Tongxiang: hotel con bar

We had a wonderful stay at Dishang Resort in Wuzhen, and here are some highlights from my experience: Location: The resort is conveniently situated inside the West Gate Scenic Spot, allowing guests to explore the area freely, even after it closes to the public. The view is stunning—peaceful and filled with a serene atmosphere. Check-in: The check-in counter is located right at the entrance to the West Gate Scenic Spot, with the entrance fee included for resort guests. The added perk is that you’re allowed multiple entries and exits throughout your stay. Buggy Service: A buggy service is available for guests, making it easy to travel around the scenic spot and explore its many sights without much hassle. Room: Our room was very spacious, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to the Family Room during check-in. The living area between the two rooms was especially comfortable, and both bathrooms were large, with a bathtub. The only downside was that the toilet seat wasn’t heated, which would have been a nice touch. Breakfast: The buffet breakfast offered a decent variety, including many local dishes. It was a good way to start the day, though it wasn’t extraordinary. Service: The reception staff were excellent—very helpful and informative. When we arrived, most restaurants within the scenic spot were closed, but the receptionist kindly suggested a few places for lunch, which was greatly appreciated since we were starving. Overall Experience: Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’m already looking forward to visiting again in the future!

Wah I really enjoyed alots to stay at this hotel..even though this hotel is awesome for family activities and I come with friend without kid, I also enjoyed staying here. You will be treated like a VIP as you are the one can enter the WU village with the wrist band provided besides WU ZHEN. Everywhere in this place is nice for photo shooting. I also enjoyed having five free beautiful photos from 伯爵旅拍. The service from the hotel staffs is great and helpful. The hotel provided a variety of breakfast and I can visit to Wu Zhen for a 早茶客visit as well.

我們是自駕來的，前一天就有酒店客服電話確認到達的時間，並建立了微信服務羣，告知了停車場位置以及酒店擺渡車停靠的位置，我們到達時，管家小胡和擺渡車就已等待在停車場門口了，接下來一系列抄作：上車到遊客中心、辦理入住、換乘電瓶車達到酒店、引導進房間、微信告知所有的入住訊息、遊覽景區訊息、餐飲訊息，第二天退房後，又幫忙聯繫接駁車直接送我們到停車場，感謝管家小胡一路熱情接待周到服務，讓我們迅速熟悉了酒店環境，無憂入住。酒店開張兩年，我們定的是景觀雙床房，空降很大、有景觀陽台，還有一間榻榻米茶室，設施很新且時尚，窗外就是景區有名的福善寺。早餐廳很大，中、西式早餐豐富，味道也不錯，特別是餐廳外的綠植錯落有致，還有噴霧，邊用餐邊賞景，心情很是愉悦！

L'hotel era molto buono, con camere pulite e un'atmosfera confortevole. Il personale era utile, anche se alcuni servizi potevano essere un po' più attenti. In generale, era un piacevole soggiorno, e io pensavo di tornare in futuro.

設施&衞生&環境： 在同價位性價比無敵，閑暇 的尖頂閣樓精心設計過，白天採光很好，夜晚燈光開啟很有氛圍感，加上兩米二的大床，同時保證了舒適和情調，女朋友非常滿意。 隔音也非常不錯，在鄰屋客滿的情況下也沒有聽見雜音。 同時民宿距離西柵景區步行三分鐘，距離南柵東柵開車都在五分鐘左右，成功一天時間看完各大景點也不至於太過辛苦。 服務：老闆透露是為了陪伴孩子成長回到烏鎮開起了這家民宿，凡事親力親為，非常用心，有求必應。

Comfy and clean hotel. walking distance to attractions. very friendly and helpful staff, and taking beyond thier duty in helping my laundry (for free)!

Excellent location for the Wuzhen water town attraction. Our “Muyue” room was modern and cozy, ridden with high tech. Voice control curtains and lights. Certainly it required Mandarin with decent intonation (Xiǎo ài tóngxué）. Heated toilet seat with touch-less flushing. The breakfast was a work of art by the hostess. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste. The hostess was so nice to offer free laundry service while we were indulging in the “Venices of the East”. She even refused to accept our gratuity.

Se hai bisogno di aiuto, ti risponderà immediatamente (Micromail contattato perché non c'è nessuno sulla reception).Ma il capo ha un ”restaurante per gli anni” vicino al famoso ricevitore. Gli altri sono dove, non lontani, e l'obiettivo è il cibo e il cibo! La nostra suite in cortile è al piano inferiore, quindi non c'è bisogno di spostare il bagaglio al piano inferiore.
