+ Close to Gondola & many bars/restaurants/shops/supermarkets + Very nice decor, cosy wooden cabin vibes + Spacious enough, comfy beds + Well-equipped w/ Big TV & Netflix, large fridge and a nice view - Lift wasn't always working (Two of us got stuck in it for 5-10 minutes), and with a lot of ski gear to carry, going up and down 4/5 flights of stairs before or after a day of skiing was a nuisance - Hair in the shower (but otherwise clean) - Felt very hot at night even with minimal clothing and after switching off all nearby heaters. Only big wooly quilts or duvets provided (This could be a personal thing but we were 9 in our group and I wasn't the only one) - Sky light was a nice touch in our room but forget sleeping in as there's no way to cover the sunlight (not all rooms had one)

We hired an apartment here for a week through AirBnb. We stayed in Block 9, Apartment 32 and we were delighted when we arrived at how spacious the place is. 1 large bedroom with a double bed, which was very comfortable. Great pressure from the hot shower (non stop hot water). Large living room area with sofa bed and well stocked kitchen. Large balcony to store ski equipment, with lovely views. The gondola is 5 mins walk and there is a ski hire shop right next door. Small supermarket located onsite and a bigger one just at the corner. Ideal location and superb value for money at €270 for the week!!! Property caters for 4 people so you'll only pay less than €85 per person for the week. Bargain!!! Only reason I gave 4 out of 5 was because our shower leaked slightly and floor needed to be dried after each use.

Haven’t bothered reading the low reviews, as far as I can tell this place is terrific. Low budget, nice room and extremely convenient for the Gondola. If i ever came back to Bansko this place would be well on the agenda to book for a low budget, convenient stay.

This hotel/apartment complex is about 15 mins walk to the main street and just 5 mins walk to the Gondola for the mountain access. It is impressive and beautiful and the apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we could want for our stay.

The Towers are getting really jaded now. While convenient for the Gondola or a taxi (almost a requirement with the Gondola becoming less reliable) the whole place needs updating. We rented apartment 335 from Vasily through Airbnb. When we arrived at 1:30am, tired from a long journey and wanting to fall into bed, we couldn't get in. Key at reception - which closed at 10pm! No answer to phone number on a scrap of paper on the door. Rang Vasily on the number given by Airbnb - he was angry that I'd called. "I can do nothing about it - why are you ringing me?" He just laughed. Disgraceful behaviour and no way to treat paying guests. Once in the next day we found a barely furnished apartment with less than acceptable equipment and only barely enough towels and bedding for two, despite being advertised for four. The sofa bed in the lounge is dangerously unfit for use. The bedroom light doesn't work and we had no number to call for help - I wasn't going to try Vasily again. I could moan on...... Next year we may look elsewhere or simply go to a different country.
