設施：很齊全，定的私湯汗蒸房，在房間內有超級大泡池，還有能躺下兩個人的汗蒸房，一張1.8米的大床，房間很寬敞；而且並不潮，房間做了很好的通風排風系統。
環境：酒店依山而建，有專門的游泳池、温泉池，山上還有三個户外的泡池，個人很喜歡户外的泡池，泡得微微出汗，呼吸新鮮的空氣，周圍很安靜，很適合度假休閑的心情👍
服務：服務人員很認真地工作，但因為是小假期，客流量較大，工作人員稍顯忙碌；如果對標星級酒店，工作人員需要做進一步規範培訓。早飯單人30元一位，雖然種類較多，但味道一般，建議因地制宜，就地取材，種類不需要很多，提高味道品質。
整體感覺很好，是周圍相對成熟，品質很好的酒店了，性價比也不錯，期待越來越好，下次還會選擇👍

首先，隆化金水灣温泉度假村和承德金水灣度假酒店實際上是一家，衹不過兩個酒店院子坐落位置中間就隔了一條馬路而已。我們是晚上六點多到的，天都黑了，導航開進度假村院裏，停了好幾輛車，大堂亮着燈，但是就是大聲喊了好久也也沒見着一個人，按照網上預留酒店客服電話打了好幾個也沒人接！這讓人很抓狂！後來打了攜程客服要求退房，攜程客服聯繫到了酒店客服，稱需到馬路對面位置較高的度假酒店內辦入住…就這個過程讓人十分不滿！ 度假村和度假酒店不在一棟樓內，價位相差一百多點，但度假村房間內的設施都比較老舊，房間內沒有紙巾，將近600的房價誰能想到牀頭櫃就放了一卷衞生紙…不過每個房間都有温泉池，服務員大姐們的服務態度也很好。附帶的酒店温泉也還可以，室內有泳池，桑拿室還有3個室外温泉環境很不錯。

Dopo essere arrivato, mi sento bene. Ho visto molti cani che vivono. La stanza è anche grande. Ci sono tavoli di polpa nella stanza. La piscina privata è anche molto buona. Molto grande. Il flusso d'acqua è anche molto buono. È molto comodo. Arrivo un po'di sera, con il cibo in pacchetto, ho chiesto alla signorina della reception di poter andare a cucinare e caldo, La zia della cucina posteriore è anche molto gentile, il servizio è molto entusiasta. L'unico male è che il nostro ospite prima ondata dovrebbe avere un sacco di fumo. Il tavolo di lama e la finestra sono tutti fumatori, il terreno è anche morbido, andare al fondo della catena, aprire la finestra per molto tempo e fumare, Ho usato alcuni gusti per preparare il tè. È un po'di tè per le persone che non fumano.
