Stayed at Sam E Hotel for a 3D2N vacation. The hotel, which opened its doors in September/October 2023, was still undergoing some work on the rooftop bar. The service experience was exceptional throughout the stay. Upon arrival, the security guided guests to the hotel lobby on Level 2. A welcome drink was promptly served while the check-in process was underway. Surprisingly, the room was ready in less than 10 minutes, possibly due to the hotel's newness and lower occupancy. Before heading to the room, I had the pleasure of meeting Fon, the service manager, a genuinely friendly and hospitable lady. She shared insights about the hotel, including details about its founder, Mr. Sam E, whose name graces the establishment. As a hobby collector of mineral stones, the 1st level of the hotel also has a jewellery store showcasing some of Mr. Sam E’s collections economically priced. I booked the King Comfort room, spanning 28m², equipped with a King-sized bed, a separate toilet and bath with a rain shower, and complimentary mineral waters, cokes, teabags,a local tidbit snack (which, unfortunately, I forgot to bring back 😭) and free WiFi. The highlight was undoubtedly the spacious and comfortable king-size bed at 2.1m wide. The hotel's central location ensures a convenient stay. A 7/11 below the hotel offers delicious microwavables, which Thailand is known for. The BTS Surasak station is a mere 1-minute walk away, providing easy access to various attractions, including one stop from Saphan Taksin station where you pay a 10-baht boat ride to the famous Icon Siam. However, there are a few noteworthy points. The hotel lacks international power sources but provides a universal adapter, which may still be insufficient for some devices. Additionally, the provided clock, functioning as a wireless charger for phones with wireless charging capability, might be challenging to share among multiple guests. In conclusion, I would definitely return to Sam E Hotel when visiting Bangkok, primarily for its outstanding service and excellent geographical location. *One more tip: Opt for public transport like BTS due to Bangkok's notorious traffic congestion. As the hotel is relatively new, it may not be available on private hire apps like Grab. Be prepared to guide the driver using Google Maps to avoid any confusion. 😉

Camere pulite e accoglienti con un'ottima colazione? ma Abbiamo affrontato più problemi durante il nostro soggiorno, 1. Nel nostro bagno l'acqua è stata registrata, quindi abbiamo cambiato la stanza perché non veniva riparata. 2. dopo aver cambiato stanza, la serratura della porta della nuova stanza non funzionava correttamente, l'addetto alle riparazioni l'ha riparata ma ancora una volta ha avuto un malfunzionamento. È stata una situazione orribile in quanto non stanno risolvendo il problema più importante di alcun servizio. 3. Il personale è reattivo ma non orientato alla soluzione poiché il malfunzionamento della serratura della porta ha influito sul nostro ulteriore viaggio.

Well, this is my second stay at this hotel in 3 months time. This time I got a room with a bath tub which is absolutely fine with me. However, there is no rack or shelf for the shower gel and shampoo, so I need to bend over 90 degrees for several times in a shower which is quite annoying. The sink also has a long hair from a previous lady guest. Photo attached for details. Other than the bathroom, the mattress is also a bit too soft especially by the edge, so I need to sleep in the center of the king size bed to avoid a bad back in the morning. Secondly, the same old issue happened again (it happened in my last visit in July) as the room maid took the room key away from the slot by the entrance of my room, to save energy I presumed This time I have no choice but to run down to the front desk and addressed the happening to the asst. Front office manager. I need to reiterate to her and she agreed that is not the proper action to do in view of the security of my room. Later on, Ms Paantayamon, the manager sent me a fruit plate and chocolate to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I sincerely urged her to conduct more training to the room maids of their uwnprofessional behavior to take room keys away from any guest rooms. It posed a security issue if the key is in the wrong hands. Finally, I hope the hotel looks into this seriously before any theft or loss happens due to the key being taken away from a guestroom.

Grand Center point Surawong! Ci sono due GCP, uno a Surawong e l'altro a 10 chilometri di distanza. Se molte persone non menzionano Surawong, probabilmente andranno a quello più vicino con un tuk-tuk locale o un taxi, e c'è un'alta probabilità che vadano nel posto sbagliato, ahah. È un buon posto. Per meno di 1.000 RMB, puoi chiedere un upgrade in hotel! Ma i camerieri qui sono incompetenti e la reception ti dirà che ti verrà multata di 200 baht per aver perso la tessera della camera! Il check-out dopo le ore 12 comporterà una penale di 2.000 baht! Belle parole di ogni genere, ma scoprirai che anche se non gli dai la tessera della camera, puoi fare il check-out alle 2!

