Honestly the best customer service I've received in a long time, and I'm from Canada... I was traveling out of BGR and needed somewhere to leave my car for 7 days. I first tried Bangor Suites Airport Hotel. Absolute 0/10. Fu detto “ahhhh... No. Hai lasciato questo fino all’ultimo minuto che non pensi. “Che ho fatto al 100%, ma che cosa le è successo? Provo Howard Johnson. Il tipo di uomo che lavorava era occupato di un cliente difficile quando sono arrivato e ha gestito la situazione eccezionalmente bene. Sapevo che il momento mi sentivo comodo lasciando la mia macchina e le chiavi con lui. Mi ha offerto anche succo o caffè mentre aspettavo il mio Uber, che era estremamente gentile. Ho finito il mio viaggio per tre giorni e non c'era problema di continuare a tenere la mia auto lì. Anche il mio Uber all'aeroporto e indietro era 9 dollari ogni volta! Sarò certamente tornato!

The room was quite nice with multiple pillows that were very comfortable and enough blankets for warmth. They accepted pets at a reasonable cost which was also, appreciated. I would return to this hotel. I will also, say that the breakfast offered was, at best, mediocer and heavy in fat content.

We wound up at this hotel after having issues with a hotel down the road, but we are thankful to end up here! Front desk staff was friendly, the hotel was well lit and clean, complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby at all hours plus coffee and tea amenities in your room. We booked a king suite and it was very nice. The room was clean and well stocked, bed was comfy, and shower was great - had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps in the shower in addition to standard complimentary soap bars.

Il personale è molto amichevole, e il colazione era delizioso. La stanza era anche molto pulita, ma non osai controllare troppo attentamente. L'edificio è pieno di fiori e di giardino. L'intero posto ha una vibrazione crepiana, oscura, grazia e insediata. Sono una persona gentile, e odio lasciare cattive recensioni, ma mi sembra che la gente sappia cosa stanno guadagnando prima di spendere i loro soldi indegni qui. La piscina interna è quella che mi ha fatto tirare perché ho figli, e quella zona dell'edificio era tollerabile, la gente fuma ovunque, e il parcheggio è vicino a un gruppo di scarpe. Mi sentivo, sinceramente, male, e più che un po' depresso, per il personale amichevole che ho incontrato, che doveva venire a questo lavoro quotidianamente, e non mi consiglierei assolutamente.

You get what you pay for and of course when traveling with dogs its really hard to find a place to stay with more than one dog. I stopped over here because I knew they don't hassle you about multiple dogs. It was okay as far as clean enough to stay one night but it was stupid noisy with too much goings on in the parking lot. People above me jumping around until 1 am and god knows what outside my door which was a few doors down from the office. I would not stay here again even though the staff seemed nice enough ....the idea of staying over is to get some sleep and that just didn't happen.

One pillow case that appeared to have not been changed before we arrived is the only negative thing to mention about The Bangor Inn. This hotel was like an oasis in the desert of our travels! A great breakfast, and everything was clean and comfortable, including the CARPET, which is a big deal. I was actually comfortable walking barefoot, which I usually don't do in a hotel. The staff were VERY friendly, helpful, smiling and just professional! Where did you find these people? Bangor Inn will always be our first choice to stay in this area of Maine. Should definitely be rated closer to a 4 star hotel, not the 2 that is listed.
