Really clean rooms and corridors of the hotel. Daily housekeeping. Generally nice staff. Basic room but all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay is there for the price paid. Comfortable mattress and pillows, good aircon, hot water can be improved.

Il servizio è davvero di prima classe, migliore di quello di molti grandi hotel a cinque stelle. Anche i panni per il lavaggio a secco ci sono stati premurosamente inviati nel nuovo hotel.
La camera era stata prenotata come suite duplex con piscina privata, doccia esterna e tetto per riposare. Sia dalla stanza che dal tetto si può vedere direttamente la vista sul fiume e la bellezza è diversa durante il giorno e la notte. Si consiglia vivamente di prenotare questo hotel e il personale dell'hotel è molto paziente e cordiale. Ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che andrò a Bangkok.

The best hotel experience so far, it was a whole new level of hospitality.
We have been on a trip to Vietnam and the Thailand for over 2 weeks of time and stayed at over 10 different hotels during our trip.
Shama yen has been the best one so far in terms of satisfaction, we stayed at 2 other hotels in Bangkok, where one of them was almost the same price, but not as good as Shama yen.
The hotel building is a complex located not too far from the central area of Bangkok, you can get there easily from the nearest railway station with a taxi or Grab within 200 THB depending on the busy hours.
The room that we stayed in was very spacious, even had a small kitchen area with dining table and sofa, and lots of amenities.
I think they have washing machines in the bigger rooms (we saw them on the balconies when we were swimming in the outdoor pool, which was also clean and nice.)
Although our room did not have a washing machine, they have a very nice laundry room that is self-service for free, we used it to dry our clothes.
What we really liked was that the room had multiple lightnings options to set up the mood depending on your preferences and a big closet area in the bathroom to store your luggages.
They provided everything we needed for our stay.
The only issue we had was unable to connect your phones to the smart TV in our room, we wanted to watch a movie, tried both Netflix and screenshare, neither worked, we ended up watching movie on our phone instead.

Well, this is my second stay at this hotel in 3 months time.
This time I got a room with a bath tub which is absolutely fine with me. However, there is no rack or shelf for the shower gel and shampoo, so I need to bend over 90 degrees for several times in a shower which is quite annoying. The sink also has a long hair from a previous lady guest. Photo attached for details.
Other than the bathroom, the mattress is also a bit too soft especially by the edge, so I need to sleep in the center of the king size bed to avoid a bad back in the morning.
Secondly, the same old issue happened again (it happened in my last visit in July) as the room maid took the room key away from the slot by the entrance of my room, to save energy I presumed
This time I have no choice but to run down to the front desk and addressed the happening to the asst. Front office manager. I need to reiterate to her and she agreed that is not the proper action to do in view of the security of my room.
Later on, Ms Paantayamon, the manager sent me a fruit plate and chocolate to compensate for the inconvenience caused. I sincerely urged her to conduct more training to the room maids of their uwnprofessional behavior to take room keys away from any guest rooms. It posed a security issue if the key is in the wrong hands.
Finally, I hope the hotel looks into this seriously before any theft or loss happens due to the key being taken away from a guestroom.

The worst hotel under Hilton that I had ever stayed. Totally far away from Hilton's standard! I was here for 6days5nights.
Lots of hiccups and room for improvement.
1- No conceriage
2- No bell man service
3 - No room service
4 - Pillow wasn't nice to sleep on
5 - Room was okay, But when comes to daily housekeeping its just absurd nonsense
- Daily room make up was not done throughly, Floor not vaccummed, bathroom not cleaned. It was till I made a complain to front desk then I come back with a
clean room
- The worst experience I had thus far as I have never stayed in a hotel whereby I come back daily with a unclean room.
I understand that it might just be a 4star hotel but being under hilton, the basic standard should be expected!
Nevertheless, I got to praised the front desk staffs for their good service and readiness when attending to request

