Le strutture della camera sono relativamente vecchie, la colazione è ok, la posizione è vicino alla piscina e c'è anche una posizione al piano di sotto. Il personale è cordiale, la doccia in camera non è molto facile da usare e l'acqua calda lo è limitato la mattina...

Sono stato in questo hotel almeno 6 volte. Il motivo per cui originariamente avevo scelto questo hotel era perché aveva una camera e una camera. Inaspettatamente, questa volta ho soggiornato per sette notti e mi è stata assegnata una camera in stile suite non è bello come prima e ora è vecchio. C'è un odore di umido, che non mi piace molto. Non mi sentivo davvero rilassato quando sono tornato nella stanza dopo una dura giornata di viaggio indietro di nuovo.

Un posto meraviglioso, ottimo servizio e ambiente, la colazione è incredibile con molte cose salutari tra cui scegliere, ci siamo stati alcuni giorni alcune volte e prenotando ogni volta in città soggiornando lì, A +++++++

Le camere erano ok ma sembravano vecchie e necessitavano di attenzione. Il personale era molto cordiale e disponibile, specialmente i fattorini (il signor Annand penso che uno di loro si chiamasse). Siamo stati qui in due occasioni entro un mese perché sono stati così utili. Hanno organizzato per noi viaggi a lunga e breve distanza e hanno molti consigli e aiuto durante il nostro soggiorno. La colazione offriva una buona selezione e ci riempiva ogni giorno. L'area della piscina principale era bella. Il bar e il cibo erano molto semplici. La piscina più piccola sembrava stanca e non aveva personale, bar ecc. Ma ok solo per una nuotata.

L'esperienza del check-in è stata negativa, lunga attesa e mi hanno dato una stanza molto spaventosa che era diversa da quella che ho visto e prenotato online. Anche il servizio in camera era pessimo e non adeguatamente frequentato, lunga attesa e dover chiamare due volte.

Pro: 1)service is attentive. Staff try to help within their means. Request fr late check out at 1pm instead of 12 noon was granted 2) free coffee n tea in lobby ( pls refer to photo 3) living room spacious and no weird smell. Con: 1) the bathtub is not fr useless I felt cheated. I even bought sea salt n bubble balls to prepare for a good soak. 2) no curtain at the bathtube this the floor always flooded after one if us shower. Very bad. Install curtains is a must 3) location no good everytime go out has free transport tuktuk car but when coming back u hv to take a cab cos us inside land 4) the body wash n shampoo are lousy.. too watery 5) the toilet flush was very weak. Hv to keep flushing. Conclusion: will not book again. Due to con more than pro

The place was very clean and comfortable , everything you need, gym, pool, sauna and bathtub. The bed was huge and very comfortable, slept well.

I stayed in room 2208 (22nd floor) with a garden view. The beauty was extraordinary! Large windows! I just wanted to lie down and look out the window! The room was very comfortable! Spacious! Clean, beautiful, and no smell of cigarettes. A beautiful pool! Wonderful staff! Convenient location. The breakfasts were excellent! I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. I will definitely return, and to this very room!

Second time booking this hotel, nice view and very spacious.

Great location.. can walk to the park.

1. Unfriendly staff. I couldn't find the hair dryer and asked, but the staff member who came to the room pointed to the hair dryer and asked, "Are you looking for the hair dryer?" and looked at me with a contemptuous look before leaving. 2. I requested a late check-out at 1:00 and received confirmation from the staff member, but they called me at 11:30 on the day of check-out and demanded that I check out at 12:00, saying that there was no record of it. I eventually checked out at 12:30, but it was a very unpleasant experience. 3. The breakfast was very ordinary or slightly worse. 4. I paid 3 times the usual price because it was the end of the year. I didn't expect better service, but compared to other cheaper hotels I've experienced in Bangkok, my experience was so bad that I don't think I'll ever visit again. 5. I have absolutely no intention of visiting this hotel again, and I won't recommend it to anyone. There's a high chance that you'll have at least one unpleasant experience when you visit.

This place is a great spot to stay. I'd definitely recommend it! The room's clean and spacious.
