This hotel room looks very new as it has been taken over new management. It is within 15min walking distance to nana BTS Station. There is a super market opposite the hotel. A few massage parlours within the neighbourhood area. So is quite convenient to buy basic necessities. However there's fruit flies flying inside them hotel room and toilet. A few dead flies on my pillow also. Seems like the room is not cleaned thoroughly. The housekeeping was not done after 3pm, after complaining to the manager i was offered free drinks while waiting for the housekeeping to clean my room. Breakfast food variety is very little as there is very little guests. Swimming pool water is greenish in colour, seems like pool is not well maintained.

Service of WiFi needs to improve not stable network connection, off on the out my stay , the house keeping needs to be trained to clean the room and leave it in a neat condition after vacuuming the room my shoes where thrown in all directions !!! Not put back in a line as I left them!!! All done in a hurry hair lying of the staff on the table after dusting !!! Fallen accidentally!! Also they need to have more staff speaking English and understanding the guests request and problems!! The swimming pool area is poorly lit specially the swimming pool on touching both ends of the pool while swimming one accidendly bangs ones head !!! Very dark , on both Length ends!!

It is very nice place and good location that easy to find the restaurant and facility nearby . The frontline staff were professional and polite. The room was clean and decorated neatly. Furnitures were new and modern. The price is reasonable and worth to pay for. It is would be appreciated if the hotel will provide more special price during high season for customer need. Hopefully If I have a chance , I will come back here again See you 😊

It was our first time to Bangkok and this hotel made it the best start ever! Located 2 mins from BTS and a short walk from MTR makes it perfect to get around! The staff are so friendly and helpful, happy to give directions and suggestions. The day manager even gave us recommendations on where to go at night - a fantastic experience to start our Thailand trip! The pool area is really relaxing and serene for being in the middle of a big city!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with the warmth and hospitality that one always hopes to find when away from home. The hotel itself boasts impeccable amenities, a serene ambiance, and a prime location that made my stay both convenient and enjoyable. However, what truly set my experience apart were the exceptional staff, particularly the Night Manager and the Guest Service Agent (GSA) on the night shift.

Boulevard Hotel Bangkok is a hidden gem offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. The cozy room with a balcony provided a serene escape of Bangkok city night life, while the warm welcome from the staff earned a solid 10/10 since Bell Man to Housekeeping. The best breakfast buffet line I have ever had in Bangkok hotels! so easy to walk around just a 2-minute walk from BTS Nana, the hotel's prime location makes it a top choice for those looking to explore the city effortlessly. Highly recommended for an exceptional stay in Bangkok.