The worst hotel under Hilton that I had ever stayed. Totally far away from Hilton's standard! I was here for 6days5nights. Lots of hiccups and room for improvement. 1- No conceriage 2- No bell man service 3 - No room service 4 - Pillow wasn't nice to sleep on 5 - Room was okay, But when comes to daily housekeeping its just absurd nonsense - Daily room make up was not done throughly, Floor not vaccummed, bathroom not cleaned. It was till I made a complain to front desk then I come back with a clean room - The worst experience I had thus far as I have never stayed in a hotel whereby I come back daily with a unclean room. I understand that it might just be a 4star hotel but being under hilton, the basic standard should be expected! Nevertheless, I got to praised the front desk staffs for their good service and readiness when attending to request

La cosa peggiore di questo hotel è il servizio. Soprattutto la reception. Non c'è stata alcuna trattativa. Anche la posizione è molto remota, lontana dall'aeroporto e dalla città. Anche la stanza era molto piccola. Ho prenotato l'hotel dopo aver visto le foto di Ctrip. Un albergo a Bangkok che costa circa 700 non è poi così male. Ho portato con me i miei figli più grandi. Se vuoi, non c'è una camera standard. Prenotato per quattro notti. Spero di negoziare con l'hotel per scambiarlo con due notti e due tariffe. Il risultato non era negoziabile. Perché la posizione è troppo lontana. Non molte persone hanno soggiornato nell'hotel. Neppure scambiato. C'è un parcheggio proprio fuori dalla finestra della stanza. Non riesco a vedere la vista sul fiume. Nel complesso è stata una brutta esperienza. Anche il servizio clienti Ctrip è molto impotente. Basta usare la parola che è difficile coordinarsi con gli hotel stranieri. Calpestato sulla trappola...

Questo hotel è vecchio e la configurazione hardware è nella media. Fortunatamente, la posizione è eccellente, proprio accanto a Takashimaya (mercato galleggiante al coperto) e a soli 2-3 minuti a piedi. Puoi vedere il fiume Chao Phraya fuori dalla finestra Anche l'atteggiamento del servizio del concierge è molto buono e ti aiuterà a prendere i taxi, a prenotare ristoranti, ecc. Il letto grande è più ampio e più comodo per dormire😌 I turisti che hanno poco tempo possono scegliere di soggiornare qui, il che è comodo per mangiare e fare shopping in giro.

So the gym is a little bit, lacking for all the muscular men that are there. This definitely attracts a fit and *** crowd. Which means this hotel is nice. That said there is no Olympic weights and there are limited machines; not enough for multiple people to work out at the same time. There is also no Olympic weights. Get a good workout in it is relatively empty, but the gym was pretty busy when I was there. There was some delightful unexpected things like Ginger drink that was in the refrigerator. The swimming pool is kind of small and strange. The breakfast buffet is nice, especially if you pre-buy it then it’s relatively affordable and a great deal. The woman is very nice to larger than most rooms. I’ve stayed in for Bangkok. The wonderful room was more than a had a nice bathtub. Nice shower and a nice bed and was spacious. The location leaves a little bit to be desired. It’s busy and I didn’t think about the location when I booked the area but make sure that it is close to things that you want it to be. Just remember that traffic in Bangkok really sucks so if you are Traveling elsewhere in Bangkok, It can take plenty of time.

Il mio soggiorno 5D4N è stato fantastico con camere confortevoli e un servizio eccellente da tutti i membri del personale di servizio dal desk front to the breakfast staff. Le camere sono state confortevoli e le strutture dal tetto e dalla piscina sono un buon posto per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno.

La camera era pulita e la posizione era buona. Quando ho fatto il check-in, il capo era fuori e c'era un amico che mi guidava su come effettuare il check-in. Ho dormito molto comodamente e anche il capo era molto accogliente della camera singola era davvero buona.