So the gym is a little bit, lacking for all the muscular men that are there. This definitely attracts a fit and *** crowd. Which means this hotel is nice. That said there is no Olympic weights and there are limited machines; not enough for multiple people to work out at the same time. There is also no Olympic weights. Get a good workout in it is relatively empty, but the gym was pretty busy when I was there. There was some delightful unexpected things like Ginger drink that was in the refrigerator. The swimming pool is kind of small and strange.
The breakfast buffet is nice, especially if you pre-buy it then it’s relatively affordable and a great deal.
The woman is very nice to larger than most rooms. I’ve stayed in for Bangkok. The wonderful room was more than a had a nice bathtub. Nice shower and a nice bed and was spacious.
The location leaves a little bit to be desired. It’s busy and I didn’t think about the location when I booked the area but make sure that it is close to things that you want it to be. Just remember that traffic in Bangkok really sucks so if you are Traveling elsewhere in Bangkok, It can take plenty of time.

Ci sono molti saloni per massaggi accanto al centro commerciale più grande, a massimo sette minuti dall'hotel 7/11 ristoranti di fronte e ci sono molti ristoranti Inoltre, la colazione dell'hotel, non ho bisogno di dire troppo, te ne do cinque 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 a Bangkok, dovrebbe essere entro le cinque. La colazione avanzata ne vale la pena. La sceglierò la prossima volta che verrò a Bangkok.

JJMChowSiamo stati qui per 5 notti e tutto quello che posso dire è che mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno qui. Molto comodo a tutto. Connesso a MBK! Molto bello. Il servizio e tutto è così buono. Anche la scelta per la colazione è davvero buona. Menù diverso ogni giorno. È un hotel molto costoso, quindi vale il prezzo. Tornerò di nuovo qui presto.

LLW17Our room was nice and clean. Booked city view deluxe 2 double room, which is nice enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.
Impressed by service rendered by staff. Check in staff was nice to help extend a slightly later checkout timing as i had a late night flight. Staff also assist us with booking of car to the airport and help communicate with Grab driver to ensure there is sufficient boot space for our luggage.
Location is ok, hotel do provide shuttle bus to Asoke BTS station or you can also walk about 7 mins to the station. Walkable distance to EMSPHERE mall with lots of food choices.
Most of the time we commute via Grab so this hotel is great for us.

WWoshiliuxiansenL'hotel è generalmente soddisfacente. Ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, tra cui una vasca da bagno, una piscina e una palestra. Naturalmente, a parte ciò che è necessario, non c'è nient'altro che sia facoltativo. . . Ad esempio, lavanderia, bibite piccole, pettini, rasoi, prodotti da bagno, porte di ricarica USB, comodini, ecc. Quindi non ha dovuto pagare una caparra e il check-out è stato molto veloce, proprio come nell'hotel da cui prende il nome. Ci sono molti bianchi qui e se non ci sono sovrapprezzi, tranne durante le festività, il prezzo lo renderà molto conveniente. La piscina non è grande ma è piacevole. Lo spazio della piscina sul tetto è perfetto per una piccola festa privata. Se viaggi da solo o esci con gli amici, ma non giochi in un hotel, uscirai durante il giorno. Sono appena tornato a dormire, consiglio vivamente questo posto. Ah, a proposito, i servizi sono relativamente vecchi, compreso il cattivo scarico del lavandino e uno strano odore nella stanza. Allo stesso tempo, il condizionatore è molto rumoroso, ma i vantaggi superano gli svantaggi. Nel complesso, è comunque buono a questo prezzo.

Igiene: l'igiene è buona, penso che l'igiene degli hotel leggermente migliori in Thailandia sia OK. Questo è basilare.

Strutture: Ciò che voglio criticare sono le strutture della stanza, in particolare il soffione della doccia. L'acqua che esce dall'interfaccia del soffione della doccia è più grande del soffione della doccia. Dopo averlo segnalato all'hotel, mi è stato detto che Okok avrebbe risolto esso, ma è stata una riparazione solitaria. Ho guardato la stanza di un amico ed è successa la stessa cosa. Basta implorare e usarlo con riluttanza. L'acqua nel lavandino defluisce molto lentamente e puoi tenere un serbatoio d'acqua solo per lavarti i denti. È incompatibile con l'ambiente pieno di stile.
Nel complesso è abbastanza buono. È vicino al centro città ed è facile andare ovunque, con la metropolitana nelle vicinanze. Sul retro c'è un bar dove si può mangiare e bere. Il ristorante dell'hotel è anche un ristorante Michelin. Il prezzo dell'hotel è moderato. La prossima volta che verrò a Bangkok, praticamente sceglierò

