Riverside Boutique Hotel

Avoid this hotel! It was my worst experience ever! This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel, but a awful 3 stars with indulgence. Room (101) 1. Our room had 2 windows, a big one, allowing anyone who enter the hotel to see what’s in our room (us included), the other one offers a awful view to downspouts of some annexes, placed near the ceiling. 2. We had cockroaches 🪳 or some kind of bugs. 3. Dirty, used furniture, kitsch interior design. 4.Mold Food (breakfast) 1. Lame and old eggs, worst loaf, the cheapest products and ingredients. I bet non of you, who are reading this, are ever going to buy from the store that low quality ingredients. Services 1. Low standards for the SPA. Cold water in the swimming pool, only one sauna opened (they have 5 saunas) 2. The shuttle bus is unorganized, the receptionist was simply unskilled and didn’t tell us where is the meeting point at the gondola. Moreover, she didn’t announced the driver that we are waiting for him, so we ended up paying for a taxi. 3.The employers are impertinent and, anything we asked for had responses along the lines: no we don’t have, no we can’t, no, i don’t know, I can’t do anything, this is not my responsibility. I asked for a banana, changing rooms and a drive to the gondola at 1pm - no for everything. In my 4 days at the hotel, they helped me with: changing the towels twice - one from purple towels to white towels, in the first day, and one in 2nd day, only because i left them on the ground. They also prepared a cocktail which wasn’t listed in the menu, and accepted to take us to gondola 15 minutes before the normal schedule. In my last day, when I showed the receptionist the video with the cockroach, he said maybe o brought it with from somewhere else, like from THE SLOPE! Can you imagine? The audacity! Moreover, after 4 horrible days, I specifically asked for apologies. The guy from reception said “yes, yes, sorry”, rolling his eyes! As a compensation they decided to erase the check from the bar - a salad, 2 beers, a cocktail and fries. Avoid at any cost this hotel! Not elegant, not 4 stars and unworthy at all.
