Nice place the hotel Is quite fancy. Love the stuff amazing services

A bad experience; the hotel staff watched while I struggled up a flight of stairs with two suitcases. I requested two keys and was told not available but one did appear later when we went out in the evening. Room small, bed very uncomfortable, hard and thin mattress. Nowhere for a suitcase. Safe not working, rectified later in the evening, too late as I had to take valuables out with me. The breakfast was diabolical, coffee undrinkable, green tea was an option. Both Western and Vietnamese food was limited and what was available was poor. The shower control is the best I have seen, pity the open shower was too small which allowed the small bathroom floor to get flooded. Guests, (workmen) from an associated and much cheaper hotel were allowed to use the breakfast area. I highly suggest that no one ever uses this establishment at any price.

Bao Loc is a tranquil city with few residents. I choose this hotel because of its lake view. After I checked in, I found that lake near hotel is too small and room with limited space. It makes me a little disappointed, but staff served with enthusiasm and behave politely and patiently.

Poor amenities in room by the room is clean and ready. . The morning all day dining ABF is really poor . Nothing with much of things to say .

Great standard of hotel.

Definitely the RIGHT place to stay in BaoLoc - turn left out the front entrance, left again at the T and about less than 500m up the road, on the right, is an awesome fresh seafood restaurant (it’s an open store / all the insides are seafood and cooking, so you sit on the street, or get take-out. Or get a rotisserie BBQ chicken locally.

Facility is so so but staff is friendly

Tôi chọn Sandals Vista cho chuyến đi công tác của mình. Thật sự rất hài lòng, khách sạn rấ đẹp, mọi thứ đều được chỉnh chu. Lễ Tân hòa nhã và luôn hỗ trợ khách nhiệt tình. Phòng được dọn rất sạch sẽ. Xin cảm ơn đôi ngũ nhân viên của Sandals Vista. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây cho những lần đi công tác tiếp theo.

從入住開始到吃完早餐離開一切都是那麼美好，早餐非常豐盛服務人員態度非常好，有機會一定會再入住，同行友人一字稱讚

床上會有螞蟻出現，不是一年兩年了，去年住也是這樣；早餐如果是自助的話還是可以，但是客人少的時候就是點單，不是很好，提供酸奶，本來説是免費的，點單還要收費，被我據理力爭，沒有收費，本來就是早餐提供的食物，非要搞得多珍貴一樣，總體來説性價比很差，但是沒得選
