Great standard local chains hotel.

The hotel is located in centre of Bao Loc. However the cleaning services also the buffet in the morning really dissapointed us. The time for cleaning service is not scheduled. We put the sign for cleaning room before going out and when we was back the room is the same. The buffet in the morning is limited with number of diíhes. And the food is out of stock without refilling. We need to remind the staff several times

My first stay at this hotel was pleasant. However, on my second stay here, hotel suspended buffet breakfast and shifted to ala carte on the last day due to low occupancy without prior notice. When I tried to order fried eggs with my noodle, they told me that it is chargeable since they have shifted to ala carte and each person is only entitled to a main course and drink. This in fact is really a big no no since it wasn’t my fault they had low occupancy. To make matter worst, they even had to dilute the juice I ordered with water. If you don’t want to serve breakfast, just take that option away!

A bad experience; the hotel staff watched while I struggled up a flight of stairs with two suitcases. I requested two keys and was told not available but one did appear later when we went out in the evening. Room small, bed very uncomfortable, hard and thin mattress. Nowhere for a suitcase. Safe not working, rectified later in the evening, too late as I had to take valuables out with me. The breakfast was diabolical, coffee undrinkable, green tea was an option. Both Western and Vietnamese food was limited and what was available was poor. The shower control is the best I have seen, pity the open shower was too small which allowed the small bathroom floor to get flooded. Guests, (workmen) from an associated and much cheaper hotel were allowed to use the breakfast area. I highly suggest that no one ever uses this establishment at any price.

Bao Loc is a tranquil city with few residents. I choose this hotel because of its lake view. After I checked in, I found that lake near hotel is too small and room with limited space. It makes me a little disappointed, but staff served with enthusiasm and behave politely and patiently.

Poor amenities in room by the room is clean and ready. . The morning all day dining ABF is really poor . Nothing with much of things to say .

Definitely the RIGHT place to stay in BaoLoc - turn left out the front entrance, left again at the T and about less than 500m up the road, on the right, is an awesome fresh seafood restaurant (it’s an open store / all the insides are seafood and cooking, so you sit on the street, or get take-out. Or get a rotisserie BBQ chicken locally.

Facility is so so but staff is friendly

位置很好，景觀很正，房間有一個小陽台，感覺很好。早餐很豐富，前台小姐姐小哥哥很熱情專業。已經是第二次入住了。性價比很高。

Неплохой отель за свои деньги. По английски говорят только на ресепшене. Чисто, месторасположение лучше не придумать.

酒店房間不大，不過比較乾淨，注意一定要提前網上定好，後面續住會沒房，前台直接續價格翻倍

Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí trung tâm, rất thuận tiện, view hồ rất đẹp. Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, nhân viên hỗ trợ rất nhiệt tình, sẽ ủng hộ cho lần công tác tiếp theo.
