendente anche con le strutture spa.

UUtente ospiteE' molto basilare e in realtà quello che si aspetta probabilmente per il prezzo. Non è così grande esteticamente nella stanza e l'odore è molto vago e muschio. La luce è molto umida e molto rumore.
I posti di lavoro sono dipinti e si sono rotti, ma credo che funzioni.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è ben situato nel centro della città, al contrario della stazione ferroviaria. Il personale era amichevole e utile. La stanza era tempestiva e aveva tutto quello di cui aveva bisogno. Era un po' caldo, ma non si poteva fare molto a riguardo, data la tempesta e l'ora dell'anno.

UUtente ospiteBooked a room away from the lift. Gave us a room next to the lift. Went down to see ifcwe could get it changed as we wanted a quiet room On check in we requested this so obviously next to the lift facing the stack is not a quiet room. Next room was directly above the hotels air conditioning unit gave up as obviously the receptionist was having a serious customer service melt down especially when we went out 10 minutes later and she called over ..is that room OK for you? Obviously not as the air conditioning unit screamed all night long we just said yes as what was the best room going to be ?? Certainly will not be back thanks to the totally piss taking receptionist

UUtente ospiteHo prenotato l'Aparthotel Vermont per un viaggio d'affari a Newcastle, e mia madre mi ha accompagnato, quindi è stato bello prenotare un appartamento per più spazio.Grande posizione, amico con buone raccomandazioni di ristorante! Ci piaceva davvero e la prossima volta ci prenoteremmo di nuovo l'Aparthotel Vermont.

UUtente ospiteEverything about our stay was perfect from the room to our food we had staff were friendly and social able even when we go to bed there is no noise in corridor l think we have stayed about 5 times and each time perfect.