UUtente anonimoThe staffs care only about foreigners, a Thai person as myself always got ignored by the staffs. When I drive into the hotel, there was no security guard at all and when I parked my car, no staffs were there to offer me help to or tell me where the lobby is. The signs were confusing. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, they don’t change the bedsheets or bathrobes at all, I came back to still found the dirty bathrobe I left on the floor being picked up and hanged back on the door hook. I wouldn’t trust them for the cleanliness of the room after seeing this. The room is not soundproof at all, you can hear all the sounds outside in the hallway and I can even see the light from the hallway all night so it didn’t offer me even the basic like goodnight of sleep for 3 days because all I can hear is the other rooms’ door closing sound all night for 3 nights. Even worse, the policy is no smoking but I can smell smoking everyday that I stayed here. I told the staffs 3 times but they didn’t take any action at all. Until the last night, I came back early and saw the room next to my room openly smoking in their room. Plus My room lights also all went out when I inserted my keycard, I thought my keycard was faulty so I went down to the lobby to change my keycard and complaint to the staffs about the smoking and the loud sound. They offer apologies and they said they would take action about the smoking. They even have the audacity to ask me why I don’t tell them earlier and do I know which room smoke. I’m a woman staying here alone, even if I heard or smell anything, would I dare to go out of my room to check? Common sense right? At last they resolved the smoking issues because when I went back to my room after I complained, the room next door was shut tight but I came back to my room still unclean (at this point it was 5pm already and I left my room at 8am, plenty of time to clean my room). The lights still wouldn’t turn on, I tried calling them from the room line but the staffs wouldn’t pick up the phone. I had to go out of my room to find the housekeeper and had them call someone to fix this. Half an hour later, the handyman showed up, told me he needed 1-1.5 hours to get this fix and proceeded to ask me if I hade some business to run. I said fine because I had some appointment and I would be back around 8-9 pm. I came back at around 10pm, I asked the lobby staffs if my room got fixed already, they said yes and please go check it myself if the lights came back, if not they would change the room for me. So I got back to my room. I was lying down ready to go to sleep when, tada!, the room’s light and ac went out again. I called them from the room line again, lucky they picked up this time, I told them I would like to get my room changed. They said would send staffs to help me move my stuffs. I cleaned up my things while waiting for staff to show up and show me a new room (during this time, the light came back and went out repeatedly for 2-3 time). I had to wait for them for 10 minutes at 11am. They moved my stuffs to the new room in the same floor but a bit smaller room. I wanted to get my sleep so I didn’t complain about the room being smaller and not what I had paid for. I got to go to sleep at about 12-1 am. In the morning, at around 11am they called me asking me would I be checking out today. I mean they wouldn’t even offer me late checkout for what I had to really because of your faulty electricity and all the problems that had occurred while I was staying here. I wouldn’t stay here again😤.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo soggiornato per 6 notti a Bangkok al Metropole, il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, l'hotel è molto pulito, la hall, il ristorante, il bar, la piscina e la palestra sono fantastici, facilmente accessibili, cambiano le lenzuola e gli asciugamani ogni giorno, mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare in questo hotel.

KKITSADAGuardando la foto, ho pensato che sarebbe stata bella e bella come nella foto, ma quando in realtà sono rimasta, non era eccezionale. L'area davanti al balcone era molto sporca, con cacca di uccelli su tutto il pavimento . Il bagno aveva 2-3 scarafaggi al punto che non osavo mettere lo spazzolino da denti in bagno. Spazzolino e dentifricio non sono stati forniti. L'asciugacapelli non è fornito. Al momento dell'ordine, è stato detto che aveva tutto il buono in dotazione. Il bollitore era molto sporco. Finché non ho osato usarlo per fare il caffè e sono dovuto andare a comprarlo al 7-Eleven. Ma tutto il resto va bene. Penso che sia caro se il prezzo dell'alloggio è paragonato alla qualità.
